Molta gent pateix, al llarg de la vida, algun episodi de dolor del nervi ci\u00e0tic. I s&#8217;ha d&#8217;experimentar per saber fins a quin punt representa un problema greu en la vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot seguit us proposarem uns quants remeis casolans per calmar aquest dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_la_ciatica\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la ci\u00e0tica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O m\u00e9s pr\u00f2piament la neur\u00e0lgia ci\u00e0tica, \u00e9s un mal que afecta el nervi ci\u00e0tic. El nervi comen\u00e7a a la part baixa de la medul\u00b7la espinal, travessa les natges, davalla per darrere de les cames i acaba als peus. \u00c9s el m\u00e9s llarg dels nervis del cos. El dolor es manifesta quan se sotmet el nervi a una pressi\u00f3 an\u00f2mala, o quan es lesiona per qualsevol circumst\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El terme \u201cci\u00e0tica\u201d s&#8217;aplica a qualsevol mal no espec\u00edfic, o radiant, en un punt indeterminat del darrere de la cama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes_de_la_ciatica\"><\/span><strong>Causes de la ci\u00e0tica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal tenir en compte que hi ha molts factors diferents que poden causar el dolor. El m\u00e9s com\u00fa \u00e9s la descol\u00b7locaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un disc <em>\u2014<\/em>s&#8217;anomena popularment h\u00e8rnia discal<em>\u2014<\/em>, per\u00f2 els trastorns seg\u00fcents tamb\u00e9 poden originar dolor ci\u00e0tic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Malaltia degenerativa<\/strong> d&#8217;un disc lumbar per qualsevol causa. \u00c9s una afecci\u00f3 freq\u00fcent a mesura que ens fem grans.<\/li><li><strong>Becs de lloro<\/strong>, o oste\u00f2fits, que s\u00f3n unes excresc\u00e8ncies \u00f2ssiesque, de vegades, apareixen amb l&#8217;edat.<\/li><li><strong>Estenosi del conducte raquidi<\/strong>, quan s&#8217;estreny el canal vertebral o conducte raquidi, a la part inferior de l&#8217;esquena.<\/li><li><strong>Espondilolistesi<\/strong>, o despla\u00e7ament d&#8217;una v\u00e8rtebra.<\/li><li><strong>S\u00edndrome piriforme<\/strong>, quan el m\u00fascul piriforme, que \u00e9s a les natges, pressiona el nervi ci\u00e0tic. \u00c9s poc freq\u00fcent i sol afectar les dones.<\/li><li><strong>Tumors espinals<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Com que les possibles causes s\u00f3n diverses i m\u00faltiples, cal cercar ajut m\u00e8dic en cas de patir dolor ci\u00e0tic, per fer-ne un diagn\u00f2stic acurat i prescriure el tractament adequat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exercicis_per_prevenir-la\"><\/span><strong>Exercicis per prevenir-la<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ets procliu a tenir dolors de ci\u00e0tica, t&#8217;aconsellem que facis cada dia i de manera regular aquests exercicis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Estiraments de l&#8217;esquena<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajeu-te bocaterrosa, amb els bra\u00e7os plegats pels colzes i aguanta&#8217;t sobre els avantbra\u00e7os. Acota el cap i no dobleguis el coll. A continuaci\u00f3 empeny amb les mans fins a fer un arc amb l&#8217;esquena, sense aixecar els malucs de terra i sense vinclar el coll. Has de notar un lleu estirament dels m\u00fasculs abdominals, per\u00f2 no t&#8217;ha de fer mal. Mantingues la posici\u00f3 uns quants segons i torna a comen\u00e7ar. Repeteix l&#8217;exercici deu vegades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Estiraments de les natges<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estira&#8217;t panxa enlaire amb un coixinet a sota del cap. Doblega la cama dreta i deixa reposar l&#8217;esquerra sobre la cuixa dreta. Tiba cap a tu la cuixa dreta, amb l&#8217;esquena a terra i els malucs rectes. Has de notar un estrebada suau a la natja esquerra. Mantingues la posici\u00f3 mig minut i repeteix l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;altra cama. Has de fer l&#8217;exercici tres cops amb cada cama, alternant-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Estiraments dels m\u00fasculs isquiotibials<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dret, ben recte i amb l&#8217;esquena en vertical, puja un peu en un esgla\u00f3 mantenint la cama recta, i inclina&#8217;t a poc a poc cap endavant. Recorda que l&#8217;esquena ha d&#8217;estar ben recta. Estira&#8217;ls tant com puguis, sense arribar a trobar-te inc\u00f2mode, i mantingues la posici\u00f3 durant vint segons respirant en profunditat. Repeteix l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 tres cops amb cada cama, alternant-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/ciatica.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/ciatica.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/ciatica-440x294.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/ciatica-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tractament_de_la_ciatica\"><\/span><strong>Tractament de la ci\u00e0tica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els remeis casolans solen calmar el mal als pacients amb ci\u00e0tica, i no pas poc. Te&#8217;n proposem quatre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fred_i_calor\"><\/span><strong>Fred i calor<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan es combinen bosses fredes i calentes, s&#8217;aconsegueix normalment un alleujament significatiu. El fred redueix la inflamaci\u00f3, que s&#8217;associa amb el dolor del nervi. D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;escalfor afavoreix el flux sanguini a la zona on s&#8217;aplica. Alternant el fred i la calor redu\u00efm el dolor i la inflamaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Comen\u00e7a aplicant-hi fred<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplica&#8217;t diverses vegades al dia una bossa de gel embolcallada amb una tovallola o, encara m\u00e9s recomanable, un paquet de p\u00e8sols congelats, tamb\u00e9 embolicat, a la zona adolorida. No els hi deixis gaire m\u00e9s de pocs minuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvia a una font de calor<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un parell o tres de dies, fes igual per\u00f2 amb una font de calor (per exemple, amb una bossa d&#8217;aigua calenta) damunt de les zones adolorides. Si encara et fa mal, prova d&#8217;alternar fred i calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Estiraments\"><\/span><strong>Estiraments<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els estiraments de la zona inferior de l&#8217;esquena poden apaivagar la compressi\u00f3 del nervi. Mentre en fas, procura d&#8217;evitar les batzegades o les revinclades. Practica&#8217;n almenys durant trenta segons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ajeu-te d&#8217;esquena sobre un matalasset amb les cames rectes i els peus tan separats com els malucs.<\/li><li>Relaxa la part alta del cos, doblega el genoll dret i, alhora, agafa aire.<\/li><li>Ajunta les mans darrere de la cuixa i estira-la cap el tronc tant com puguis, sense deixar que t&#8217;arribi a fer mal. Has de tenir l&#8217;altra cama recta damunt de terra.<\/li><li>Procura de mantenir la posici\u00f3 vint segons, mentre alenes suament, i abaixa la cama a poc a poc fins a la posici\u00f3 inicial.<\/li><li>Canvia de cama i repeteix l&#8217;operaci\u00f3. Fes l&#8217;exercici amb totes dues cames de tres a cinc cops.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nerve_flossing_lliscaments_neurals\"><\/span><strong><em>Nerve flossing<\/em><\/strong><strong> (lliscaments neurals)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estirament del m\u00fascul piriforme pot apaivagar la tensi\u00f3 del nervi ci\u00e0tic i calmar el dolor. Si saps segur que la ci\u00e0tica no \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de cap cop o lesi\u00f3 a l&#8217;esquena (com ara una h\u00e8rnia discal), prova la t\u00e8cnica anomenada <em>nerve flossing<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els nervis no es dilaten ni tampoc es contrauen. No s&#8217;han de sotmetre a cap compressi\u00f3 ni estar subjectes enlloc, perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;han de poder bellugar lliurement. Qualsevol d&#8217;aquests trastorns produeix dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els lliscaments neurals s\u00f3n un seguit d&#8217;exercicis que alliberen el nervi de qualsevol compressi\u00f3. Val m\u00e9s que un fisioterapeuta o un professional t&#8217;ensenyi a fer aquests exercicis; despr\u00e9s es poden practicar a casa f\u00e0cilment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Massatge\"><\/span><strong>Massatge<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00fanicament relaxa la musculatura de l&#8217;esquena, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 calma les contraccions afectades pel nervi ci\u00e0tic i, alhora, s&#8217;estimula el flux sanguini.
