Malgrat tot, el fet de saber-ne la causa i com has d&#8217;actuar et far\u00e0 la situaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s suportable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quantes_hores_han_de_dormir_les_criatures\"><\/span><strong>Quantes hores han de dormir les criatures<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El temps varia for\u00e7a d&#8217;un nen a l&#8217;altre, i tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;un mes a l&#8217;altre. Un nad\u00f3 dorm si fa no fa disset hores al dia, mentre que quan t\u00e9 un any dorm tretze hores. Els infants dormen un espai de temps m\u00e9s llarg a la nit i a estones durant el dia; per\u00f2 n&#8217;hi ha que dormen menys a la nit i, en canvi, fan becaines durant el dia. Ara b\u00e9, \u00e9s normal que un nen de dotze mesos no dormi d&#8217;una tirada tota la nit. Definitivament no hi ha cap pauta fixa i cada infant \u00e9s \u00fanic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_la_regressio_del_son\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la regressi\u00f3 del son<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan un nen dorm b\u00e9 i, de sobte, comen\u00e7a a despertar-se amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, defuig el son i es resisteix a fer migdiades, aleshores parlem de regressi\u00f3 del son. \u00c9s normal que succeeixi diverses vegades al llarg dels dos primers anys de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_causa_la_regressio_del_son\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 causa la regressi\u00f3 del son<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pensa quines coses t&#8217;entrebanquen el son a tu: el dolor, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i, fins i tot, la gana. Doncs passa igual amb els infants, per\u00f2 amb una circumst\u00e0ncia agreujant: es troben immersos en una etapa intensa d&#8217;aprenentatge i de desenvolupament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T&#8217;expliquem unes quantes causes del trastorn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Fases de creixement accelerat<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Els nens creixen una mica cada dia, per\u00f2 hi ha fases en qu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 s&#8217;accentua. I, aleshores, potser tenen un atac de gana que els fa perdre el son: es desvetllen perqu\u00e8 necessiten ingerir calories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Desenvolupament normal<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Asseure&#8217;s, anar de quatre grapes, caminar o parlar s\u00f3n activitats molt estimulants que li canvien la percepci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn o del m\u00f3n. \u00c9s normal que hi hagi regressi\u00f3 del son en moments concrets de canvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvis en les rutines<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb cada experi\u00e8ncia nova augmenta l&#8217;activitat cerebral del nad\u00f3. Canvis com ara anar a l&#8217;escola bressol, que l&#8217;allunya m\u00e9s dels qui en tenen cura habitualment o els viatges, entre d&#8217;altres, impliquen variacions en la seva rutina i poden ser causa de regressi\u00f3 del son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les dents<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dents fan for\u00e7a la guitza. Triguen unes quantes setmanes a sortir i, aix\u00ed que n&#8217;apunta una, n&#8217;hi ha una altra que va pel cam\u00ed. Tothom sap que les dents fan molt de mal i, per tant, \u00e9s ben natural que durant el proc\u00e9s l&#8217;infant es desperti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Malalties<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La febre, el mal de cap o el mal de panxa poden fer que el nen es desvetlli. Nom\u00e9s cal mirar la llista de causes possibles per adonar-se de fins a quin punt \u00e9s impredictible. Tot i aix\u00f2, hi ha per\u00edodes en qu\u00e8 \u00e9s m\u00e9s probable de patir regressi\u00f3 del son; en general passa en fases de desenvolupament i de creixement del nad\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Regressi\u00f3 dels quatre mesos<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta edat comencen a canviar les pautes del son: un infant de quatre mesos va abandonant la somnol\u00e8ncia constant que afecta el nad\u00f3 i comen\u00e7a a diferenciar la nit del dia. Pot trigar m\u00e9s a adormir-se amb profunditat i, de vegades, es desperta perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 gana, mal a les dents o b\u00e9 practica l&#8217;habilitat nova de regirar-se al bressol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Regressi\u00f3 entre els vuit i els deu mesos<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s freq\u00fcent de patir regressi\u00f3 del son cap als nou mesos. El nad\u00f3 es belluga m\u00e9s, va de quatre grapes o prova d&#8217;aixecar-se. T\u00e9 m\u00e9s consci\u00e8ncia del m\u00f3n i comen\u00e7a a entendre que l&#8217;entorn \u00e9s important. Tamb\u00e9 pot experimentar ansietat si el separen dels qui en tenen cura habitualment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Regressi\u00f3 dels dotze mesos<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta edat potser camina i tot, o li falta ben poc. Aquest fita tan important per al seu desenvolupament pot originar regressi\u00f3 del son, per\u00f2 moltes criatures no pateixen aquest trastorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Regressi\u00f3 de l&#8217;any i mig<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan arriba a l&#8217;any i mig, la necessitat de dormir es redueix, i l&#8217;infant se sol limitar a fer una becaina al dia. Aix\u00f2 potser afecta les seves pautes del son i fa que es desperti a la nit. Sovint, en aquesta edat, les criatures comencen la primera dentici\u00f3, experimenten ansietat per la separaci\u00f3 i aprenen a dir que no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Regressi\u00f3 dels dos anys<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta etapa es pot produir una regressi\u00f3 del son. De nou hi ha m\u00faltiples canvis, o factors, que en s\u00f3n responsables, com ara l&#8217;aprenentatge d&#8217;anar al v\u00e0ter, el canvi a un llit m\u00e9s espai\u00f3s i les difer\u00e8ncies de tractament que rep cada infant. Les pors nocturnes o els malsons tamb\u00e9 la poden causar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_els_afecta\"><\/span><strong>Com els afecta<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tots els nadons s\u00f3n diferents i tu coneixes el teu m\u00e9s que els altres. Has apr\u00e8s quan dorm; saps quins petits gestos revelen que est\u00e0 cansat i qu\u00e8 cal fer perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;adormi. I quan es manifesta la regressi\u00f3, potser en notes els s\u00edmptomes que enumerem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El nen es resisteix a fer migdiada<\/li><li>Triga m\u00e9s a adormir-se i sembla que esquiva el son<\/li><li>Es desvetlla sovint a la nit<\/li><li>Plora i rondina quan es desperta i no es pot tornar a adormir<\/li><li>T\u00e9 mal humor durant el dia<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/padre-y-bebe2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24906\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/padre-y-bebe2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/padre-y-bebe2-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/padre-y-bebe2-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quan_dura_la_regressio_del_son\"><\/span><strong>Quan dura la regressi\u00f3 del son<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No cal dir que ben sovint l&#8217;infant passa mala nit, o fins i tot dues de seguides, per\u00f2 la regressi\u00f3 com a tal sol durar entre dues i sis setmanes, segons la causa, per b\u00e9 que de vegades sembla que duri una eternitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_sabem_que_es_tracta_duna_regressio\"><\/span><strong>Com sabem que es tracta d&#8217;una regressi\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu coneixes m\u00e9s el teu fill i probablement esbrinar\u00e0s amb rapidesa si es tracta d&#8217;una regressi\u00f3 del son. Quan l&#8217;acaronis de la manera habitual i t&#8217;adonis que no hi ha res que faci efecte, entendr\u00e0s que potser pateix el trastorn. Notar\u00e0s, de sobte, que el nen ha crescut o que est\u00e0 m\u00e9s alerta i \u00e9s m\u00e9s actiu, o que ja fa un parell de setmanes que no acluca l&#8217;ull de nit i, per aquesta ra\u00f3, els pares cada vegada arrossegueu m\u00e9s cansament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important que comprovis si li passa res o si en t\u00e9 s\u00edmptomes. En cas d&#8217;observar cap de les alteracions que tot seguit enumerem, parla&#8217;n amb el metge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La temperatura corporal \u00e9s alta, o anormalment baixa<\/li><li>Menja malament<\/li><li>T\u00e9 els bolquers eixuts (cosa que indica deshidrataci\u00f3)<\/li><li>Sembla pansit i t\u00e9 somnol\u00e8ncia<\/li><li>Plora constantment<\/li><li>Respira de manera accelerada<\/li><li>T\u00e9 taques a la pell<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_pots_fer_en_cas_de_regressio\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 pots fer en cas de regressi\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malauradament no hi ha remeis m\u00e0gics, per\u00f2 pots provar tot d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies per pal\u00b7liar-la que val la pena que tinguis presents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Recorda que \u00e9s temporal, al final recuperar\u00e0 el ritme del son. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s un fenomen normal i no te n&#8217;has de donar pas la culpa.<\/li><li>Mantingues les rutines perqu\u00e8 es calmi abans d&#8217;anar a dormir.<\/li><li>Evita que el nad\u00f3 acabi baldat, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 li podria fer m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil de conciliar el son. Potser cal que faci m\u00e9s becaines o se&#8217;n vagi al llit abans.<\/li><li>Mira de donar-li un altre biber\u00f3 o un plat de farinetes addicional abans d&#8217;anar a dormir. Potser funciona temporalment, perqu\u00e8 passa per un per\u00edode de creixement accelerat.<\/li><li>Prova de fer-lo dormir. \u00c9s un tema molt \u00edntim i nom\u00e9s tu saps com cal actuar. Per exemple, et pots ajeure al costat seu, tenir-lo als bra\u00e7os o simplement estar-te amb ell a la mateixa habitaci\u00f3\u2026, com et sigui m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode.<\/li><li>Demana ajuda si conv\u00e9. Potser un amic o un familiar es poden encarregar del nen una tarda, i tu tindr\u00e0s temps de fer una bona migdiada per recuperar-te&#8217;n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La regressi\u00f3 \u00e9s feixuga per als pares. Si vas curt de son potser t&#8217;agafa neguit, et tornes irritable i tens mal humor. Tal com diem sempre, cal que prenguis en consideraci\u00f3 les teves necessitats i que demanis ajuda quan convingui.
