Ajuda a enfortir el sistema immunitari i t\u00e9 un paper cabdal per mantenir en bon estat la pell i els ulls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_la_vitamina_E\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la vitamina E<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una vitamina liposoluble, \u00e9s a dir, soluble en greixos, i s&#8217;anomena tamb\u00e9 tocoferol alfa. La trobem en molts aliments i actua com a antioxidant, protegint les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del cos. Combat els radicals lliures que s\u00f3n tan perjudicials per a la salut, perqu\u00e8 afebleixen i destrueixen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sanes o b\u00e9 en redueixen la durada vital. Aquests radicals lliures s\u00f3n una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia natural de les funcions del cos, i intervenen en malalties com ara el c\u00e0ncer o les patologies card\u00edaques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamina E \u00e9s un antioxidant potent que protegeix les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules contra els radicals i, fins i tot, en pot fer davallar la producci\u00f3. Com que es tracta d&#8217;un compost liposoluble, el cos el pot emmagatzemar i servir-se&#8217;n quan cal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fonts_de_vitamina_E\"><\/span><strong>Fonts de vitamina E<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En condicions normals, les dosis recomanades de vitamina E s&#8217;aconsegueixen amb la dieta di\u00e0ria i, per tant, si segueixes una dieta variada i equilibrada, no cal t&#8217;hi amo\u00efnis. Els aliments que constitueixen una bona font de vitamina E s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nous i altra fruita seca (ametlles i avellanes)<\/li><li>Llavors de gira-sol<\/li><li>Oli de germen de blat<\/li><li>Verdures com ara els esp\u00e0rrecs, els pebrots, els espinacs, el br\u00f2quil i la carabassa<\/li><li>Alvocat i mango<\/li><li>Cacauets (o mantega de cacauet)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quanta_vitamina_E_es_necessita\"><\/span><strong>Quanta vitamina E es necessita<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s dif\u00edcil d&#8217;ingerir prou vitamina E amb la dieta. La dosi di\u00e0ria recomanada (DDR), tant per als homes com per a les dones de m\u00e9s de 14 anys (incloent-hi les embarassades), \u00e9s de 15 mg (o de 22 unitats internacionals o UI di\u00e0ries). Les dones lactants en podrien necessitar una mica m\u00e9s: 19 mg o 28 UI di\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La majoria de la gent amb nivells elevats de vitamina E prenen suplements vitam\u00ednics (o suplements de la mateixa vitamina E), que varien en el contingut entre 400 i 1000 UI. Tot i que s\u00f3n segurs, una dosi excessiva podria causar hemorr\u00e0gies, sobretot si es prenen alhora amb cap subst\u00e0ncia que liq\u00fci la sang com l&#8217;aspirina; aix\u00ed doncs, la dosi m\u00e0xima en adults no hauria de superar els 1000 mg (1465 UI) diaris. Hi ha dues classes de compostos amb activitat de vitamina E: un de natural, que \u00e9s conegut com a d-\u03b1-tocoferol, i una altre de sint\u00e8tic, anomenat dl-\u03b1-tocoferol, lleugerament m\u00e9s actiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"593\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/manos-con-nueces.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/manos-con-nueces.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/manos-con-nueces-440x326.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/manos-con-nueces-768x569.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Manca_de_vitamina_E\"><\/span><strong>Manca de vitamina E<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bona part dels qui tenen manca de vitamina E no solen manifestar-ne s\u00edmptomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgrat tot, si tens problemes amb la digesti\u00f3 o no absorbeixes com cal els greixos (en cas per exemple, d&#8217;afeccions pancre\u00e0tiques o de patir cap malaltia com la fibrosi qu\u00edstica), podries manifestar aquests s\u00edmptomes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mal als nervis de les mans o dels peus, conegut com a neuropatia perif\u00e8rica. \u00c9s habitual que causi formigueig, feblesa o dolor<\/li><li>Problemes d&#8217;at\u00e0xia (control dels moviments del cos)<\/li><li>Dolor a la part posterior de l&#8217;ull, o la retina, que causa problemes a la vista<\/li><li>Problemes del sistema immunitari<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beneficis_de_la_vitamina_E\"><\/span><strong>Beneficis de la vitamina E<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s benefici\u00f3s de prendre suplements de vitamina E? No sembla del tot clar. Diversos estudis basats en observacions suggereixen que s\u00ed, per\u00f2 ara uns altres estudis cl\u00ednics controlats demostren que no \u00e9s una conclusi\u00f3 tan evident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si examinem els hipot\u00e8tics beneficis \u00e0rea per \u00e0rea, els resultats m\u00e9s recents mostren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Salut_cardiaca_i_vitamina_E\"><\/span><strong>Salut card\u00edaca i vitamina E<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Americana del Cor (en angl\u00e8s American Heart Association) ha analitzat la literatura m\u00e8dica sobre el tema i ha concl\u00f2s que prendre suplements d&#8217;aquesta vitamina no t\u00e9 justificaci\u00f3, si \u00e9s per reduir el risc de patir cap malaltia cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problemes_de_la_vista\"><\/span><strong>Problemes de la vista<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la prenem sense motius, hi ha poques proves que la vitamina E ofereixi protecci\u00f3 contra malalties de la vista com ara las cataractes o la degeneraci\u00f3 macular a causa de l&#8217;edat (DMAE). Ara b\u00e9, hi ha un estudi que corrobora que, si es combina amb vitamina C, zinc i betacarot\u00e8, la vitamina E podria ser beneficiosa contra la DMAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/aguacates-partidos.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/aguacates-partidos.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/aguacates-partidos-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/aguacates-partidos-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cancer_i_vitamina_E\"><\/span><strong>C\u00e0ncer i vitamina E<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tampoc no hi ha prou evid\u00e8ncia que protegeixi contra el c\u00e0ncer amb car\u00e0cter general, per b\u00e9 que hi ha estudis que indiquen que, si se&#8217;n prenen suplements amb regularitat, es podria reduir el risc de patir c\u00e0ncer de pr\u00f2stata en els fumadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un treball extens, pensat per donar una resposta definitiva a la hip\u00f2tesi de si era possible de reduir el perill de tenir c\u00e0ncer de pr\u00f2stata, va concloure que no era beneficiosa en la prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest c\u00e0ncer. Tanmateix, com que el c\u00e0ncer de pr\u00f2stata es desenvolupa gradualment al llarg de molts anys, \u00e9s impossible de saber amb certesa si prendre vitamina E podria tenir un efecte protector si es consum\u00eds durant m\u00e9s temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Funcio_cognitiva_i_vitamina_E\"><\/span><strong>Funci\u00f3 cognitiva i vitamina E<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fa poc hi hagut molt d&#8217;inter\u00e8s a esbrinar si prendre vitamina E podria reduir el risc de contreure malalties neurodegeneratives o no, per exemple l&#8217;Alzheimer o el Parkinson. Les proves no s\u00f3n gaire concloents per determinar si les pot prevenir o ajudar les persones amb aquestes malalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusio\"><\/span><strong>Conclusi\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per b\u00e9 que la vitamina E \u00e9s vital per a la salut, avui encara no sabem amb certesa cient\u00edfica quin \u00fas m\u00e8dic se li pot donar.
