Oi despr\u00e9s ens trobem m\u00e9s b\u00e9? Experimentem una barreja d&#8217;alleujament, calma i, fins i tot, un cert llanguiment, cosa que t\u00e9 un efecte reconfortant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, quan \u00e9rem petits ens deien que plorar era cosa de gent tova i que ens hav\u00edem de contenir i reservar la plorera per a nosaltres mateixos. Empassar-se les ll\u00e0grimes es considerava un senyal de valentia i de fortalesa. I aix\u00f2 \u00e9s mentida. La valentia justament \u00e9s el contrari: vol dir exterioritzar la tristesa. A m\u00e9s, no \u00e9s bo de contenir-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot seguit t&#8217;expliquem per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s bo plorar i, en canvi, per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s perjudicial reprimir-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_plor_calma\"><\/span><strong>El plor calma<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dones via lliure a les emocions retingudes. Segons unes quants estudis, plorar activa el sistema nervi\u00f3s parasimp\u00e0tic, que s&#8217;estimula quan ha passat un perill, o un brot d&#8217;ansietat, i aix\u00f2 afavoreix l&#8217;estat de rep\u00f2s fins a la relaxaci\u00f3 absoluta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alleuja_el_dolor_fisic\"><\/span><strong>Alleuja el dolor f\u00edsic<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El benestar que notem despr\u00e9s de plorar, tal com assenyal\u00e0vem abans, \u00e9s en realitat conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de mostrar les emocions, perqu\u00e8 ens allibera de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s que causa la tristesa. Les sensacions f\u00edsiques que experimentem per culpa de la tristesa \u2014per exemple el mal de cap\u2014 disminueixen dr\u00e0sticament quan exterioritzem les emocions i deixem d&#8217;arrossegar-les i capficar-nos-hi. No se&#8217;n saben exactament les causes, per\u00f2 sembla que, despr\u00e9s de plorar, davalla la secreci\u00f3 de l&#8217;hormona de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, el cortisol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/joven-llorando.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24090\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/joven-llorando.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/joven-llorando-440x294.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/joven-llorando-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aixeca_lanim\"><\/span><strong>Aixeca l&#8217;\u00e0nim<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El plor contrari al que causa el dolor, \u00e9s a dir, el plor de felicitat \u00e9s, de fet, quan el cos cerca una recompensa per haver alliberat les emocions, en aquest cas positives, i s&#8217;aconsegueix d&#8217;augmentar la sensaci\u00f3 de plenitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fa_el_son_mes_placid\"><\/span><strong>Fa el son m\u00e9s pl\u00e0cid<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Igual que passa amb l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, l&#8217;ansietat i la depressi\u00f3 s\u00f3n molt nocives per tenir un son de qualitat; si fem desapar\u00e8ixer tots aquests estats an\u00f2mals d&#8217;inquietud, podr\u00e0s dormir molt m\u00e9s b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Millora_les_relacions_socials\"><\/span><strong>Millora les relacions socials<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si una persona estimada et veu plorar, segur que s&#8217;interessa per tu immediatament i t&#8217;ofereix ajut, de la manera que sigui, encara que \u00fanicament se t&#8217;assegui al costat en silenci o et passi una m\u00e0 per l&#8217;espatlla. Aquest gestos simples milloren la relaci\u00f3 que hi tens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Et_torna_mes_fort\"><\/span><strong>Et torna m\u00e9s fort<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan plores, alliberes les emocions i suprimeixes o neutralitzes els sentiments negatius; si no, restarien atrapats dins teu.
