Tot seguit torna al cor per les venes (circulaci\u00f3 venosa), va als pulmons, on ha d&#8217;alliberar els residus en forma de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, i es recarrega d&#8217;oxigen (l&#8217;energia) comen\u00e7ant un cicle nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Centrem-nos en les cames. La sang viatja cap avall per les arteries, per efecte de la gravetat, del cor fins als dits dels peus. I, per tornar cap al cor en sentit contrari, ha de pujar vencent la for\u00e7a de la gravetat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per facilitar l&#8217;ascensi\u00f3, les venes disposen d&#8217;unes v\u00e0lvules que permeten el pas de la sang sense que reculi. Si funcionen com cal, la sang no t\u00e9 problemes per circular cap amunt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resposta, doncs, sembla prou clara: s\u00ed, \u00e9s bo de dormir amb les cames aixecades respecte del cos, perqu\u00e8, en comptes de v\u00e8ncer la gravetat, la circulaci\u00f3 venosa aprofita la inclinaci\u00f3 del cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problemes_duna_mala_circulacio_venosa\"><\/span><strong>Problemes d&#8217;una mala circulaci\u00f3 venosa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les v\u00e0lvules no funcionen adequadament, no tota la sang torna al cor; s&#8217;acumula a les venes que s&#8217;inflen de manera gradual. Les m\u00e9s superficials s&#8217;acaben marcant: anomenem v\u00e0rius aquestes venes dilatades que s\u00f3n visibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les causes que les v\u00e0lvules es deteriorin s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"497\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tumbado-sofa.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23939\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tumbado-sofa.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tumbado-sofa-440x273.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tumbado-sofa-768x477.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L&#8217;envelliment<\/li><li>Estar-se dret molta estona cada dia<\/li><li>Haver patit episodis de trombosi venosa (obturaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una vena) o de tromboflebitis<\/li><li>La dificultat de la tornada de la sang per via venosa al cor durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_cal_actuar\"><\/span><strong>Com cal actuar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s ben f\u00e0cil: nom\u00e9s cal posar sota el matal\u00e0s, o damunt del somier, un coix\u00ed prou dur perqu\u00e8 el matal\u00e0s no l&#8217;esclafi, i aix\u00ed s&#8217;aixecar\u00e0 de deu o quinze cent\u00edmetres. Per aix\u00f2 no sol funcionar de col\u00b7locar un coix\u00ed a sota de les cames, perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;acaba aixafant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Una_estona_cada_dia\"><\/span><strong>Una estona cada dia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tothom sap l&#8217;efecte que fa mantenir les cames en una posici\u00f3 elevada. No \u00fanicament es t\u00e9 una sensaci\u00f3 de lleugeresa a les cames, sin\u00f3 que se sent una millora del benestar general.
