De vegades s&#8217;anomena depressi\u00f3 estacional i afecta fins al 15 % de la poblaci\u00f3, tot i que hi ha autors que en donen una xifra m\u00e9s alta. \u00c9s m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent en les dones i es caracteritza pel mal humor constant, cosa repercuteix en la vida di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sovint el canvi d&#8217;estaci\u00f3 altera l&#8217;humor i l&#8217;estil de vida. Els \u00edndexs d&#8217;energia disminueixen, els h\u00e0bits nutricionals i les pautes de son canvien de manera natural quan fa for\u00e7a fred o calor. Ara b\u00e9, si experimentes moments cr\u00edtics que se solen repetir a les mateixes \u00e8poques de l&#8217;any, podria indicar que pateixes el trastorn afectivoemocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el trastorn afectivoemocional<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;una classe de depressi\u00f3 relacionada amb els canvis estacionals, que se sol produir quan s&#8217;acaba l&#8217;estiu i ens acostem a l&#8217;hivern. Els pacients afectats comencen a tenir-ne s\u00edmptomes durant la tardor i, ben sovint, no hi noten millora fins a l&#8217;entrada de la primavera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mitjana d&#8217;edat en qu\u00e8 es manifesta s\u00f3n els 27 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les causes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se&#8217;n sap ben poc dels mecanismes que desencadenen el trastorn, per\u00f2 aparentment s&#8217;associa a un nombre inferior d&#8217;hores de sol per l&#8217;escur\u00e7ament dels dies. La teoria m\u00e9s acceptada diu que davallen els nivells de vitamina D, perqu\u00e8 hi ha menys exposici\u00f3 solar, i aix\u00f2 influeix en la disminuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;activitat d&#8217;una part del cervell: l&#8217;hipot\u00e0lem. L&#8217;hipot\u00e0lem \u00e9s el responsable de secretar hormones, de regular les respostes emocionals i de mantenir el rellotge intern del cos, conegut com a ritme circadiari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca demostra que la poca llum influeix en les hormones i els altres agents qu\u00edmics del cervell. Si no hi ha prou llum solar, se&#8217;n ressenten la serotonina i la melatonina (els agents qu\u00edmics responsables dels sentiments d&#8217;alegria i felicitat). I, per aquesta ra\u00f3, durant els dies freds, que s\u00f3n curts i avorrits, els pacients tenen sentiments depressius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"598\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/mujer-sola2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23619\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/mujer-sola2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/mujer-sola2-440x329.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/mujer-sola2-768x574.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Els s\u00edmptomes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diversos s\u00edmptomes que s&#8217;associen al TAE, amb una intensitat variable (de moderats a greus o b\u00e9 aguts) i trastoquen significativament el dia a dia. S\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mal humor persistent<\/li><li>P\u00e8rdua d&#8217;inter\u00e8s per les activitats habituals<\/li><li>Irritabilitat<\/li><li>Sentiments de desesperaci\u00f3, de culpa i de poca autoconfian\u00e7a<\/li><li>Baixa autoestima<\/li><li>Plor f\u00e0cil<\/li><li>Ansietat<\/li><li>Elusi\u00f3 d&#8217;actes socials<\/li><li>Libido escassa<\/li><li>Letargia<\/li><li>Dormir m\u00e9s que no \u00e9s habitual<\/li><li>M\u00e9s gana, sobretot desig de consumir m\u00e9s hidrats<\/li><li>Guany de pes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La depressi\u00f3 i el TAE tenen els mateixos s\u00edmptomes, per\u00f2 hi ha difer\u00e8ncies clau en els factors desencadenants i en la durada. Mentre que el TAE \u00e9s fruit del canvi estacional, i els pacients veuen com en desapareixen els s\u00edmptomes durant la primavera i l&#8217;estiu, la depressi\u00f3 no t\u00e9 sempre una causa definida i \u00e9s independent de l&#8217;\u00e8poca de l&#8217;any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quan cal anar al metge<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan el pacient s&#8217;adona que el mal humor s&#8217;allarga i que comen\u00e7a a afectar la seva rutina, toca anar al metge, que esbrinar\u00e0, a partir de les converses, fins a quin punt s&#8217;han trastocat les pautes del son, els h\u00e0bits alimentaris i els nivells d&#8217;energia; i tamb\u00e9 si es tenen sentiments de desesperaci\u00f3, sensaci\u00f3 de no valer res o, fins i tot, pensaments su\u00efcides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablement far\u00e0 preguntes m\u00e9s personals al pacient sobre la vida. Tot plegat li permetr\u00e0 de decidir quina pauta de tractament \u00e9s m\u00e9s adequada en aquest cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Els tractaments contra el TAE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els tractaments per als pacients amb TAE comencen per recomanacions de canvis en l&#8217;estil de vida, seguir una ter\u00e0pia lleugera o fer ter\u00e0pia conversacional \u2014per exemple la ter\u00e0pia cognitivoconductual. I, en els casos m\u00e9s greus, es poden prescriure antidepressius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els canvis en l&#8217;estil de vida inclouen que el pacient prengui el sol tanta estona com pugui i faci exercici regular per reduir els nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s. La ter\u00e0pia lum\u00ednica es basa en l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a la llum del sol gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;est\u00edmul artificial, i pot induir al pacient a trobar-se m\u00e9s b\u00e9 i a tenir una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s positiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remeis casolans contra el TAE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha un seguit de canvis en l&#8217;estil de vida simples i efectius que ajuden a tractar el TAE. Com a primera mesura, podem menjar de manera saludable i dormir com cal, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 n&#8217;alleuja els s\u00edmptomes. Mitja hora al dia davant d&#8217;un llum estimula el ritme circadiari i elimina la secreci\u00f3 de melatonina. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s bo augmentar la claror arreu de casa, per crear un ambient airejat i obert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>L&#8217;aromater\u00e0pia<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons sembla, els olis essencials influeixen en l&#8217;\u00e0rea del cervell responsable de l&#8217;humor. Els estudis indiquen que el gingebre activa el sistema serotonin\u00e8rgic en els ratolins i alenteix la secreci\u00f3 d&#8217;hormones de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s. D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;esp\u00edgol i la bergamota s\u00f3n coneguts perqu\u00e8 tenen efectes sedants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Exercici<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un excel\u00b7lent remei contra el mal humor i una soluci\u00f3 natural per trobar-se b\u00e9. Fins i tot una simple passejada de 15 o 30 minuts a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;un \u00e0pat pot implicar difer\u00e8ncies notables. L&#8217;exercici fa que el cervell secreti hormones del benestar, com ara la serotonina i la dopamina, que de manera natural milloren l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i els nivells d&#8217;energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sortir de casa<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El pacient ha de procurar passar tant de temps com pugui fora de casa. Naturalment, si treballa moltes hores assegut a l&#8217;oficina, no tindr\u00e0 gaires oportunitats per estar-se al carrer, per\u00f2 sempre es pot fer un tomb curt a l&#8217;hora de dinar.
