Ajuden a aprimar-se i a resoldre els problemes intestinals que causa l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, redueixen la gravetat i durada dels refredats, fan que el son sigui m\u00e9s pl\u00e0cid, etc. Hem esmentat nom\u00e9s alguns dels nombrosos avantatges que se n&#8217;obt\u00e9. Tots s&#8217;han contrastat cient\u00edficament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, tenen capacitat per millorar la salut intestinal i, potencialment, per prevenir les malalties futures. Estudis recents han demostrat que equilibren i fan augmentar els bacteris beneficiosos de l&#8217;intest\u00ed, amb la qual cosa es fomenta la diversitat del microbioma, com s&#8217;anomena el conjunt de bacteris i altres organismes que viuen a l&#8217;intest\u00ed, i que superen deu vegades el nombre de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada cop tenim m\u00e9s clar que un microbioma equilibrat \u00e9s cabdal per a la salut. Afavoreix la digesti\u00f3, protegeix contra bacteris que s\u00f3n la causa de malalties i regula el sistema immunitari; en canvi, un microbioma desequilibrat s&#8217;associa amb malalties greus, com ara la diabetis, les cardiopaties, el c\u00e0ncer, l&#8217;artritis reumatoide, la malaltia de Crohn, l&#8217;obesitat i la depressi\u00f3. Acompanyar la carn amb xucrut, afegir-hi una cullerada de kimchi a l&#8217;alvocat o beure un got de quefir algun dia a la setmana pot ser un complement ideal per a la dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coure els aliments pot destruir els bacteris, tant els bons com els dolents, per\u00f2 hi ha maneres de mantenir els probi\u00f2tics vius. Tot seguit ens centrarem en els avantatges que tenen tretze aliments naturals probi\u00f2tics, f\u00e0cils de preparar, gustosos i vers\u00e0tils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_iogurt\"><\/span>El iogurt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#8217;obt\u00e9 escalfant llet i deixant-la fermentar amb dos bacteris: <em>Lactobacillus<\/em> i <em>Bifidobacterium<\/em>. No tots els iogurts contenen aquests probi\u00f2tics tan potents (hi ha processos que els poden matar), de manera que haurem de mirar l&#8217;etiqueta per saber si tal marca o tal altra n&#8217;inclouen conreus actius o vius. Aquest condiment d&#8217;elevat contingut proteic i de gust penetrant s&#8217;elabora fent fermentar la soja amb sal i koji (un arr\u00f2s fermentat amb <em>Aspergillus oryzae)<\/em>. Segons un estudi del departament nord-americ\u00e0 d&#8217;Agricultura, \u00e9s excepcionalment nutritiva. Contenen probi\u00f2tics naturals de bacteris \u00e0cids l\u00e0ctics que deriven del proc\u00e9s de fermentaci\u00f3. Ara b\u00e9, no tots els cogombrets tenen aquests probi\u00f2tics. Actualment s&#8217;obt\u00e9 per conreu, afegint bacteris \u00e0cids l\u00e0ctics a la llet desnatada pasteuritzada. Amb tot, cal parar compte, perqu\u00e8 no totes s\u00f3n probi\u00f2tiques, de manera que hem de verificar si s&#8217;han adobat amb salmorra. Tot sovint s&#8217;aromatitza amb herbes i fruites. Cerca formatges de llet crua sense pasteuritzar.
