Les intoxicacions o enverinament per causa d&#8217;aliments passats (o amb data caducada) s\u00f3n relativament freq\u00fcents, i normalment es resolen al cap d&#8217;un parell de dies, per\u00f2 durant aquest lapse est\u00e0s fet una coca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, com es diferencia una intoxicaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria d&#8217;una infecci\u00f3 estomacal? Qu\u00e8 pots fer per calmar-ne els s\u00edmptomes? A continuaci\u00f3 te n&#8217;expliquem les causes, els tractaments i qu\u00e8 has de menjar mentre dura el trastorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomes_de_la_intoxicacio_alimentaria\"><\/span><strong>S\u00edmptomes de la intoxicaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes es manifesten quan han passat poques hores despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00e0pat contaminat, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es pot allargar uns quants dies, o fins i tot setmanes, la qual cosa complica for\u00e7a identificar-ne la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes principals s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>N\u00e0usees<\/li><li>V\u00f2mits<\/li><li>Esgarrifances<\/li><li>Diarrea<\/li><li>Febre<\/li><li>Feblesa<\/li><li>Espasmes de l&#8217;est\u00f3mac<\/li><li>P\u00e8rdua de gana<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es pot experimentar qualsevol combinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests s\u00edmptomes. El primer sol ser el v\u00f2mit, seguit de la diarrea, que pot ser molt l\u00edquida, explosiva i molt freq\u00fcent. Pot contenir mucositat i, de vegades, sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_causa_la_intoxicacio\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 causa la intoxicaci\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La intoxicaci\u00f3 es produeix quan consumim aliments enverinats o t\u00f2xics, o b\u00e9 contaminats per g\u00e8rmens, sovint perqu\u00e8 els hem deixat massa temps fora de la nevera, per no haver-los cuit com calia o perqu\u00e8 han caducat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es pot produir quan manipulem de manera inadequada els aliments, per exemple si els toquem amb les mans sense haver-nos-les rentades b\u00e9, o si qui els manipula est\u00e0, al seu torn, intoxicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els bacteris m\u00e9s habituals s\u00f3n la <em>listeria<\/em>, l&#8217;<em>Escherichia coli, <\/em>el <em>Campylobacter<\/em> i la salmonel\u00b7la. Tamb\u00e9 poden ser virus, com ara el virus de Norwalk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els aliments en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 es poden haver contaminat en qualsevol fase de la preparaci\u00f3, sobretot si:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No els coem amb cura<\/li><li>No reescalfem com cal els aliments precuinats<\/li><li>Els deixem a fora a una temperatura massa alta<\/li><li>Els deixem al costat d&#8217;aliments contaminats<\/li><li>No ens rentem b\u00e9 les mans abans de manipular-los<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualsevol aliment es pot contaminar, per\u00f2 els que es fan malb\u00e9 m\u00e9s sovint s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El pollastre o l&#8217;aviram (o carn) crua en general<\/li><li>La llet no pasteuritzada<\/li><li>Els ous crus<\/li><li>Mol\u00b7luscs amb closca<\/li><li>Sandvitxos envasats<\/li><li>Pastes per fer sandvitxos, incloent-hi les cremes de formatge i la carn tallada a rodanxes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Un_aliment_passat_o_un_germen_estomacal\"><\/span><strong>Un aliment passat o un germen estomacal?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En nombrosos casos l&#8217;enverinament alimentari i la gastroenteritis s\u00f3n la mateixa cosa. I malauradament \u00e9s dif\u00edcil d&#8217;afirmar cl\u00ednicament si els s\u00edmptomes venen de la ingesta d&#8217;un aliment contaminat o d&#8217;una \u201cbestiola\u201d que alg\u00fa t&#8217;ha transm\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal dir que els trastorns que inclouen diarrea s\u00f3n en general causats per virus, i no pas per bacteris, i usualment desapareixen tot sols i, per tant, no paga la pena d&#8217;anar al metge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00fanica manera d&#8217;esbrinar amb certesa de qu\u00e8 es tracta \u00e9s enviar-ne una mostra a un laboratori especialitzat; i, com que la majoria dels casos de v\u00f2mits i diarrea es guareixen per si mateixos, els metges no sempre hi intervenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"710\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/papel-higienico2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22999\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/papel-higienico2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/papel-higienico2-440x391.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/papel-higienico2-768x682.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption>toilet paper<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_sha_de_tractar_un_enverinament_alimentari\"><\/span><strong>Com s&#8217;ha de tractar un enverinament alimentari<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que \u00e9s una experi\u00e8ncia desagradable, les intoxicacions aliment\u00e0ries greus s\u00f3n estranyes, i remeten soles al cap d&#8217;una setmana aproximadament. Malgrat tot, en els casos m\u00e9s greus es poden manifestar s\u00edmptomes durant un mes sencer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si penses que potser t&#8217;has intoxicat, prova de seguir aquests consells per calmar l&#8217;est\u00f3mac i recuperar-te:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Evita la deshidrataci\u00f3<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els fluids corporals es perden amb la suor, els v\u00f2mits i les diarrees. Beu for\u00e7a i, si tens problemes per retenir-los a l&#8217;est\u00f3mac, beu tot sovint a petits glops. L&#8217;aigua \u00e9s ideal, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 pots optar per una soluci\u00f3 rehidratant (en venen a les farm\u00e0cies), si perds molt de l\u00edquid. Evita les begudes amb gas, la cafe\u00efna i l&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Segueix una dieta tova<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan et vegis amb cor de menjar alguna cosa, limita&#8217;t a aliments simples, com ara torrades, arr\u00f2s, pl\u00e0tans i pomes. Menja&#8217;n en petites quantitats i augmenta&#8217;n la dosi gradualment a mesura que vagis millorant. No tri\u00efs menges especiades o picants ni que continguin greixos. I fes rep\u00f2s; quan en tinguis ganes, ves a prendre una mica l&#8217;aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>No treballis<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No vagis a la feina (o portis la canalla a l&#8217;escola) fins almenys 48 hores despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00faltim episodi de diarrea, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed evitar\u00e0s d&#8217;encomanar la infecci\u00f3. \u00c9s fonamental, cal repetir-ho, mantenir un bon grau d&#8217;hidrataci\u00f3, rentar-te les mans sovint i no fer-te c\u00e0rrec de la cuina, per controlar l&#8217;expansi\u00f3 de la infecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Reposa<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un enverinament alimentari et pot deixar baldat i feble. Descansa tant com puguis fins que no et trobis m\u00e9s b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Hi ha medicaments que t&#8217;hi ajuden<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vomites gaire, val m\u00e9s anar al metge, perqu\u00e8 et recepti medicaments antiem\u00e8tics que t&#8217;ajudin a controlar-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_cal_menjar_i_beure_durant_una_intoxicacio\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 cal menjar i beure durant una intoxicaci\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la intoxicaci\u00f3 et podries trobar tan malament, que arribessis a pensar que no voldr\u00e0s menjar mai m\u00e9s, per\u00f2 cal que ho facis (i tamb\u00e9 que beguis). Menja i beu coses f\u00e0cils de pair, per exemple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pl\u00e0tans, arr\u00f2s, compota de poma i pa.<\/li><li>Patates, galetes salades (<em>crackers<\/em>) o pastanagues cuites, que s\u00f3n suaus per a l&#8217;est\u00f3mac. Recupera els l\u00edquids que has perdut amb aigua, begudes tonificants sense gas, sucs de fruita o brous.<\/li><li>Clares d&#8217;ou i flocs de civada.<\/li><li>Aliments amb alt contingut d&#8217;aigua: tom\u00e0quets, alberg\u00ednies, api, maduixes o mel\u00f3. Tots tenen molta aigua i aporten vitamines A,B i C, a banda de minerals com el potassi i el magnesi.<\/li><li>Evita els aliments amb gaire fibra.<\/li><li>Infusions: et poden anar molt b\u00e9. Per exemple, els tes de gingebre redueixen el mareig i se sap que les infusions de menta ajuden a combatre el malestar del mat\u00ed durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s. Tots dos mitiguen les basques i el mal de panxa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carne-cruda.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23001\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carne-cruda.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carne-cruda-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carne-cruda-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_plats_hauries_devitar\"><\/span><strong>Quins plats hauries d&#8217;evitar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests productes en poden empitjorar els s\u00edmptomes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alcohol<\/li><li>Begudes ensucrades<\/li><li>Menjar picant<\/li><li>Fregits<\/li><li>Cafe\u00efna<\/li><li>Lactis<\/li><li>\u00c0pats amb un contingut elevat en greix<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Es_pot_encomanar_la_intoxicacio\"><\/span><strong>Es pot encomanar la intoxicaci\u00f3?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que es tracti d&#8217;un enverinament alimentari, val m\u00e9s donar per fet que ets un focus de contagi durant el temps que en tinguis s\u00edmptomes. Aix\u00ed doncs, procura de rentar-te les mans a consci\u00e8ncia quan surtis del v\u00e0ter i, per descomptat, abans de preparar el menjar (tot i que hauries d&#8217;evitar, tant com puguis, de cuinar per als altres durant la intoxicaci\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seria ideal que t&#8217;estiguessis a casa, sense anar a la feina o a l&#8217;escola, 48 hores despr\u00e9s del darrer episodi de diarrea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quan_cal_anar_al_metge\"><\/span><strong>Quan cal anar al metge<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si els s\u00edmptomes persisteixen o empitjoren, posa&#8217;t en contacte amb el metge de fam\u00edlia. Si continues vomitant, detectes sang a la femta o tens la febre alta, no dubtis de trucar-li. Tamb\u00e9 ho has de fer si tens s\u00edmptomes de deshidrataci\u00f3 greu (per exemple si no orines o les quantitats s\u00f3n m\u00ednimes), la boca seca o problemes per retenir els l\u00edquids al cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja hem dit que bona part dels s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;una intoxicaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria remeten al cap d&#8217;una setmana, si fa no fa. Ara b\u00e9, si despr\u00e9s d&#8217;uns quants dies no et trobes m\u00e9s b\u00e9, o veus que no t&#8217;hidrates com cal, n&#8217;has de parlar amb el metge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la mateixa manera, cal que el metge visiti sens falta les dones embarassades, els infants, la gent gran i els qui pateixen malalties pr\u00e8vies o b\u00e9 tenen un sistema immunitari afeblit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consells_per_prevenir_una_intoxicacio_alimentaria\"><\/span><strong>Consells per prevenir una intoxicaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha un seguit d&#8217;accions que tens a l&#8217;abast per prevenir les intoxicacions futures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Renta&#8217;t les mans<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Renta-te-les a fons i curosament, amb sab\u00f3 i aigua calenta. Recorda que \u00e9s imprescindible abans de sortir del v\u00e0ter, abans d&#8217;un \u00e0pat, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;estar en contacte amb mascotes i abans i despr\u00e9s de tocar aliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Respecta les dates de caducitat<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que el menjar faci bona cara, no el tastis si ja ha caducat. Cal tenir-ho sobretot en compte amb relaci\u00f3 als lactis i la carn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cou el menjar de manera apropiada<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprova que els plats, en particular si inclouen carn, s&#8217;hagin cuit com cal abans de menjar-te&#8217;ls. Verifica si has escalfat b\u00e9 els aliments precuinats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Deixa refredar les sobres<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si t&#8217;ha sobrat res, deixa que es refredi abans de desar-ho a la nevera, o de congelar-ho, per\u00f2 procura que no sigui a fora gaires hores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Guarda correctament els aliments<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Segueix les instruccions de l&#8217;etiqueta per comprovar si els guardes com cal. La carn s&#8217;ha de mantenir tapada a la part baixa de la nevera, de manera que no caigui o degoti i contamini altres aliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mantingues la nevera per sota de 5<\/strong><em> <\/em><strong>\u00baC<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les neveres modernes tenen indicadors de temperatura.
