Ara b\u00e9, a continuaci\u00f3 t&#8217;oferim una guia amb les mancances m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_son_les_vitamines_prenatals\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les vitamines prenatals<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#8217;anomenen d&#8217;aquest manera el conjunt de suplements vitam\u00ednics i minerals que es prenen per afavorir un embar\u00e0s sa. Com a norma general, una dieta variada i equilibrada proveeix la majoria dels compostos necessaris. Sempre hi pot ajudar, per\u00f2, prendre vitamines prenatals per suplir qualsevol mancan\u00e7a en la dieta. Tot seguit enumerem els suplement recomanats durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Acid_folic\"><\/span><strong>\u00c0cid f\u00f2lic<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e0s embarassada o tens possibilitats de quedar-t&#8217;hi, hi ha metges que recomanen de prendre un suplement d&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic un parell de mesos abans de l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, i continuar fins a la setmana dotze de la gestaci\u00f3. La dosi aconsellada \u00e9s habitualment de 400 micrograms (0,4 \u00b5g). L&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic \u00e9s essencial, perqu\u00e8 redueix el risc que hi hagi problemes de desenvolupament del nad\u00f3 en el primer ter\u00e7 de l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, incloent-hi les malformacions greus, com ara l&#8217;espina b\u00edfida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha dones que han de prendre dosis m\u00e9s elevades d&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic, fins a 5 \u00b5g, per\u00f2 sempre per prescripci\u00f3 del metge. Les dones que en necessitarien dosis elevades s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les qui tenen antecedents familiars d&#8217;espina b\u00edfida<\/li><li>Les qui tenen cap defecte en el canal neural, o b\u00e9 en t\u00e9 el pare<\/li><li>Les qui prenen medicaci\u00f3 contra l&#8217;epil\u00e8psia<\/li><li>Dones que, en embarassos previs, han tingut problemes de la medul\u00b7la espinal<\/li><li>Les dones amb obesitat<\/li><li>Les diab\u00e8tiques, les qui pateixen an\u00e8mia de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules falciformes, les cel\u00edaques i les qui tenen an\u00e8mia o talass\u00e8mia<\/li><li>Les donen que segueixen tractaments retrovirals per VIH<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que seria ideal comen\u00e7ar a prendre \u00e0cid f\u00f2lic abans de quedar embarassada, si l&#8217;embar\u00e0s no s&#8217;ha planificat, simplement comen\u00e7a a prendre&#8217;n quan s\u00e0pigues que n&#8217;est\u00e0s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trobem l&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic de manera natural en verdures de fulla verda i a les patates, a banda que hi ha pans i cereals que s&#8217;enriqueixen amb aquest compost. Es pot comprar a les farm\u00e0cies sense recepta. No s&#8217;ha de prendre com a suplement vitam\u00ednic si cont\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 vitamina A (retinol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/embarazo-vitaminas.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22950\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/embarazo-vitaminas.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/embarazo-vitaminas-440x294.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/embarazo-vitaminas-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vitamina_D\"><\/span><strong>Vitamina D<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamina D \u00e9s cabdal per al creixement: contribueix a mantenir la musculatura, els ossos i les dents sans. Se&#8217;n solen recomanar suplements a les embarassades i a les mares lactants. Estudis recents suggereixen que tenir nivells elevats de vitamina D durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s pot ajudar a evitar l&#8217;asma durant la infantesa de la criatura. Per contra, els \u00edndex baixos de vitamina D s&#8217;associen a m\u00e9s infeccions en els nadons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dosi aconsellada per a les embarassades i lactants \u00e9s de deu micrograms (400 unitats) de vitamina D al dia; per\u00f2 si la mare t\u00e9 poca exposici\u00f3 al sol, o \u00e9s de pell fosca, en podria necessitar dosis m\u00e9s altes, fins a 20 micrograms diaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trobem la vitamina D en alguns aliments com ara el peix blau, els ous, la carn vermella, uns quants cereals i les llets que no s\u00f3n de vaca. El ginec\u00f2leg n&#8217;indicaria, si cal, les dosis adequades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ferro\"><\/span><strong>Ferro<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s essencial per a la formaci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules vermelles, que s&#8217;encarreguen que l&#8217;oxigen arribi a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la mare i del nad\u00f3. Les trobem en les verdures de fulla verda, la carn magra, les nous, la fruita seca i en alguns cereals enriquits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un nivell baix de ferro durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s far\u00e0 que et trobis baldada, i fins i tot an\u00e8mica; per aix\u00f2 el metge et prescriur\u00e0 el suplement adequat per combatre&#8217;n la mancan\u00e7a. Si tens cap dubte, consulta-l&#8217;hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vitamina_C\"><\/span><strong>Vitamina C<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si menges fruita i verdura de manera regular \u00e9s ben poc probable que necessitis cap suplement de vitamina C. La trobem a les fruites vermelles, els c\u00edtrics, el br\u00f2quil, les cols i les patates. Si penses que n&#8217;has de prendre cap suplement, en tens prou amb un que contingui 70 \u00b5g de vitamina C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_suplements_multivitaminics\"><\/span><strong>Els suplements multivitam\u00ednics<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diversos suplements que combinen les vitamines que manquen m\u00e9s sovint. Supleixen la necessitat de prendre diferents p\u00edndoles per obtenir totes les vitamines i els minerals que el cos demana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En trobarem nombrosos suplements a les farm\u00e0cies, per\u00f2 si no saps ben b\u00e9 quin has de triar, convindria optar per un que contingui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 UI de vitamina D<\/li><li>70 \u00b5g de vitamina C<\/li><li>10 \u00b5g de vitamina E<\/li><li>6 \u00b5g de vitamina B<sub>12<\/sub><\/li><li>400 \u00b5g d&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic<\/li><li>200 \u00b5g de calci<\/li><li>3 \u00b5g de tiamina<\/li><li>17 \u00b5g de ferro<\/li><li>2 \u00b5g de riboflavina<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El farmac\u00e8utic o el metge et resoldran tots els dubtes que tinguis sobre el tema. Hi ha embarassades que han explicat que els suplements vitam\u00ednics els causen n\u00e0usees. En aquest casos, \u00e9s una bona alternativa de prendre&#8217;ls en solucions l\u00edquides o, fins i tot, en forma de xiclet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanmateix, la recerca m\u00e8dica mostra que no caldria prendre suplements vitam\u00ednics ni minerals durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, at\u00e8s que una dieta variada i equilibrada proporciona tot el que \u00e9s necessari. S&#8217;ha de tenir en compte, per\u00f2, que l&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic i la vitamina D s\u00f3n essencials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I recorda: el metge determina, al capdavall, quines mancances vitam\u00edniques tens.
