I, a m\u00e9s, \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s per a gaireb\u00e9 tots els aspectes de la salut. Per exemple, amb nom\u00e9s 15 minuts al dia en tens prou per allargar l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a de vida, segons un informe de l&#8217;Institute of Population Science a Taiwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analitzem, per\u00f2, fins a quin punt es cremen calories caminant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Calories_que_es_cremen_caminant\"><\/span><strong>Calories que es cremen caminant<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Caminar \u00e9s una de les operacions m\u00e9s simples i efectives que pots dur a terme per augmentar la despesa d&#8217;energia. Contribueix a la termog\u00e8nesi per activitat sense exercici, coneguda amb les sigles angleses NEAT, i engloba les activitats que, encara que no es consideren estrictament exercici, fan cremar calories, com ara treure el gos a passejar, fer les feines de casa, tenir cura del jard\u00ed o portar la mainada al parc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes activitats \u2014les NEAT\u2014 representen entre el 15 % i el 50 % de la despesa energ\u00e8tica di\u00e0ria, segons el grau d&#8217;activitat. Per guiar-nos podem agrupar les activitats segons la despesa en quatre categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Menys de 4.000 passes: sedentari<\/li><li>Entre 5.000 i 10.000 passes: lleument actiu<\/li><li>Entre 10.000 i 12.500 passes: actiu<\/li><li>M\u00e9s de 12.500 passes: molt actiu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La difer\u00e8ncia de despesa energ\u00e8tica entre \u2018molt actiu\u2019 i \u2018sedentari\u2019 pot ser de centenars, fins i tot milers de calories. Les xifres exactes varien, per\u00f2 caminar implica cremar entre tres i cinc calories per minut. Una caminada d&#8217;una hora s\u00f3n 300 calories extra que s&#8217;afegeixen a la despesa di\u00e0ria d&#8217;energia. Si actualment fas 2.000 passes al dia, comen\u00e7a per duplicar-ne el nombre i fes-lo augmentar progressivament fins a arribar a les 10.000 passes. Si ja has assolit aquesta fita, no hi ha res que t&#8217;impedeixi de superar-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Augmentan_la_intensitat\"><\/span><strong>Augmenta&#8217;n la intensitat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com m\u00e9s de pressa camines, m\u00e9s calories cremes, com hem apuntat abans. Centra&#8217;t a intensificar-ne el ritme. A cada recorregut pots mirar d&#8217;anar m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid, de manera que la caminada duri un parell de minuts menys que l&#8217;anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Canvia_descenari\"><\/span><strong>Canvia d&#8217;escenari<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Caminar pel pla \u00e9s la cosa m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil per al teu cos, de manera que hauries de canviar de terreny i triar camins costeruts. Quan puges costes augmenta el ritme card\u00edac, i aix\u00f2 significa que el cor bomba m\u00e9s sang: el resultat \u00e9s que cremes m\u00e9s calories, perqu\u00e8 el cos fa m\u00e9s esfor\u00e7 per porta l&#8217;oxigen a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Afegeix-hi_una_mica_de_pes\"><\/span><strong>Afegeix-hi una mica de pes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fes com els militars, que durant els entrenaments carreguen motxilles amb pedres; tamb\u00e9 serveix una simple jaqueta que pesi. El benefici de portar pes extra \u00e9s que, a mesura que et notis m\u00e9s lleuger, pots augmentar la c\u00e0rrega de manera gradual i, com a resultat, creixer\u00e0 la despesa cal\u00f2rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Belluga_els_bracos\"><\/span><strong>Belluga els bra\u00e7os<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, no se n&#8217;han de beneficiar \u00fanicament les cames, de les excursions. Tot seguit enumerem uns quants consells que t&#8217;hi ajudaran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fixa un objectiu<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s m\u00e9s probable que caminis amb regularitat si fixes una meta. Pot ser la motivaci\u00f3 extra que et cal per mantenir-t&#8217;hi ferm. Per exemple, podries muntar una mena de competici\u00f3 amb un amic, per veure qui arriba primer a fer un nombre determinat de passes di\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Controla les passejades<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Baixa&#8217;t alguna app \u2014n&#8217;hi ha a centenars\u2014 que controli el nombre de passes que fas (\u00e9s a dir, la dist\u00e0ncia recorreguda) i les calories que has cremat. Aix\u00f2 et permetr\u00e0 de fer un seguiment dels teus progressos, de manera que podr\u00e0s saber si has arribat gaire lluny. Tamb\u00e9 motiva molt canviar de recorregut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Camina amb amics<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si camines sol, molt probablement et deixar\u00e0s dur per la mandra i no sortir\u00e0s, per\u00f2 si saps que t&#8217;espera alg\u00fa a la porta de casa et costar\u00e0 menys. Seria ideal que aquesta persona tingu\u00e9s una situaci\u00f3 semblant a la teva \u2014els mateixos objectius\u2014 i que hi compartissis el programa de caminades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Connecta&#8217;t a un podcast<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Posa m\u00fasica alegre i animada al m\u00f2bil, que t&#8217;engresqui a avan\u00e7ar. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, et far\u00e0 estar de m\u00e9s bon humor i, de retruc, t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a augmentar el ritme de l&#8217;activitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Camina d&#8217;hora al mat\u00ed&#8230;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortir a passejar al sol abans del migdia t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a mantenir a punt el rellotge circadiari i les pautes del son. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, comen\u00e7ar el dia aconseguint una fita (rec\u00f3rrer la dist\u00e0ncia o resistir el ritme que t&#8217;has proposat) \u00e9s una gratificaci\u00f3 extra i far\u00e0 que arrenquis amb un somriure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u2026 o cap al vespre<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si t&#8217;agrada picar alguna cosa a la nit (com a tothom, oi?), sortir cap al tard, quan s&#8217;ha fet de nit, t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a &#8220;reiniciar&#8221; la ment i el cos i evitar\u00e0 que tinguis ganes de menjar a deshora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Treballa mentre camines<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si t&#8217;avorreix caminar i la m\u00fasica amb prou feines t&#8217;hi anima, introdueix en l&#8217;activitat el factor de productivitat. Per qu\u00e8 no reserves les trucades de feina o fins i tot les reunions virtuals per a l&#8217;hora de caminar?
