Amb motiu del&nbsp;<strong>Dia Mundial del P\u00edcnic<\/strong>, que se celebra el 18 de juny de cada any, et proposem un pla: preparar un cistell amb menjar casol\u00e0 i buscar un raconet verd per passar un dia divertit en fam\u00edlia, amb els amics o amb la parella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organitzar una excursi\u00f3 campestre \u00e9s molt divertit i menjar de p\u00edcnic t\u00e9 molts avantatges: \u00e9s econ\u00f2mic i ens permet realitzar un men\u00fa saludable i lleuger a mida de les nostres prefer\u00e8ncies. A m\u00e9s, sortir a la natura ens ajuda a desconnectar de l&#8217;enrenou de la ciutat i de les preocupacions di\u00e0ries. Tamb\u00e9 podem aprofitar per fer una mica d&#8217;exercici de forma divertida passejant pel camp, jugant a pilota, anant en bici&#8230;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Idees_per_fer_un_picnic_saludable\"><\/span>Idees per fer un p\u00edcnic saludable<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer un p\u00edcnic no necessitem gaires coses. I perqu\u00e8 el dia sigui perfecte, tan sols hem de protegir-nos del sol, seguir algunes pautes per conservar els aliments i tener presents tres idees per fer un bon p\u00edcnic saludable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Preparar_un_dinar_variat_i_equilibrat\"><\/span><strong>Preparar un dinar variat i equilibrat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les amanides i els entrepans<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u00f3n els productes estrella del p\u00edcnic. Perqu\u00e8 no resultin avorrits podem fer variacions interessants: optar per amanides de diferents tipus d&#8217;enciam, amanides de pasta, d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, de llegums, etc., i afegir-hi altres aliments saborosos i baixos en greixos saturats, com ara pollastre, blat de moro, p\u00e8sols, pastanagues o fins i tot fruita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les broquetes i les quiches<\/strong>&nbsp;es poden prendre tant fredes com calentes i tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n una bona opci\u00f3 saludable: les quiches de pernil i formatge inclouen prote\u00efnes, l\u00e0ctics i hidrats de carboni. I les quiches de verdures, com les d&#8217;espinacs, tom\u00e0quet i formatge, tamb\u00e9 tenen moltes vitamines. Per les postres, la fruita o les broquetes de fruita s\u00f3n molt divertides i adequades per als nens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el que t\u2019agrada \u00e9s el t\u00edpic entrep\u00e0 de truita, pots provar d\u2019afegir-hi alvocat i pit de gall d&#8217;indi per fer-ho molt m\u00e9s nutritiu i amb un sabor diferent. L&#8217;opci\u00f3 del pa integral \u00e9s molt saludable, aix\u00ed com els embotits baixos en greixos, com el pollastre i el gall dindi. Tamb\u00e9 pots fer entrepans vegetals&#8230; Hi ha moltes opcions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fins i tot podem substituir les t\u00edpiques patates de bossa, aquelles que solem picar sense control i que tantes calories tenen, per&nbsp;<strong>snacks saludables<\/strong>&nbsp;de fruita i de vegetals deshidratats al forn, que podem fer a casa: xips d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia, carbass\u00f3, pastanaga, poma, maduixes, pl\u00e0tans&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/picnic2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22247\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/picnic2.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/picnic2-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/picnic2-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hem_de_triar_aliments_que_es_conservin_be\"><\/span><strong>Hem de triar aliments que es conservin b\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 els aliments no es facin malb\u00e9 a l&#8217;aire lliure, hem de rec\u00f3rrer a carmanyoles, neveres, termos i envasos adequats. Els aliments i els amaniments hem de portar-los per separat. D&#8217;aquesta manera, no hem d\u2019amanir les amanides fins que ens les h\u00e0gim de menjar; i per als entrepans podem portar els ingredients del farcit envasats al buit i el pa per separat. Els sandvitxos han d\u2019embolicar-se en paper i despr\u00e9s en paper d&#8217;alumini perqu\u00e8 es conservin frescos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important no portar ampolles ni recipients de vidre que puguin trencar-se i el m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode \u00e9s utilitzar coberts, gots i plats de pl\u00e0stic rentable. Tampoc hem d&#8217;oblidar que la nevera ha d\u2019omplir-se amb gel i introduir-hi els aliments i begudes ja freds, ja que aquestes neveres port\u00e0tils el que fan \u00e9s conservar, no refredar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Begudes_sanes\"><\/span><strong>Begudes sanes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La millor beguda possible per cuidar la nostra salut \u00e9s l&#8217;<strong>aigua<\/strong>, encara que podem optar per&nbsp;<strong>sucs de fruita naturals<\/strong>&nbsp;preparats a casa i ben conservats o begudes vegetals. Un bon&nbsp;<strong>gaspatxo<\/strong>&nbsp;fresquet \u00e9s una de les opcions m\u00e9s saludables i riques en les \u00e8poques de calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment i per completar una jornada rodona, no hem d&#8217;oblidar recollir totes les restes que puguin quedar del nostre dia al camp. Per aix\u00f2 hem a agafar unes quantes bosses d&#8217;escombraries que despr\u00e9s deixarem en algun contenidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T&#8217;animes a organitzar un dia de p\u00edcnic a la natura? Com veus, pot ser un bona idea per gaudir amb els teus de forma saludable. \u00c9s un pla fant\u00e0stic per cuidar la nostra salut, millorar l&#8217;\u00e0nim i&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/salutaprop.org\/ca\/blog\/com-evitar-l-ansietat\">allunyar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s<\/a>.
