N\u00faria Paredes<\/strong>, especialista en medicina general del <a href=\"https:\/\/centremedic.mgc.es\">Centre M\u00e8dic MGC<\/a>, sobre les funcions d&#8217;aquest conjunt de microorganismes que viuen al nostre budell i de com mantenir-lo en forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_i_per_a_que_serveix_la_flora_intestinal\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s i per a qu\u00e8 serveix la flora intestinal?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La flora intestinal, que tamb\u00e9 s\u2019anomena microbiota, \u00e9s el conjunt de microorganismes que viuen al nostre budell. Aquestes microorganismes tenen una relaci\u00f3 simbi\u00f2tica amb nosaltres: ells obtenen un benefici i alhora ens beneficien a nosaltres. La flora est\u00e0 composta per aproximadament cent bilions de bacteris beneficiosos, una xifra deu vegades m\u00e9s gran que el nombre de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules presents al nostre cos. Gran part d&#8217;aquests microorganismes, aproximadament el 95%, viu al c\u00f2lon. Arriben a pesar fins a un quilo, actuen com un \u00f2rgan m\u00e9s i afegeixen una capacitat metab\u00f2lica molt potent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De les funcions m\u00e9s importants que tenen, en destaquem tres:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Digestiva<\/strong>: ens ajuda en la digesti\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments que nosaltres no podem digerir i que la microbiota fermenta perqu\u00e8 els puguem aprofitar.<\/li><li><strong>Nutricional<\/strong>: interv\u00e9 en la producci\u00f3 de vitamines com la B i la K i d\u2019amino\u00e0cids importants per a la nostra salut que nosaltres no podem obtenir de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed mateix, facilita una absorci\u00f3 correcta de minerals com el calci, el ferro i el magnesi.<\/li><li><strong>Protectora<\/strong>: t\u00e9 un paper de protecci\u00f3 molt important contra els pat\u00f2gens: fa de barrera i protegeix la mucosa intestinal d&#8217;infeccions per microorganismes que poden ocasionar-nos alguna malaltia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_es_important_mantenir_un_equilibri\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important mantenir un equilibri?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019equilibri de la flora bacteriana \u00e9s clau per mantenir una bona salut i un bon sistema immunitari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dins el ventre de la mare som est\u00e8rils, de manera que a l&#8217;intest\u00ed dels nounats no hi ha microorganismes. Durant les primeres etapes de la vida, mitjan\u00e7ant la lact\u00e0ncia, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i el contacte amb agents externs, es va formant un tipus de flora inicial. \u00c9s com si ens comenc\u00e9ssim a &#8220;contaminar&#8221; amb l\u2019objectiu que aquesta flora ens recobreixi tot el tub digestiu i ens vagi entrenant de manera progressiva perqu\u00e8 el nostre sistema immunitari es vagi fent fort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es calcula que l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 adult t\u00e9 en el seu interior unes dues mil esp\u00e8cies bacterianes diferents, de les quals nom\u00e9s cent poden arribar a ser perjudicials. El desequilibri sorgeix quan hi ha un creixement exagerat d&#8217;uns microorganismes que dominen els altres, i \u00e9s llavors quan parlem de &#8220;disbiosi&#8221;. \u00c9s fonamental per aconseguir el punt d&#8217;equilibri que la nostra flora intestinal sigui com m\u00e9s diversa millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_simptomes_ens_poden_indicar_que_hi_ha_un_desequilibri\"><\/span><strong>Quins s\u00edmptomes ens poden indicar que hi ha un desequilibri?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;aquest desequilibri s\u00f3n, entre d\u2019altres, diarrea, restrenyiment, molta flatul\u00e8ncia o inflor abdominal, molta fatiga, inflamaci\u00f3 o un c\u00f2lon irritable. A m\u00e9s, hi ha una predisposici\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran a infeccions, al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies i dermatitis at\u00f2piques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_trastorns_o_patologies_pot_ocasionar_un_desequilibri_o_una_flora_intestinal_danyada\"><\/span><strong>Quins trastorns o patologies pot ocasionar un desequilibri o una flora intestinal danyada?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diversos factors que poden alterar l&#8217;equilibri de la flora intestinal: una alimentaci\u00f3 inadequada, h\u00e0bits de vida poc saludables, infeccions d&#8217;origen v\u00edric o bacteri\u00e0, alguns medicaments (antibi\u00f2tics), viatjar a altres llocs del m\u00f3n i l&#8217;envelliment (en general, a partir dels seixanta anys es produeix un descens de nombre de bacteris beneficiosos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"880\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/familia-come-sano-880x587.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22119\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/familia-come-sano-880x587.jpg 880w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/familia-come-sano-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/familia-come-sano-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/familia-come-sano-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/familia-come-sano.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 880px) 100vw, 880px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_podem_millorar_la_nostra_flora_intestinal\"><\/span><strong>Com podem millorar la nostra flora intestinal?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El manteniment de la flora intestinal dep\u00e8n d&#8217;una alimentaci\u00f3 adequada i un estil de vida saludable.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Els consells generals s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fer 5 \u00e0pats al dia, mantenint un horari regular.<\/li><li>Tenir una alimentaci\u00f3 variada i equilibrada, idealment seguint el patr\u00f3 de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia: rica en fruita, verdura i fibra, i reduint el consum de carn magre en favor del peix.<\/li><li>Incloure l\u00e0ctics i derivats a la dieta: consumir di\u00e0riament iogurts, formatges i llet fermentada (com el quefir), perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n rics en nutrients i bacteris beneficiosos per a la flora intestinal.<\/li><li>Hidratar-se b\u00e9: beure almenys un litre i mig d\u2019aigua durant tot el dia i no solament quan es t\u00e9 set.<\/li><li>Adoptar h\u00e0bits de vida saludables: a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una dieta adequada, \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s fer activitat f\u00edsica cada dia, tenir bons h\u00e0bits de son i evitar el consum de tabac i alcohol, l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de caf\u00e8 i, molt important, controlar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cas d&#8217;haver de prendre antibi\u00f2tics hem de tenir en compte que la flora intestinal est\u00e0 composta de microorganismes i \u00e9s molt sensible a aquests medicaments, que s\u00f3n els causants principals de la seva destrucci\u00f3. En el cas concret que h\u00e0gim de prendre un antibi\u00f2tic perqu\u00e8 tenim una infecci\u00f3 o, si tenim programada, per exemple, una cirurgia, podem comen\u00e7ar prenent probi\u00f2tics. El probi\u00f2tic \u00e9s un conjunt de microorganismes encapsulats que ingerim perqu\u00e8 ens aportin un benefici a la flora. Si quan prenem l&#8217;antibi\u00f2tic prenem tamb\u00e9 un probi\u00f2tic, el que fem \u00e9s restablir la flora que mata l&#8217;antibi\u00f2tic, ja que la supleix i roman un temps a l&#8217;intest\u00ed fins que la nostra pr\u00f2pia flora aut\u00f2ctona torna a cr\u00e9ixer.
