Les migranyes s\u00f3n mals de cap intensos amb causes molt diferents, que comprenen des dels condicionants gen\u00e8tics a les intoler\u00e0ncies aliment\u00e0ries, les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies, els estils de vida, l&#8217;entorn, etc. Normalment s&#8217;associen a una reacci\u00f3 sensible als sorolls o a la llum, als v\u00f2mits, a la manca de concentraci\u00f3 i a altres problemes. El dolor pot ser molt agut i els efectes que t\u00e9 poden durar hores, i fins i tot uns quants dies. Les dones s\u00f3n fins a tres cops m\u00e9s propenses a patir-ne, segons sembla per motius hormonals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) les ha incloses entre els vint trastorns m\u00e9s incapacitants. S\u00f3n molt comunes al nostre pa\u00eds: fins a cinc milions d&#8217;adults en t\u00e9, segons la Societat Espanyola de Neurologia.Tot seguit, us donem sis consells per evitar les migranyes o combatre-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Revisa_lestil_de_vida\"><\/span><strong>Revisa l&#8217;estil de vida<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tens mal de cap sovint i de manera constant, hauries d&#8217;analitzar factors com ara l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, l&#8217;ansietat, la son, l&#8217;exercici, la dieta i l&#8217;estat hormonal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per minimitzar les migranyes, procura de canviar l&#8217;estil de vida de manera que redueixis l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat i dormis m\u00e9s i amb un son de m\u00e9s qualitat. Beu m\u00e9s aigua per limitar-ne l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 i, en darrer terme, per eliminar-les.<\/li><li>Molta gent se&#8217;n surt amb ter\u00e0pies alternatives, com ara la quiropr\u00e0ctica, l&#8217;acupuntura o d&#8217;altres; per tant, potser val la pena de provar-les.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Porta_un_diari_dels_simptomes\"><\/span><strong>Porta un diari dels s\u00edmptomes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un diari amb el control de les migranyes t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0, quan toqui, a fer les revisions m\u00e8diques. Apunta-hi les dades seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intensitat del dolor (de l&#8217;1 al 10).<\/li><li>Localitzaci\u00f3 del dolor.<\/li><li>Tipus de dolor.<\/li><li>Durada: nombre d&#8217;hores i canvis experimentats durant el per\u00edode.<\/li><li>S\u00edmptomes (v\u00f2mits, sensibilitat als sorolls o a la llum, problemes a l&#8217;hora de fer coses, incapacitat per treballar, caminar i, fins i tot, dificultat de visi\u00f3).<\/li><li>Cicle menstrual (quan correspon).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Controla_amb_un_diari_que_menges\"><\/span><strong>Controla amb un diari qu\u00e8 menges<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que sembli que no hi ha cap relaci\u00f3, pot passar que les intoler\u00e0ncies o al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies alimentaries, el grau d&#8217;hidrataci\u00f3, menjar massa de pressa o el desordre en els \u00e0pats originin episodis de migranya. Altres possibles desencadenants s\u00f3n el caf\u00e8, les begudes carb\u00f2niques, l&#8217;alcohol, els c\u00edtrics, el formatge, les nous i la xocolata. Anota qu\u00e8 menges, afegint-hi les quantitats, i els horaris de cada \u00e0pat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_tens_antecedents_familiars\"><\/span><strong>En tens antecedents familiars?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esbrina-ho. Bona part de les migranyes est\u00e0 causada per una predisposici\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica, per la qual cosa recomanem de saber-ne com m\u00e9s millor a fi de determinar-ne les circumst\u00e0ncies i els tractaments. Els s\u00edmptomes, els medicaments, quins tractament et van funcionar i quins no, entre d&#8217;altres, contribuiran molt a decidir qu\u00e8 \u00e9s m\u00e9s adequat per a tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ves_al_metge\"><\/span><strong>Ves al metge<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ben probablement el metge de fam\u00edlia et far\u00e0 una exploraci\u00f3 per determinar la funci\u00f3 nerviosa, la pressi\u00f3 arterial, la salut de la vista, etc. Prendr\u00e0 nota de la medicaci\u00f3 actual, de l&#8217;historial de medicaci\u00f3 i altres factors que l&#8217;ajudaran a fer-ne el diagn\u00f2stic. Els factors que hem exposat (diari de migranyes, \u00e0pats, antecedents familiars) li faran molt de servei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si arriba el cas, et pot prescriure medicaments pal\u00b7liatius o derivar-te a un neur\u00f2leg o a altres especialistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Estigues_preparat\"><\/span><strong>Estigues preparat<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha pacients amb migranya que la intueixen: tenen una mena de premonici\u00f3, com una \u2018aura\u2019, abans de l&#8217;atac. Aquests avisos poden incloure distorsi\u00f3 de la visi\u00f3, punts cecs o espurnes de colors en el camp visual, entumiment, mareigs o pessigolleig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si perceps cap aura, et recomanem que et preparis per a la migranya. I, encara que no rebis aquest av\u00eds, val m\u00e9s estar previngut, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 et pot ajudar a suavitzar-ne els s\u00edmptomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3 inclou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tenir aigua ben a l&#8217;abast, perqu\u00e8 cal mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Tenir igualment disponibles els analg\u00e8sics que prens. Com m\u00e9s aviat els prenguis, m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid et faran efecte.<\/li><li>Preparar l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 no hi hagi soroll i sigui a les fosques, si t&#8217;hi vols estirar.<\/li><li>Tenir a m\u00e0 els tel\u00e8fons imprescindibles.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tractament_de_la_migranya\"><\/span><strong>Tractament de la migranya<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En la majoria dels casos els analg\u00e8sics, com ara l&#8217;ibuprof\u00e8n o el paracetamol, calmen convenientment el dolor de la migranya (parla&#8217;n amb el farmac\u00e8utic), per\u00f2 sovint no n&#8217;hi ha prou i calen medicaments m\u00e9s potents, com s\u00f3n els triptans.
