Quan deixem de fumar, de seguida es noten unes quantes millores f\u00edsiques que repercuteixen en el benestar general. N&#8217;hi ha que es manifesten tan r\u00e0pid com al cap de vint minuts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_un_parell_dies\"><\/span><strong>En un parell dies<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En nom\u00e9s un parell de dies s&#8217;allibera el cos del mon\u00f2xid de carboni que cont\u00e9 el fum. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, augmenta el nivell d&#8217;oxigen a la sang, i aix\u00f2 fa tenir m\u00e9s bon aspecte f\u00edsic en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fumar tamb\u00e9 constreny els vasos sanguinis, de manera que la sang flueix amb m\u00e9s facilitat quan ho deixem. Les persones amb problemes circulatoris noten que els dits de les mans i dels peus es refreden menys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cop desapareix la s\u00edndrome d&#8217;abstin\u00e8ncia inicial, es dorm m\u00e9s b\u00e9. Tant el gust com l&#8217;olfacte es tornen m\u00e9s sensibles, fins al punt que el fum del tabac dels altres fumadors arriba a irritar, i fastigueja la pudor que deixa a la roba\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continua llegint, per\u00f2, a veure si et convencem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_beneficis_de_deixar_de_fumar\"><\/span><strong>Els beneficis de deixar de fumar<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 20 minuts<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La tensi\u00f3 arterial i el pols es normalitzen i augmenta el flux sanguini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 8 hores<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El nivell de mon\u00f2xid de carboni a la sang comen\u00e7a a disminuir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 48 hores<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El mon\u00f2xid de carboni i la nicotina han desaparegut del tot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 2 o 3 dies<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Notar\u00e0s menys mucositat, o gens, a la gola i als bronquis; i, per tant, tindr\u00e0s menys dificultats respirat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 5-7 dies<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#8217;aguditzen els sentits del gust i de l&#8217;olfacte, tens un al\u00e8 m\u00e9s fresc, les dents s\u00f3n m\u00e9s netes i creix el nivell d&#8217;energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 2-3 setmanes<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00edndrome d&#8217;abstin\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica s&#8217;esfuma, i t&#8217;adones que passen hores sense recordar-te del tabac. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, es redueix el risc de tenir una trombosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 3-4 setmanes<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Desapareixen la tos i les mol\u00e8sties als sins nasals i disminueixen els problemes de manca d&#8217;al\u00e8. De la mateixa manera, tens menys cansament i se&#8217;t multiplica l&#8217;energia. Els pulmons s&#8217;enforteixen contra les infeccions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 2-3 mesos<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La funci\u00f3 pulmonar millora un 5 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap d&#8217;un any<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es divideix per dos el risc de patir malalties cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 2-3 anys<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els riscs d&#8217;agafar una pneum\u00f2nia o la grip s\u00f3n id\u00e8ntics als d&#8217;un no fumador. I continua minvant els risc de tenir atacs de cor, angina de pit o problemes cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 5 anys<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es redueix a la meitat el risc de c\u00e0ncer de gola, d&#8217;es\u00f2fag i de bufeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 5-10 anys<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els riscs de patir malalties cardiovasculars o trombosis s\u00f3n els mateixos que els dels no fumadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 10 anys<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es divideix per dos el risc de tenir c\u00e0ncer de pulm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Al cap de 15-20 anys<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El risc de patir c\u00e0ncer de pulm\u00f3, gola, es\u00f2fag o bufeta \u00e9s com el dels no fumadors. La percepci\u00f3 dels fumadors que la nicotina el calma es deu simplement al fet que satisf\u00e0 l&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia del cos de m\u00e9s nicotina entre una cigarreta i una altra; la resposta d'&#8221;agra\u00efment&#8221; de l&#8217;organisme despr\u00e9s de rebre&#8217;n una dosi nova \u00e9s la que allibera la pressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>M\u00e9s temps i&#8230; m\u00e9s diners<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els exfumadors se sorprenen del temps que guanyen quan deixen el tabac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La majoria dels fumadors no \u00e9s conscient del temps que dediquen a pensar en el tabac: on l&#8217;han de comprar, quan, els dies festius o a la nit&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I val m\u00e9s que no parlem dels diners que s&#8217;hi inverteixen, oi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sentiment de vict\u00f2ria<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s extremament satisfactori fixar un objectiu i assolir-lo, en particular quan el cam\u00ed \u00e9s ple d&#8217;obstacles inesperats que cal superar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molt exfumadors estan leg\u00edtimament orgullosos d&#8217;haver-ho deixat i aquest sentiment pot afermar extraordin\u00e0riament la seva autoestima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s bona idea que les fites que es marquin els primers dies o setmanes despr\u00e9s de deixar-ho siguin realistes, i no dir coses com ara &#8220;ho deixo ara i ser\u00e0 per sempre&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot augmentar la motivaci\u00f3, si et recompenses en dates assenyalades que tu mateix fixes: un dia sense fumar, despr\u00e9s tres, una setmana, dues setmanes, un mes, etc. Moltes vict\u00f2ries d&#8217;aquesta mena fan que tinguis m\u00e9s confian\u00e7a en tu mateix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Recuperaci\u00f3 del control<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels aspectes m\u00e9s durs de deixar de fumar \u00e9s resistir l&#8217;ansietat que en causa el desig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan es deixa de fumar, els moments d&#8217;ansietat es manifesten de manera regular, per\u00f2 habitualment desapareixen al cap d&#8217;un parell de minuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest desfici \u00e9s com un m\u00fascul ben desenvolupat. Quan no es fa servir s&#8217;afebleix, fins al punt que s&#8217;atrofia del tot. Cada cop que se supera un moment d&#8217;ansietat, fem un pas cap a l&#8217;atr\u00f2fia definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan aprenguis a resistir els moments d&#8217;ansietat, haur\u00e0s guanyat a tots els fronts. Aquests lapses de desfici s&#8217;espaiaran progressivament fins a desapar\u00e8ixer, i recuperar\u00e0s el control sobre l&#8217;addicci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Una nova faceta de la personalitat<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixar de fumar pot fer que sorgeixin aspectes nous de la personalitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com una part del proc\u00e9s de coneixement dels factors que desencadenen el desig de fumar, molts fumadors acaben sabent qu\u00e8 els fa enfadar o els trasbalsa, qu\u00e8 els fa contents o b\u00e9 qu\u00e8 fa que s&#8217;avorreixin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprendre a controlar situacions noves i a superar entrebancs pot afavorir el desenvolupament personal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Continues fumant?
