Una cosa \u00e9s la fatiga natural de darrera hora, fruit d&#8217;una jornada dura de feina, i una altra cosa haver de fer un esfor\u00e7, volem dir un esfor\u00e7 real, de voluntat per activar-te cada dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cansament extrem durant per\u00edodes relativament llargs de temps tenen un cost, i se&#8217;n pot ressentir la teva salut mental, la teva salut f\u00edsica i la teva qualitat de vida. Normalment amb un dia lliure (un dissabte o un diumenge), o un per\u00edode curt de vacances, es resol el problema. Si aix\u00f2 no passa, val m\u00e9s que continu\u00efs llegint, perqu\u00e8, tard o d&#8217;hora, i probablement d&#8217;hora, t&#8217;interessar\u00e0 demanar ajuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot seguit, enumerem 12 possibles causes m\u00e8diques pel teu cansament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_estas_tan_cansatcansada\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 est\u00e0s tan cansat\/cansada?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Esgotament<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) ara admet com a trastorn m\u00e8dic estar \u2018cremat\u2019 (s\u00edndrome de <em>burnout<\/em> o s\u00edndrome d&#8217;esgotament professional), i el descriu com la s\u00edndrome que origina l&#8217;estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic a la feina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormir \u00e9s una funci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica del cos, i tothom necessita reposar per estar actiu durant el dia. Tots els animals segueixen rutines d&#8217;hores de son i vig\u00edlia. Sense fer el descans preceptiu, el cos \u00e9s incapa\u00e7 de restaurar i regenerar les seves funcions i, com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, es tenen problemes f\u00edsics i mentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e0s baldat, fes m\u00e9s rep\u00f2s durant la rutina di\u00e0ria, i procura desconnectar a estones per relaxar-te i recuperar-te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mala alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diuen que \u2018ets el que menges\u2019, i \u00e9s ben veritat. Tant si peses m\u00e9s del compte, com si no consumeixes prou calories, pot influir en el fet que et falti energia. Cal que segueixis una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada i que facis tots els \u00e0pats, sense saltar-te&#8217;n cap. El motor anir\u00e0 m\u00e9s fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te&#8217;n vas al llit amb gana, o tens un exc\u00e9s de pes, pot afectar la qualitat del son. Una alimentaci\u00f3 convenient per a tu, i un horari regular dels \u00e0pats t&#8217;ajudaran a dormir m\u00e9s b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sedentarisme<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No fa gaire es va publicar un estudi que corroborava que el sedentarisme \u00e9s tan perjudicial com fumar. Alerta, doncs! \u00c9s important que incloguis a la rutina una mica d&#8217;exercici. Qualsevol lector d&#8217;aquestes p\u00e0gines ja sap que fer exercici \u00e9s molt bo; en canvi, per\u00edodes llargs de sedentarisme s&#8217;associen a un son de poca qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;OMS recomana mitja hora d&#8217;exercici cinc dies a la setmana, en edats compreses entre els 19 i els 64 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Manca_de_vitamines\"><\/span><strong>Manca de vitamines<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El cansament pot revelar manca de determinades vitamines i minerals, com ara la vitamina D, la vitamina B<sub>12<\/sub>, el ferro, el magnesi o el potassi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Falta de vitamina D<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s essencial per als ossos i les dents, per\u00f2 la ci\u00e8ncia ha demostrat que la manca de vitamina D comporta problemes m\u00e9s greus, com ara les malalties card\u00edaques, la depressi\u00f3 i la s\u00edndrome de la fatiga cr\u00f2nica. Tamb\u00e9 es relaciona amb trastorns del son. Els suplements d&#8217;aquesta vitamina (de la qualitat m\u00e9s alta!) poden millorar les coses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Falta de ferro<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Produeix l&#8217;anomenada an\u00e8mia ferrop\u00e8nica, que \u00e9s una de les causes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents del cansament, en particular entre les embarassades o durant la menstruaci\u00f3. Els s\u00edmptomes habituals que la caracteritzen s\u00f3n pesadesa muscular, les palpitacions i certa insufici\u00e8ncia respirat\u00f2ria. El metge de fam\u00edlia t&#8217;hi pot ajudar demanant una an\u00e0lisi de sang per determinar-ne el possible d\u00e8ficit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Falta de magnesi<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un altre mineral essencial per produir energia al cos. Els s\u00edmptomes clau per saber si se&#8217;n t\u00e9 d\u00e8ficit s\u00f3n el cansament, les rampes, els dolors i els espasmes musculars, la fatiga a les cames i els problemes de son. No \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de determinar si hi ha manca de magnesi, per\u00f2 els s\u00edmptomes poden ser concloents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Falta de vitamina B<sub>12<\/sub><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Causa l&#8217;anomenada an\u00e8mia per manca d&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic, i \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 clau per produir energia. Una llista llarga de s\u00edmptomes en manifesta el d\u00e8ficit: feblesa, formigueig, visi\u00f3 defectuosa, aftes (que s\u00f3n unes nafres molt doloroses a la boca), problemes de mem\u00f2ria, depressi\u00f3 i pot degenerar en altres trastorns m\u00e8dics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si en tens s\u00edmptomes, ves corrents al metge de fam\u00edlia, perqu\u00e8 potser algun dels problemes \u00e9s irreversible si no es tracta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Falta de potassi<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El potassi \u00e9s vital per als m\u00fasculs i es troba en els aliments que consumim. La fatiga \u00e9s sovint el primer s\u00edmptoma que adverteix del d\u00e8ficit de potassi, a banda dels dolors musculars, les palpitacions i la insufici\u00e8ncia respirat\u00f2ria. L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi inclou el recompte dels gl\u00f2buls vermells i blancs de la sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La manca de minerals es pot solucionar amb els suplements que et prescrigui el metge de fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Estr\u00e8s<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Afecta el son, tant la seva qualitat com la durada. Si no dorms prou, tindr\u00e0s m\u00e9s estr\u00e8s, de manera que et podries trobar atrapat en un cercle vici\u00f3s. Cal controlar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s per restaurar els nivells d&#8217;energia i afavorir el son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planteja&#8217;t de seguir algun curs de meditaci\u00f3 o <em>mindfulness<\/em>, que t&#8217;ajudi a eliminar o controlar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Depressi\u00f3<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tendim a pensar que el cansament \u00e9s un problema b\u00e0sicament f\u00edsic, per\u00f2, en realitat, estar sempre rebentat \u00e9s un s\u00edmptoma clau de la depressi\u00f3. Analitza el teu estat de salut mental. Hi ha una relaci\u00f3 biun\u00edvoca, com en el cas de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, entre la depressi\u00f3 i el son de poca qualitat. Segons un estudi dut a terme el 2011, patir insomni multiplica per dos el risc de depressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El son de mala qualitat i els problemes mentals estan molt connectats. Dormir malament pot contribuir a tenir problemes mentals, i tamb\u00e9 pot predir-los. Aix\u00ed doncs, cal mantenir unes pautes regulars a l&#8217;hora de dormir, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s cabdal per a una bona salut mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fibromi\u00e0lgia<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els pacients amb dolors cr\u00f2nics i fibromi\u00e0lgia poden tenir poca qualitat de vida, amb problemes greus del son. Si sospites que t&#8217;afecta cap trastorn d&#8217;aquesta mena, parla&#8217;n amb el metge de fam\u00edlia. Dormir malament pot ser un s\u00edmptoma de fibromi\u00e0lgia, la qual est\u00e0 relacionada amb l&#8217;insomni i la s\u00edndrome de les cames inquietes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>S\u00edndrome de Fatiga Cr\u00f2nica<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El cansament extrem \u00e9s el s\u00edmptoma clau d&#8217;aquesta malaltia relativament poc coneguda, fins al punt que li dona nom. Molts pacients amb SFC parlen de problemes per agafar el son i mantenir-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els canvis en el ritme circadiari poden contribuir a aquest problema. Intenta de sortir amb llum de dia, preferiblement abans del migdia, perqu\u00e8 et podria ajudar a restablir el rellotge circadiari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Medicaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha medicaments, segons els prospectes, que adverteixen als consumidors que no haurien de conduir ni maniobrar m\u00e0quines si se&#8217;n pren, perqu\u00e8 causen somnol\u00e8ncia. De manera inversa, hi ha medicaments que et poden mantenir despert, com ara alguns antihipertensius (per a la pressi\u00f3 alta) i els antiasm\u00e0tics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si en prens cap i tens insomni, cal que en parlis amb el metge de fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Diabetis<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si darrerament et trobes m\u00e9s cansat, tens set, ganes d&#8217;orinar sovint i t&#8217;has aprimat sense cap causa aparent, ves al metge de fam\u00edlia perqu\u00e8 et faci una prova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons la Fundaci\u00f3 del Son, fins a un de cada dos pacients amb diabetis de tipus 2 experimenten problemes del son a causa de la fluctuaci\u00f3 del sucre a la sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nou podem trobar-nos atrapats un cercle vici\u00f3s: el son defectu\u00f3s (sobretot el son poc profund) pot afectar els nivells d&#8217;insulina, i aix\u00f2, al seu torn, fa que es desenvolupi la diabetis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Hipotiro\u00efdisme<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disfunci\u00f3 de la gl\u00e0ndula tiroide, quan \u00e9s poc activa i no produeix prou hormones. Un dels s\u00edmptomes del hipotiro\u00efdisme, al marge de causar un augment de pes, \u00e9s el cansament, fins al punt que s&#8217;arriba a passar per estats let\u00e0rgics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que el hipotiro\u00efdisme es pot tractar sense gaire entrebancs, per tant, parla&#8217;n amb el metge de fam\u00edlia a fi que et prescrigui el tractament adequat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Fatiga postv\u00edrica<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s relativament freq\u00fcent en pacients que acaben de passar una infecci\u00f3 v\u00edrica, com ara la grip. T\u00e9 com a s\u00edmptomes el cansament cr\u00f2nic, els dolors musculars, la p\u00e8rdua de pes, els v\u00f2mits, la diarrea, la febre o les esgarrifances, els dolors tor\u00e0cics i la insufici\u00e8ncia respirat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenir cansament despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una malaltia \u00e9s ben normal, excepte si els s\u00edmptomes es mantenen al cap de setmanes, o fins i tot mesos, i afecten greument la vida di\u00e0ria. En aquest cas, \u00e9s l&#8217;hora d&#8217;anar al metge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els experts no acaben d&#8217;entendre del tot els mecanismes de la fatiga postv\u00edrica, cosa que fa que sigui dif\u00edcil de tractar.
