Els menjars copiosos que ens fan entrar en calor en aquesta \u00e8poca tampoc ajuden a activar-nos, de manera que molts decidim deixar de banda la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;esports a l&#8217;aire lliure en els mesos de fred. I la nostra salut cardiovascular pot ressentir-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 et sembla si et diem que el millor moment per fer esport \u00e9s l&#8217;hivern? T&#8217;expliquem tots els beneficis que fan m\u00e9s que recomanable practicar exercici amb baixes temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficis de fer esport a l&#8217;hivern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Es cremen m\u00e9s calories.<\/strong> Amb el fred, la temperatura corporal baixa i el nostre organisme ha de fer un major esfor\u00e7 per recuperar la calor. Com? Augmentant la seva activitat metab\u00f2lica per tal que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules consumeixin m\u00e9s energia per transformar-la en calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan realitzem exercici amb baixes temperatures, a aquest esfor\u00e7 de l&#8217;organisme hem d&#8217;afegir, a m\u00e9s, el que ha de fer per activar els nostres m\u00fasculs, que amb les baixes temperatures tendeixen a contraure&#8217;s i estar m\u00e9s r\u00edgids. I tamb\u00e9 per recuperar l&#8217;equilibri que suposen els canvis de temperatura, el consum d&#8217;oxigen i la p\u00e8rdua de l\u00edquids de l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, es consumeixen m\u00e9s calories, el que de pas serveix per compensar els excessos cal\u00f2rics que fem en aquesta \u00e8poca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Millora la nostra forma f\u00edsica.<\/strong> Com ja hem comentat, el cos ha de millorar el seu rendiment en tots els aspectes per adaptar-se a les baixes temperatures: millora la capacitat cardiovascular (el que redueix el risc de malalties cardiovasculars i vessaments cerebrals), la capacitat cardiopulmonar i desenvolupa els m\u00fasculs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Millora el sistema immune.<\/strong> Segons un estudi publicat al <a href=\"http:\/\/jap.physiology.org\/content\/87\/2\/699\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Journal of Applied Physiology<\/a>, els leuc\u00f2cits i granul\u00f2cits, responsables del bon funcionament del sistema immunol\u00f2gic, augmenten la seva producci\u00f3 quan realitzem exercici amb baixes temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest punt hem d&#8217;aclarir que els beneficis s&#8217;aconsegueixen quan <strong>no parlem de temperatures extremes<\/strong>, compte. Estem m\u00e9s hidratats.<\/strong> A l&#8217;estiu es sua molt m\u00e9s en fer exercici, de manera que practicar esport a l&#8217;hivern ens ajuda a mantenir-nos millor hidratats en aquesta \u00e8poca en la qual \u00e9s normal que sentim menys la necessitat de beure. No obstant aix\u00f2, sempre \u00e9s recomanable mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3 en la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva. No ens descuidem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Millora l&#8217;\u00e0nim.<\/strong> Practicar exercici allibera endorfines, ens fa desconnectar i plantejar-nos metes. Millora aix\u00ed la nostra sensaci\u00f3 de benestar, allunya l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i la depressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Es crea una rutina positiva i ens prepara per a una bona condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica en els mesos de calor.<\/strong> Realitzar esport a l&#8217;hivern far\u00e0 que el nostre cos i la nostra ment s&#8217;acostumin a l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic durant tot l&#8217;any. I quan comencin a pujar de nou les temperatures, ja tindrem una bona condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica i no necessitarem posar-nos a fer exercici amb urg\u00e8ncia per veure&#8217;ns millor amb menys peces de vestir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. \u00c9s divertit.<\/strong> A m\u00e9s de l&#8217;exercici habitual, hi ha molts esports d&#8217;hivern estimulants: ski, surf de neu, patinatge sobre gel &#8230; Hem d&#8217;escollir l&#8217;adequat a la nostra forma i condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica. I si ho fem en companyia, ens donar\u00e0 molta menys mandra i ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s divertit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deporte_invierno2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20742\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deporte_invierno2.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deporte_invierno2-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deporte_invierno2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deporte_invierno2-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consells per practicar esport a l&#8217;hivern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal prendre una s\u00e8rie de precaucions extra abans de llan\u00e7ar-nos al carrer a fer exercici amb temperatures g\u00e8lides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hem de <strong>fer escalfaments i estiraments m\u00e9s llargs<\/strong> (10-15 minuts), ja que els m\u00fasculs estan m\u00e9s entumits pel fred.<\/li><li><strong>Protegir adequadament les zones m\u00e9s sensibles<\/strong>: el cap i el coll sobretot, que \u00e9s per on es perd m\u00e9s calor; els llavis i el nas, que es poden ressecar i hem de fer servir cremes hidratants; els peus i les mans. Si es realitzen esports de neu, hem d&#8217;utilitzar un bon protector solar per evitar cremades que es poden produir pel reflex del sol a la neu.<\/li><li><strong>Portar roba adequada<\/strong>: l&#8217;ideal s\u00f3n 3 capes: la primera que absorbeixi la suor (que no sigui de cot\u00f3, que es queda humida), la segona t\u00e8rmica i la tercera impermeable, tallavents i transpirable. O portar roba de recanvi per canviar despr\u00e9s de suar.<\/li><li><strong>Abrigar-se molt b\u00e9<\/strong> en sortir de casa i en tornar, abans i despr\u00e9s de fer exercici.<\/li><li>Abans de comen\u00e7ar a fer exercici \u00e9s important <strong>alimentar-se b\u00e9<\/strong>, prenent un bon esmorzar complet que inclogui cereals, llet i fruites.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I ara que ja coneixes tots els avantatges que t\u00e9 fer esport a l&#8217;hivern, deixa la mandra de banda i aprofita els beneficis del fred per activar-te. No cal que es facin grans excessos: pot ser simplement una caminada di\u00e0ria de 30 minuts a bon pas en les hores de sol.
