Val la pena, per\u00f2, el petit esfor\u00e7 que cal fer per preparar-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed t\u2019expliquem quins beneficis t\u00e9 per a la salut aquesta fruita, en bona mesura derivats d\u2019un enzim: la bromela\u00efna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_11_beneficis_de_la_pinya\"><\/span><strong>Els 11 beneficis de la pinya<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La bromela\u00efna \u00e9s un fitonutrient, en realitat un grup de enzims digestius que es troba al suc, a la polpa i, principalment, a la tija. En cont\u00e9 una quantitat relativament petita, i per arribar a les dosis que es fan servir per als estudis cient\u00edfics, cal ingerir suplements de l\u2019enzim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgrat tot, no es redueix tot a aquest enzim. Una porci\u00f3 de 80 grams de pinya inclou una gran varietat de vitamines, nutrients i antioxidants i \u00e9s un suplement excel\u00b7lent per a qualsevol dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Una_font_de_vitamines_i_minerals\"><\/span><strong>Una font de vitamines i minerals<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La raci\u00f3 de 80 grams t\u00e9 1,3 g de fibra (sobre el 4 % de la quantitat di\u00e0ria recomanada (QDR) i 36 calories, a banda de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>20 % de la QDR de mangan\u00e8s, 0,4 mg<\/li><li>12 % de la QDR de vitamina C, 10 mg<\/li><li>9 % de la QDR de coure, 0,09 mg<\/li><li>6 % de la QDR de potassi, 128 mg<\/li><li>6 % de la QDR de tiamina (vitamina B<sub>1<\/sub>), 0,06 mg<\/li><li>5 % de la QDR de vitamina B<sub>6<\/sub>, 0,07 mg<\/li><li>2 % de la QDR de calci, 14 mg<\/li><li>3 % de la QDR de magnesi, 13 mg<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9s rica en antioxidants<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 cont\u00e9 carotenoides, entre els quals el betacarot\u00e8, la lute\u00efna i la zeaxantina, que, com la vitamina C, actuen com a antioxidants al cos. Els antioxidants ajuden el cos a combatre l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu causat per l\u2019exc\u00e9s de radicals lliures, l\u2019exc\u00e9s associat a la inflamaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica, l\u2019envelliment prematur i les malalties coron\u00e0ries, el c\u00e0ncer o la diabetis. La pinya redueix, doncs, els riscs de patir-ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Facilita_la_digestio\"><\/span><strong>Facilita la digesti\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La bromela\u00efna de la pinya funciona al cos com la proteasa, que descompon les prote\u00efnes en amino\u00e0cids. Es pot fer servir per facilitar la digesti\u00f3, per\u00f2 bona part d\u2019aquest enzim \u00e9s a la tija, per la qual cosa de cara a la digesti\u00f3 se n\u2019hauria de prendre un suplement. La bromela\u00efna \u00e9s particularment \u00fatil per a les persones amb insufici\u00e8ncia pancre\u00e0tica, un trastorn que es produeix quan el cos no pot fabricar un enzim digestiu espec\u00edfic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Protegeix_la_salut_dels_ulls\"><\/span><strong>Protegeix la salut dels ulls<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els carotenoides que trobem a la pinya, el betacarot\u00e8, la lute\u00efna i la zeaxantina, s\u00f3n bons protectors de la salut ocular. Les recerques han demostrat que la lute\u00efna, que es concentra en volums elevats als ulls, pot millorar i fins i tot prevenir la DMAE (degeneraci\u00f3 macular associada a l\u2019edat), una malaltia que causa un tipus determinat de ceguesa, sobretot entre la gent gran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ajuda_el_sistema_immunitari\"><\/span><strong>Ajuda el sistema immunitari<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 s\u2019atribueix especialment a la bromela\u00efna. Les investigacions suggereixen que aquest fitonutrient pot reduir els marcadors d\u2019inflamaci\u00f3 al cos, fet que contribueix a enfortir el sistema immunitari. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, la vitamina C que cont\u00e9 estimula la producci\u00f3 dels limf\u00f2cits i fag\u00f2cits, els quals actuen com a antiinflamatoris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Calma_lartritis\"><\/span><strong>Calma l\u2019artritis<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversos estudis suggereixen que la bromela\u00efna de la pinya pot apaivagar el dolor i la inflamaci\u00f3 associats a l\u2019osteoartritis. De fet, una investigaci\u00f3 que va publicar la revista&nbsp;<em>Clinical Rheumatology<\/em>&nbsp;va revelar que una combinaci\u00f3 de bromela\u00efna, tripsina i rutina redu\u00efa significativament el dolor que causa aquest trastorn, de manera tan efectiva com els medicaments que es fan servir per combatre\u2019l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Afavoreix_la_recuperacio_despres_de_fer_exercici\"><\/span><strong>Afavoreix la recuperaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de fer exercici<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exercici intens perjudica en certa manera el teixit muscular, i causa dolor i incomoditat durant el proc\u00e9s de recuperaci\u00f3. L\u2019estudi apunta que els enzims que descomponen les prote\u00efnes \u2014com ara la bromela\u00efna\u2014 poden accelerar aquest proc\u00e9s de recuperaci\u00f3, reduint la inflamaci\u00f3 del teixit malm\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Millora_la_salut_dels_ossos\"><\/span><strong>Millora la salut dels ossos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una raci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria de pinya t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a tenir cura dels ossos i del teixit connectiu. En aquest cas, el responsable n\u2019\u00e9s el mangan\u00e8s (80 grams de pinya aporta el 20 % de la QDR). Aquest mineral t\u00e9 un paper cabdal en el creixement dels ossos i el manteniment de la densitat \u00f2ssia, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s un dels activadors dels enzims que intervenen en la seva formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Te_compostos_anticancerigens\"><\/span><strong>T\u00e9 compostos anticancer\u00edgens<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A banda de la funci\u00f3 antioxidant que fa disminuir l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu i la inflamaci\u00f3 dels teixits \u2014totes dues afeccions s\u2019associen amb el c\u00e0ncer\u2014, certs estudis assenyalen que la bromela\u00efna podria protegir contra aquesta malaltia tan temuda, perqu\u00e8 inhibeix el creixement de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules canceroses, i n\u2019estimula la desaparici\u00f3. Caldria fer m\u00e9s recerca, per aix\u00f2, per corroborar aquest benefici, per\u00f2 els resultats preliminars s\u00f3n prometedors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ajuda_a_mantenir_la_salut_bucal\"><\/span><strong>Ajuda a mantenir la salut bucal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamina C refor\u00e7a les genives i els teixits tous, i, per tant, protegeix contra la gingivitis, la fase pr\u00e8via de la periodontitis. La pinya cont\u00e9 fins al 12 % de la quantitat di\u00e0ria recomanada per a aquesta vitamina (en una raci\u00f3 de 80 grams). Intenta de menjar-te-la amb iogurt grec que, a part de ser una combinaci\u00f3 bon\u00edssima, t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a protegir l\u2019esmalt de les dents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Es_facil_dincorporar-la_a_la_dieta\"><\/span><strong>\u00c9s f\u00e0cil d\u2019incorporar-la a la dieta<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pinya es tan vers\u00e0til com saludable. La pots coure a la brasa, per acompanyar algun plat, fer-ne bocins per posar-los damunt d\u2019un gelat, o fins i tot tenir-ne de tallada a la nevera per picar a qualsevol moment del dia. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s pot afegir a una pizza, per exemple.
