I un de cada cinc joves consulta la pantalla almenys cada cinc minuts, d\u2019acord amb una enquesta de Gallup duta a terme el 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Si t\u2019inquieta el poder que el m\u00f2bil t\u00e9 sobre tu, pensa que les nostres ments canvien cont\u00ednuament per respondre a exig\u00e8ncies diverses, i tamb\u00e9 als est\u00edmuls dels m\u00f2bils, en un proc\u00e9s que els neur\u00f2legs anomenen neuroplasticitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e0sicament \u201c\u00e9s un proc\u00e9s constant d\u2019enfortiment i afebliment de les connexions de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules nervioses en funci\u00f3 de les experi\u00e8ncies\u201d, segons explica el doctor Larry Rosen al seu llibre <em>iDisorder: Understanding our obsession with Technology and Overcoming Its hold on Us<\/em>. (<em>iTrastorn: entendre l\u2019obsessi\u00f3 amb la tecnologia i superar el poder que t\u00e9 en nosaltres<\/em>). \u201cAquesta capacitat de canviar \u00e9s un gran avantatge del cervell; at\u00e8s que la nostra ment \u00e9s assetjada de manera continuada per est\u00edmuls nous, la neuroplasticitat \u00e9s la salvaci\u00f3 del cervell\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 descriurem com canvia el teu cervell, probablement ara mateix, mentre llegeixes aquest text al teu BFF (<em>Best Friend Forever<\/em>) o millor amic per sempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_teva_memoria_es_relaxa\"><\/span><strong>La teva mem\u00f2ria es relaxa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u2019has adonat de com de dif\u00edcil sembla qualsevol feina senzilla, per exemple trobar la ruta per arribar a un restaurant, sense consultar abans el m\u00f2bil? L\u2019anomenem \u2018efecte Google\u2019, d\u2019acord amb el terme que van encunyar uns investigadors de la Universitat de Col\u00fambia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c9s tan habitual cercar la resposta a qualsevol q\u00fcesti\u00f3, que sembla com si tingu\u00e9ssim la s\u00edndrome d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia quan no la trobem immediatament\u201d, tal com diuen a l\u2019estudi, i acaben afirmant que \u201chem arribat a un estat de simbiosi tal amb els nostres dispositius, que oblidem la informaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 sabem on es pot localitzar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la mateixa manera, diuen que, com que \u00e9s tan f\u00e0cil de trobar qualsevol cosa a Internet, els nostres \u2018discs durs interns\u2019 s\u2019han tornat opacs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tha_crescut_una_nova_extremitat\"><\/span><strong>T\u2019ha crescut una nova extremitat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si et sembla que el m\u00f2bil \u00e9s una extensi\u00f3 del teu bra\u00e7 \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 virtualment s\u2019hi ha convertit. En una recerca de la Universitat de Denver a 290 universitaris, el 90 % del total van reportar que tenien la \u2018s\u00edndrome de la vibraci\u00f3 fantasma\u2019: \u00e9s a dir, sentien com alguna cosa els vibrava a la butxaca, fins i tot quan no hi tenien el m\u00f2bil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara m\u00e9s, als usuaris m\u00e9s <em>addictes<\/em> als m\u00f2bils (\u00e9s a dir, la majoria de nosaltres), els fa l\u2019efecte que el m\u00f2bil \u00e9s una part m\u00e9s del seu cos. En un estudi de la Universitat de Missouri, de 2015, durant el qual es va prendre el m\u00f2bil als voluntaris, els investigadors van afirmar que hi havia participants que ho van viure com \u201cuna p\u00e8rdua de la pr\u00f2pia identitat\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_teva_ansietat_causa_ansietat\"><\/span><strong>La teva ansietat causa ansietat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e0s acostumat a viure aferrat al m\u00f2bil, amb tot just deu minuts de separaci\u00f3 n\u2019hi haur\u00e0 prou perqu\u00e8 el teu cervell manifesti ansietat, segons va demostrar un experiment dut a terme el 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Dr. Rosen afirma que \u201cL\u2019ansietat es revela amb s\u00edmptomes com ara les mans humides o les palpitacions card\u00edaques; de fet, \u00e9s la manera com reacciona el cos quan s\u2019alliberen determinats agents qu\u00edmics al cervell, en especial la hidrocortisona, que es l\u2019hormona de l\u2019estr\u00e8s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca tamb\u00e9 va demostrar que la simple pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019un m\u00f2bil a la vista, encara que no sigui teu, pot desfermar aquesta ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rafegues_de_pensaments\"><\/span><strong>R\u00e0fegues de pensaments<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019allau de notificacions, missatges electr\u00f2nics, textos i milers d\u2019enlla\u00e7os que van apareixent al m\u00f2bil \u00e9s la manera com la tecnologia sobrecarrega el cervell. Pot semblar interessant de tenir totes aquestes fonts d\u2019informaci\u00f3 a l\u2019abast del nostre intel\u00b7lecte, per\u00f2 t\u00e9 un cost emocional alt. Rosen diu que estar immers en tot de pensaments dispersos ens fa sentir \u201cmolt cansats i miserables\u201d. Hi ha estudis que demostren que els mil\u00b7lennistes no s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de concentrar-se en res de concret passats cinc minuts; despr\u00e9s d\u2019aquesta estona, s\u00f3n temptats per altres coses. (I, ara que hi penso, gr\u00e0cies per continuar llegint l\u2019article!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Preocupat\"><\/span><strong>Preocupat?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ets sincer, tu ets qui pot a jutjar m\u00e9s b\u00e9 fins a quin punt depens del m\u00f2bil, tot i que els qui tens al voltant te\u2019n donaran, segurament, alguna pista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019addicci\u00f3 al m\u00f2bil \u00e9s una addicci\u00f3 com qualsevol altra, cosa que significa que es pot guarir.
