Quan no hi ha celebraci\u00f3 de la Nit de Nadal o Nadal en fam\u00edlia, hi ha dinars o sopars d&#8217;empresa, reunions amb amics, intercanvi de regals &#8230; S\u00ed, la majoria de nosaltres veu m\u00e9s gent del que \u00e9s habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hi ha gent que les passa sola. I m\u00e9s aquest fat\u00eddic any de 2020, en qu\u00e8 els experts s&#8217;entesten -amb tota ra\u00f3- en dir-nos que no ens reunim, que les reunions, familiars o no, s\u00f3n la principal font de contagis de la COVID-19, el virus que porta a tot el planeta de cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_soledat_a_Espanya_algunes_xifres\"><\/span><strong>La soledat a Espanya: algunes xifres<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Estatal de Directors i Gerents de Serveis Socials afirma que a Espanya hi ha 4,7 milions de llars unipersonals. Hi ha m\u00e9s d&#8217;un mili\u00f3 i mig de dones que viuen soles i m\u00e9s de mig mili\u00f3 d&#8217;homes en an\u00e0logues circumst\u00e0ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre estudi, &#8220;La solitud al segle XXI&#8221;, de la Universitat Pontif\u00edcia de Comillas, mostra que m\u00e9s de el 21% de la poblaci\u00f3 sent a\u00efllament social i un 21,1% no t\u00e9 un grup d&#8217;amics. Per edats, tenim aquest informe: s&#8217;han sentit sols el 14,7% dels majors de 60, el 18% de persones entre 30 i 60 anys i el 31% dels joves menors de 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que si et trobes sol aquest Nadal, sigui per elecci\u00f3 o per les circumst\u00e0ncies, o fins i tot si tot i estar envoltat de gent et sents excl\u00f2s socialment (una forma diferent de solitud, per\u00f2 molt real) hi ha coses que pots fer per pal\u00b7liar aquest sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Replantejat_la_idea_de_solitud\"><\/span><strong>1. Pot ser amb una v\u00eddeo-trucada que inclogui una copa de vi, o un passeig com\u00fa a dist\u00e0ncia, o pots crear un xat familiar per obrir regals alhora, connectats per v\u00eddeo-trucada, per posar un altre exemple. I tamb\u00e9 podries provar alguna cosa nova, com potser pintar. I posa&#8217;t un pijama nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re defineix el que el Nadal significa per a tu, de manera que pren-te el dia com si fos teu en exclusiva. Puja al cotxe i ves-te&#8217;n a fer una passejada per la serra o per qualsevol paratge proper que et resulti desitjable. Et far\u00e0 oblidar-te d&#8217;aquests sentiments negatius en un moment en qu\u00e8 estaries assistint a una celebraci\u00f3 nadalenca. Hi ha moltes raons per sentir-te sol en Nadal, sobretot si no et pots reunir amb els teus per culpa del virus.
