T&#8217;expliquem qu\u00e8 hem de tenir en compte per gaudir-ne amb control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Falten pocs dies per Nadal i ja fa setmanes que podem veure en tots els establiments d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 prestatgeries plenes dels dol\u00e7os t\u00edpics d&#8217;aquesta \u00e8poca: torrons, massapans, polvorons o bombons a grapats que ens entren pels ulls i ens fan la boca aigua. Una temptaci\u00f3 que, tot i que sabem que no \u00e9s la m\u00e9s aconsellable per a la salut cardiovascular, se&#8217;ns fa irresistible molt abans que arribin aquestes festes tan esperades. Qu\u00e8 hem de procurar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que aquests dol\u00e7os poden ser excel\u00b7lents en una dieta equilibrada, hem de ser conscients que abusar-ne ens implica una ingesta de m\u00e9s sucres i greixos. Les persones amb factors de risc cardiovascular, especialment els diab\u00e8tics, han de tenir cura especial en el consum, anticipat o no, d&#8217;aquests dol\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En previsi\u00f3 del m\u00e9s que probable afartament que ens donem per Nadal, hem de posar una mica de seny per poder gaudir d&#8217;aquests petits plaers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Menjar-ne amb mesura<\/strong>. No cal renunciar-hi, per\u00f2 hem de controlar-ne el consum per no abusar-ne. D&#8217;aquesta manera no comen\u00e7arem a descompensar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 tants dies abans de les festes.<\/li><li><strong>Fer exercici f\u00edsic regular<\/strong>: un passeig relaxat de trenta minuts pel cap baix al dia \u00e9s especialment saludable per al cor, per a la ment i una bona manera de compensar els excessos que puguem cometre puntuamentl. En aquest sentit no \u00e9s recomanable l&#8217;exercici intensiu de manera puntual per cremar els excessos, perqu\u00e8 pot ocasionar lesions o accidents cardiovasculars a causa del sobreesfor\u00e7 sobtat.<\/li><li><strong>Compensar amb una dieta equilibrada<\/strong> baixa en greixos saturats, sucres afegits i sal. Rec\u00f3rrer al menjar al vapor, al forn, a la graella o a la planxa abans que fregit, encara que sigui amb oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li><li><strong>Consultar l&#8217;etiquetatge<\/strong> i triar en la mesura del possible aquells dol\u00e7os que continguin menys greixos i sucres.<\/li><li><strong>Les persones diab\u00e8tiques<\/strong> han de tenir una cura especial amb l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de sucres. Per exemple, el torr\u00f3 de Xixona est\u00e0 elaborat amb un m\u00ednim del 64% d\u2019ametlles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, els torrons que contenen xocolata, les mantegades i els polvorons s\u00f3n els menys saludables per a la salut del cor, perqu\u00e8 el alt contingut en greixos saturats afavoreix l&#8217;obesitat i l&#8217;augment dels nivells del colesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"571\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/dulces-navidad1.jpg\" alt=\"Dulces de Navidad\" class=\"wp-image-20566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/dulces-navidad1.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/dulces-navidad1-440x292.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/dulces-navidad1-768x510.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compte amb els dol\u00e7os &#8220;sense sucre&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com m\u00e9s va trobem m\u00e9s dol\u00e7os catalogats com a &#8220;sense sucre&#8221;, en els quals s&#8217;ha substitu\u00eft aquest ingredient per edulcorants artificials. S\u00f3n acceptables, tot i que hem de tenir cura amb els greixos saturats d&#8217;aquesta classe de productes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones diab\u00e8tiques poden optar pels dol\u00e7os nadalencs amb fructosa o sacarosa, ja que tenen un \u00edndex gluc\u00e8mic m\u00e9s baix. Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 no vol dir que els greixos i les calories disminueixin, aix\u00ed que s&#8217;han de menjar de forma controlada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I per als que simplement miren per la seva l\u00ednia, existeixen dol\u00e7os baixos en sucre amb entre set i trenta vegades menys sucre que els originals. Perqu\u00e8 realment comptin com a baixos en sucre han de tenir entre 1,5 i 5 grams de sucre per cada cent. Tamb\u00e9 es pot optar pels etiquetats com a &#8220;sense sucres afegits&#8221; perqu\u00e8 no inclouen glucosa, fructosa, sacarosa, lactosa o mel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 insistim que cal anar amb compte. La Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola del Coraz\u00f3n (FEC) ens indica que cal no caure en l&#8217;error de pensar que aquests productes &#8220;sense sucre&#8221; s\u00f3n beneficiosos per a la nostra salut per si mateixos. No porten sucre, s\u00ed, per\u00f2 poden tenir un contingut molt alt en greixos saturats i augmentar aix\u00ed els nivells de colesterol. \u00c9s recomanable mirar sempre l&#8217;etiqueta de la composici\u00f3 per assegurar-se\u2019n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed que pren-ne nota perqu\u00e8 amb la gran oferta de dol\u00e7os nadalencs \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil que caiguem en l&#8217;exc\u00e9s.
