Com podem viure aquest Nadal lliure d&#8217;estr\u00e8s?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mentalitzar-nos_que_sera_un_Nadal_diferent_que_no_pitjor\"><\/span>Mentalitzar-nos que ser\u00e0 un Nadal diferent (que no pitjor)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El pr\u00f2xim Nadal ser\u00e0 el m\u00e9s diferent d\u2019aquests \u00faltims anys. \u00c9s al primer que ens hem de mentalitzar perqu\u00e8 aquesta situaci\u00f3 no ens afegeixi un extra d&#8217;estr\u00e8s. Com ja hem eplicat en un altre article, no es tracta de renunciar a les festes de Nadal, sin\u00f3 de <strong>reinventar-les i adaptar-nos a la situaci\u00f3 actual per reduir al m\u00e0xim les situacions de risc<\/strong>. I, si decidim fer-ho, cal tenir en compte una s\u00e8rie de precaucions per disminuir les possibilitats de contagi del coronavirus. \u00c9s m\u00e9s que probable que a la fam\u00edlia hi hagi difer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;opinions i de sentiments respecte a aquesta situaci\u00f3 i que hi pugui haver tensions. La recomanaci\u00f3 per evitar discussions \u00e9s parlar-ne amb antelaci\u00f3 per exposar el nostre punt de vista i <strong>respectar les decisions dels altres<\/strong>: ni enfadar-se si alg\u00fa diu que no hi va perqu\u00e8 no se sent c\u00f2mode o t\u00e9 prevenci\u00f3, ni enfadar-se si alg\u00fa diu que no anem a casa seva pel mateix motiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Oblidat_de_crear_%E2%80%9Clexperiencia_perfecta%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>Oblida&#8217;t de crear &#8220;l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia perfecta&#8221;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel\u00b7l\u00edcules, s\u00e8ries i anuncis ens mostren sempre un Nadal perfecte que moltes vegades es converteix en el nostre model i defineix les nostres expectatives. Aspirar a ser la fam\u00edlia feli\u00e7 i els amfitrions perfectes oferint un dinar o sopar de Nadal espectacular \u00e9s un factor que ens crea estr\u00e8s. Per exemple, podem ajudar-nos d&#8217;un calendari d&#8217;advent personalitzat per distribuir tasques i activitats o fer una llista de tasques pendents, <strong>prioritzant<\/strong> les m\u00e9s importants, i anar fent a poc a poc. En aquest punt \u00e9s recomanable <strong>distribuir les responsabilitats entre tota la fam\u00edlia<\/strong> i assignar tasques. I, tot i que moltes vegades ens costi, per no carregar-nos amb tota la responsabilitat i que puguem gaudir de les festes sense aclaparaments, <strong>no passa res si hem de demanar ajuda i delegar<\/strong> tasques als altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_els_apats_i_sopars_nadalencs_planifica_el_menu_amb_antelacio\"><\/span>En els \u00e0pats i sopars nadalencs, planifica el men\u00fa amb antelaci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com que aquest any, per les limitacions socials, no farem reunions multitudin\u00e0ries a casa, planificar els dinars i sopars de Nadal ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s senzill que els altres anys. Per\u00f2 siguem m\u00e9s o menys persones, planificar \u00e9s important per reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s. \u00c9s convenient <strong>tenir clar quins plats cuinarem<\/strong> i assegurar-nos de tenir els ingredients necessaris abans que s&#8217;esgotin, ja que hi ha productes estrella en aquestes dates que, si els deixem per a \u00faltima hora, poden ser dif\u00edcils de trobar. Nom\u00e9s que deixem per a \u00faltima hora els productes frescos i prou, tota la resta podem anar comprant-la amb antelaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I aquest any, per qu\u00e8 no aprofitem per fer un men\u00fa m\u00e9s saludable? Aqu\u00ed tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s recomanable planificar i <strong>no deixar aquesta tasca per a \u00faltima hora<\/strong>. \u00c9s recomanable fer un <strong>pressupost<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 no gastem m\u00e9s del que \u00e9s necessari per haver-ho deixat tot per al final i haver de comprar qualsevol cosa a l&#8217;\u00faltim moment. Si ens agrada fer regals sorpresa, podem fer una <strong>llista d&#8217;idees<\/strong> per no anar a comprar sense rumb esperant a veure qu\u00e8 trobem, cosa que genera molt estr\u00e8s i desgast d&#8217;energia. Si volem fer m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil aquesta tasca i assegurar-nos d\u2019encertar els regals, podem demanar als nostres \u00e9ssers estimats una llista de coses que els agradarien o que necessiten. Realment \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s pr\u00e0ctic i ens estalvia temps, estr\u00e8s i desgast emocional. I, si no tenim gaire pressupost, sempre \u00e9s original fer regals personalitzats que h\u00e0gim fet nosaltres mateixos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre punt que hem de tenir en compte \u00e9s que si fem les compres amb antelaci\u00f3 evitarem aglomeracions a les zones comercials i tindrem m\u00e9s possibilitats de trobar el que volem. Per aquest motiu \u00e9s interessant <strong>evitar les hores de m\u00e9s aflu\u00e8ncia o optar per les compres en l\u00ednia<\/strong>.
