Afecta el fetge, el p\u00e0ncrees i el sistema cardiovascular, \u00e9s neurot\u00f2xic, perjudica el fetus en els embarassos, afavoreix la dem\u00e8ncia i el deteriorament cognitiu, \u00e9s la causa de multitud d&#8217;accidents de tr\u00e0nsit i \u00e9s un factor de risc per al desenvolupament de diversos tipus de c\u00e0ncer, entre molts altres efectes en la salut. No obstant aix\u00f2, tots hem sentit a parlar alguna vegada sobre els possibles beneficis del seu consum i altres afirmacions que realment s\u00f3n err\u00f2nies. T&#8217;expliquem els mites m\u00e9s comuns sobre l&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Una_copa_de_vi_al_dia_es_bona_per_al_cor\"><\/span>Una copa de vi al dia \u00e9s bona per al cor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que els possibles beneficis de l&#8217;alcohol en dosis baixes sobre la salut cardiovascular en els adults, en particular sobre la cardiopatia isqu\u00e8mica, s\u00f3n una creen\u00e7a molt estesa a causa del seu efecte vasodilatador, aquests efectes beneficiosos <strong>no apareixen en totes les persones ni en tots els casos<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que l&#8217;alcohol, fins i tot en petites quantitats, pot tenir efectes negatius sobre el cor (arr\u00edtmies, hipertensi\u00f3 arterial) i no \u00e9s en absolut recomanable quan es pateix diabetis, hepatitis, gastritis, \u00falcera o insufici\u00e8ncia renal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lalcohol_millora_les_relacions_socials\"><\/span>L&#8217;alcohol millora les relacions socials<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si b\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que, en petites quantitats, el consum d&#8217;alcohol pot provocar certa desinhibici\u00f3 i euf\u00f2ria que ens fa m\u00e9s desimbolts verbalment i corporalment (el que coneixem com &#8220;el puntet&#8221;), gaireb\u00e9 sempre <strong>\u00e9s dif\u00edcil calcular la l\u00ednia de l&#8217;exc\u00e9s<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 comencem a perdre l&#8217;autocontrol del nostre cos i les nostres actituds. Per\u00f2 \u00e9s fals. La borratxera <strong>dep\u00e8n \u00fanicament de la quantitat d&#8217;alcohol que circula pel nostre torrent sanguini<\/strong> i no dels tipus d&#8217;alcohol que h\u00e0gim ingerit. I aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 relacionat amb la rapidesa amb qu\u00e8 es beu. No obstant aix\u00f2, s\u00ed que hi ha begudes que, depenent de la persona, <strong>poden produir m\u00e9s ressaca<\/strong> que d\u2019altres, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;etanol que provoca la intoxicaci\u00f3, es relaciona amb les altres subst\u00e0ncies que es produeixen durant la fermentaci\u00f3 de cada tipus de beguda alcoh\u00f2lica, de manera que pot ser que la barreja en si no sigui el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beure_nomes_els_caps_de_setmana_no_produeix_problemes_amb_lalcohol\"><\/span>Beure nom\u00e9s els caps de setmana no produeix problemes amb l&#8217;alcohol<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, sobretot en la joventut, s&#8217;ha implantat un patr\u00f3 d&#8217;ingesta excessiva d&#8217;alcohol durant el cap de setmana. \u00c9s el que anomenem \u201cla borratxera de cap de setmana&#8221;. Com que, tot i que es faci en dies concentrats, <strong>la quantitat d&#8217;alcohol ingerida \u00e9s la mateixa<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s el dany, ja que dep\u00e8n de la quantitat, la rapidesa i la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del seu consum. En realitat, l&#8217;alcohol alenteix el sistema nervi\u00f3s central, cosa que <strong>disminueix la capacitat i el rendiment sexual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ajuda_a_dormir_millor\"><\/span>Ajuda a dormir millor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En realitat, el consum d&#8217;alcohol permet que caiguem adormits amb m\u00e9s facilitat, ja que pot disminuir el nivell de consci\u00e8ncia. Tot i que \u00e9s cert que en beure podem sentir m\u00e9s calor, en realitat \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;est\u00e0 perdent a trav\u00e9s de la pell. De fet, les persones alcoholitzades que dormen al carrer tenen un risc important de patir hipot\u00e8rmia i, fins i tot, de morir de fred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ens_ajuda_a_oblidar\"><\/span>Ens ajuda a oblidar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea de beure per oblidar \u00e9s molt comuna. Al contrari, augmenta la producci\u00f3 de greix en l&#8217;organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Qui_mes_aguanta_lalcohol_es_perque_es_mes_fort\"><\/span>Qui m\u00e9s aguanta l&#8217;alcohol \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s m\u00e9s fort<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No hi ha cap relaci\u00f3 entre fortalesa i aguantar un consum superior d&#8217;alcohol.
