A m\u00e9s d\u2019enfocar-nos cap a una alimentaci\u00f3 adequada i a reduir el sedentarisme, controlar altres h\u00e0bits diaris que solen passar desapercebuts ens pot ajudar a modificar les conductes que afavoreixen el sobrep\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;obesitat infantil i juvenil ha augmentat tant en els \u00faltims anys que l&#8217;OMS la classifica ja com un dels problemes de salut p\u00fablica m\u00e9s greus del segle XXI, amb <strong>importants conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies f\u00edsiques i psicol\u00f2giques a curt i llarg termini<\/strong>. I \u00e9s un problema que ens afecta de manera directa, ja que Espanya s&#8217;ha convertit en el segon pa\u00eds de la Uni\u00f3 Europea amb el nombre m\u00e9s alt de nens amb problemes de sobrep\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s banal. Est\u00e0 demostrat que l&#8217;obesitat infantil <strong>augmenta el risc de mortalitat i incapacitat relacionada amb malalties en l&#8217;edat adulta<\/strong>, ja que s&#8217;estima que m\u00e9s del 80% dels menors d&#8217;edat que pateixen obesitat la continuen patint de per vida. I no nom\u00e9s afecta la salut f\u00edsica. Tamb\u00e9 pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives en el <strong>desenvolupament emocional<\/strong>, ja que el rebuig social de l&#8217;obesitat pot produir problemes d&#8217;autoestima i donar lloc a comportaments d&#8217;a\u00efllament social i, fins i tot, depressi\u00f3 infantil o trastorns alimentaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixant de banda els casos en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;obesitat infantil es deu a malalties endocrines o a factors gen\u00e8tics, que s\u00f3n els menys freq\u00fcents, l&#8217;obesitat apareix perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 d&#8217;energia que obtenim a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 supera la despesa. I aquest exc\u00e9s s&#8217;emmagatzema en l&#8217;organisme en forma de greix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que per saber <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/diferencia-entre-normopes-sobrepes-i-obesitat\/\">si un nen t\u00e9 sobrep\u00e8s o \u00e9s ob\u00e8s<\/a> s&#8217;ha de tenir en compte l&#8217;\u00edndex de massa corporal, que es calcula amb el pes i l&#8217;al\u00e7ada, sempre \u00e9s aconsellable consultar amb el pediatre, que ser\u00e0 la persona que millor ens pot aconsellar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promoure <strong>h\u00e0bits saludables dins de la fam\u00edlia<\/strong>, com una alimentaci\u00f3 adequada i la pr\u00e0ctica regular d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, \u00e9s la clau principal per prevenir el sobrep\u00e8s. Per\u00f2 hi ha altres h\u00e0bits diaris molt comuns que augmenten la probabilitat de patir obesitat i que tamb\u00e9 hem de tenir en compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"880\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/obesidad-infantil-familia.jpg-880x587.jpg\" alt=\"Obesidad infantil\" class=\"wp-image-20191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/obesidad-infantil-familia.jpg-880x587.jpg 880w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/obesidad-infantil-familia.jpg-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/obesidad-infantil-familia.jpg-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/obesidad-infantil-familia.jpg-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/obesidad-infantil-familia.jpg.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 880px) 100vw, 880px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Menjar_davant_de_la_tele\"><\/span>Menjar davant de la tele<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un h\u00e0bit molt est\u00e8s al qual no donem import\u00e0ncia, per\u00f2 est\u00e0 demostrat que menjar mentre mirem la televisi\u00f3 ens porta a un nivell d&#8217;abstracci\u00f3 que <strong>impedeix que parem atenci\u00f3 als senyals interns de sacietat<\/strong>, per la qual cosa ingerim una quantitat d&#8217;aliments segurament superior a la que necessitem. Mengem sense adonar-nos-es fins que els senyals externs (anuncis o quan s&#8217;acaba el programa que estem mirant) ens tornen a la realitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre dels punts negatius de la televisi\u00f3 \u00e9s l&#8217;alta exposici\u00f3 publicit\u00e0ria que ens bombardeja amb aliments, generalment hipercal\u00f2rics i poc saludables, que sedueixen els m\u00e9s petits amb la seva presentaci\u00f3 i el seu llenguatge, i afavoreix en gran mesura que s&#8217;adquireixin mals h\u00e0bits en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"No_dormir_prou\"><\/span>No dormir prou<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferents estudis assenyalen que la manca d&#8217;hores de son pot <strong>incrementar la sensaci\u00f3 de gana<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed mateix, dormir poc s&#8217;associa a desajustos en el ritme circadiari (el cicle natural de canvis f\u00edsics, mentals i de comportament que experimenta el cos en un cicle de 24 hores i que responen, principalment, a la llum i la foscor), cosa que dona lloc a <strong>problemes metab\u00f2lics que predisposen a l&#8217;obesitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, \u00e9s important per als nens establir un horari per anar-se&#8217;n al llit que els permeti regular el son i mantenir un pes normal. No \u00e9s recomanable oferir-los llaminadures o dol\u00e7os quan els ronda l&#8217;avorriment, ni donar-los a entendre que productes com la xocolata, la brioixeria i altres aliments hipercal\u00f2rics serveixen per intentar calmar-nos, tranquil\u00b7litzar-nos o aixecar-nos l&#8217;\u00e0nim, ja que reproduiran aquests h\u00e0bits cada vegada que se sentin d&#8217;aquesta manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Practicar_loci_sedentari\"><\/span>Practicar l&#8217;oci sedentari<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avui en dia els nens passen gran part del seu temps d&#8217;oci mirant la televisi\u00f3 i jugant amb videoconsoles, ordinadors, m\u00f2bils, etc. S\u00f3n activitats que requereixen una activitat f\u00edsica m\u00ednima, de manera que es redueix la despesa cal\u00f2rica i s&#8217;augmenten les conductes sedent\u00e0ries. No es tracta de prohibir-les, per\u00f2 s\u00ed de controlar les hores que passen davant de la tele i els videojocs, i <strong>combinar-les amb sortides a l&#8217;aire lliure<\/strong>, activitats esportives que els diverteixin o, fins i tot, optar tamb\u00e9 per videojocs que requereixen activitat f\u00edsica (d&#8217;esports, de ball o aquells que requereixen assolir objectius mentre passeges pel carrer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordeu que inculcar h\u00e0bits saludables als nens requereix la implicaci\u00f3 dels adults, i que, m\u00e9s que basar-nos en consells i paraules, \u00e9s millor <strong>convertir-nos en el seu exemple<\/strong>. Tots aquests consells, per tant, els han de posar en pr\u00e0ctica tots els membres de la fam\u00edlia.
