O potser est\u00e0s encallat en la vida i no ets capa\u00e7 de progressar en alguns temes clau, i et trobes in\u00fatil o mancat de prou confian\u00e7a per avan\u00e7ar, etc.?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si et sona res d\u2019aix\u00f2 que hem dit, podria ser el resultat d\u2019una experi\u00e8ncia traum\u00e0tica anterior que no has acabat de resoldre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_una_experiencia_traumatica\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una experi\u00e8ncia traum\u00e0tica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tothom t\u00e9 al cap all\u00f2 que es considera en general traum\u00e0tic: l\u2019ab\u00fas d\u2019infants, l\u2019assetjament, el dol despr\u00e9s de perdre un \u00e9sser estimat o un accident potencialment greu. En realitat, un trauma \u00e9s qualsevol esdeveniment que fa mal, tant si \u00e9s f\u00edsic com emocional. I si b\u00e9 alg\u00fa podria girar full immediatament per un fet concret, aix\u00f2 mateix podria ser dolor\u00f3s o traum\u00e0tic per a alg\u00fa altre, cosa que indica que la percepci\u00f3 del trauma \u00e9s un tema molt personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fet, un trauma \u00e9s una cosa que t\u2019ocupa un espai a la ment i distorsiona la teva conducta, encara que sigui de manera inconscient. Formen la personalitat i la percepci\u00f3 individual del m\u00f3n. Hi ha viv\u00e8ncies que ens s\u00f3n aparentment estranyes, com les discussions constants entre els pares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, els fets traum\u00e0tics poden succeir en qualsevol moment de la vida. Per exemple, perdre un \u00e9sser estimat ens afecta amb independ\u00e8ncia de l\u2019edat. Una discussi\u00f3 seriosa amb la parella, o un problema a la feina, entre d\u2019altres, poden ser devastadors per a algunes persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Traumes_passats_i_salut_mental\"><\/span><strong>Traumes passats i salut mental<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualsevol tema que t\u2019encaparra, i et fa tornar a la mateixa can\u00e7\u00f3, \u00e9s pernici\u00f3s per a la salut mental. \u00c9s una de les formes amb qu\u00e8 el passat \u201ccolonitza\u201d la ment, condiciona el present i distorsiona les experi\u00e8ncies vitals. Molta gent pot estar \u201ccoaccionada\u201d per experi\u00e8ncies passades, fins i tot sense adonar-se\u2019n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per exemple, si a l\u2019escola alg\u00fa et va dir que eres un desastre cantant al cor, i tant que en volies formar part\u2026, el cas \u00e9s que ni tan sols has tornat a intentar de cantar per culpa d\u2019aquest comentari. \u00c9s un detall petit, per\u00f2 que et priva de viure en plenitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre exemple podria ser d\u2019un dia que vas aixecar la m\u00e0 a classe i els companys es van riure de tu. Sembla exagerat, per\u00f2 hi ha persones que miraran de no parlar en p\u00fablic perqu\u00e8 no se\u2019n burlin m\u00e9s. Aix\u00ed doncs, un trauma pot modelar la personalitat i determinar les opcions vitals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Traumes_passats_i_salut_fisica\"><\/span><strong>Traumes passats i salut f\u00edsica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tothom ent\u00e9n que un trauma pot afectar la salut mental, per\u00f2 com afecta la salut f\u00edsica? Per analitzar-ho cal pensar una mica en termes cient\u00edfics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenim un sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic i un altre de parasimp\u00e0tic. El sistema simp\u00e0tic s\u2019activa quan estem neguitosos, mentre que el parasimp\u00e0tic actua quan estem relaxats. El sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic ens fa sortir de les situacions dif\u00edcils i produeix la reacci\u00f3 de \u201clluita o fugida\u201d: fa que segreguem adrenalina, que circula per les venes des del tronc i el cervell fins a les extremitats, els bra\u00e7os i les cames, que s\u00f3n els motors per lluitar o escapar del tr\u00e0ngol. Un cop fora de perill, se suposa que domina el sistema parasimp\u00e0tic. La intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia torna a funcionar a ple rendiment i les parts que es van deixar de banda durant l\u2019incident recuperen les seves facultats: \u00e9s a dir, pots continuar fent la digesti\u00f3 amb normalitat, per exemple. Si el sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic predomina, s\u2019exhaureixen els recursos interns i en poden perillar les funcions b\u00e0siques, com la nutrici\u00f3. Per tant, t\u00e9 com a \u00fanica prioritat protegir-te del perill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malauradament, molta gent est\u00e0 connectada al \u201dmode estr\u00e8s\u201d, a causa dels traumes passats, i aquesta situaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que el cos \u00e9s incapa\u00e7 de fer les reparacions necess\u00e0ries i ets m\u00e9s vulnerable a la malaltia. L\u2019estr\u00e8s indueix a la malaltia i els traumes passats originen estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Traumes_passats_i_bloqueig_de_la_creativitat\"><\/span><strong>Traumes passats i bloqueig de la creativitat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per desgr\u00e0cia, un trauma passat pot marcar el cam\u00ed que seguir\u00e0s a la vida, portant-te per una ruta que la ment l\u00f2gica determina que \u00e9s segura, encara que no sigui all\u00f2 que sempre hauries volgut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recorda els exemples de m\u00e9s amunt, quan alg\u00fa t\u2019havia dit que cantaves molt malament o s\u2019havien rigut de tu per aixecar la m\u00e0. Un fet com aquests potser va definir el curs de la teva vida cap a una direcci\u00f3 m\u00e9s segura, i ara penses que \u00e9s massa tard per rectificar-lo, o massa dif\u00edcil. Ara b\u00e9, triar la seguretat no \u00e9s cap garantia de no equivocar-se. Fes les coses que t\u2019omplin, per m\u00e9s que t\u2019espanti de pensar-hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_es_pot_superar_un_trauma_passat\"><\/span><strong>Com es pot superar un trauma passat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si et sents tal com acabem de descriure, fes examen de consci\u00e8ncia. Pots estar encallat per un trauma del passat i pensar que no te\u2019n sortir\u00e0s. I, tanmateix, \u00e9s possible alliberar-se del dolor del passat i recuperar l\u2019alegria de viure. Com a primera mesura, cal acceptar que tot t\u00e9 una causa concreta i que s\u2019ha d\u2019estar en sintonia amb el present: aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un bon punt de partida per tornar a ser tu i tirar endavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fes-hi front<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En lloc de girar l\u2019esquena i ignorar el trauma, planta cara a la situaci\u00f3. Prova de no pensar gaire en el dolor o la r\u00e0bia que et produeix. Distancia-te\u2019n, mira-t\u2019ho com una taca a la paret i centra\u2019t en les coses bones de tu i en les teves capacitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Viu el moment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fes a cada moment all\u00f2 que et causi plaer o alegria, tant per al cos com per a l\u2019\u00e0nim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exercici sempre \u00e9s bo per a la salut mental. Tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s una dieta saludable, de manera que no hauries de menjar gaires aliments processats o que continguin gaire sucre. Pren una mica el sol i passeja per espais naturals. Fes una mica de meditaci\u00f3, dedica\u2019t temps, llegeix\u2026, fins i tot un bon bany calent pot fer meravelles en la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perdona i tira endavant<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal que tinguis present que perdonar no \u00e9s igual que aprovar una cosa. Pots perdonar el que et va passar un dia i aix\u00f2 no vol dir pas que ho hagis d\u2019aprovar. \u00c9s del tot diferent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No has de perdonar perqu\u00e8 la persona que et va fer mal se n\u2019hagi penedit o, ben al contrari, pensi que tenia ra\u00f3, sin\u00f3 per a la teva salut mental. No et facis m\u00e9s mala sang amb els records desgraciats dels passat. La persona que et va perjudicar potser no ho sap o tant li \u00e9s, i si continues capficant-hi senzillament hi prendr\u00e0s mal. L\u2019ant\u00eddot \u00e9s perdonar-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ajut extern<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verifica que el teu entorn i que la teva rutina s\u00f3n constructius i estables. Menges b\u00e9, fas exercici i prens el sol prou estona? Et trobes amb els amics i t\u2019ho passes b\u00e9 amb ells?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si has intentat tot aix\u00f2 que hem descrit, per\u00f2 encara et turmenta un trauma del passat, potser ha arribat l\u2019hora de cercar ajut. La psicoter\u00e0pia hi pot contribuir de manera important. Com passa amb moltes coses a la vida, haur\u00e0s de trobar l\u2019eina adequada per combatre-ho, \u00e9s a dir el psicoterapeuta apropiat; aix\u00ed doncs, val m\u00e9s que investiguis i recorris a all\u00f2 que et sembli m\u00e9s b\u00e9 o que tingui m\u00e9s sentit per a tu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tens estr\u00e8s o angoixa constantment o et trobes deprimit?
