A continuaci\u00f3 pots llegir quina difer\u00e8ncia hi ha entre tots dos estats, cosa que t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a saber quan cal demanar suport professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes del dol poden reflectir fidelment els de la depressi\u00f3, per\u00f2 s\u00f3n dos estats diferents; i, encara que la depressi\u00f3 no \u00e9s un efecte secundari habitual del dol, les persones que han tingut problemes de salut mental en el passat han d\u2019estar m\u00e9s pendents del benestar propi despr\u00e9s de perdre una persona estimada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_dol\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el dol<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s la reacci\u00f3 normal i natural a causa de la mort d\u2019alg\u00fa que ens estimem, o d\u2019un \u00e9sser que valorem, i, per tant, cal que hi dediquem atenci\u00f3 i ens n\u2019alliberem. No sempre ho entenem ni tampoc ho podem controlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reacci\u00f3 no segueix cap pauta fixa. Cada experi\u00e8ncia de dol \u00e9s tan intransferible com l\u2019empremta digital. Durant el dol, ens abstraiem del present i aix\u00f2 afecta la capacitat de focalitzaci\u00f3 i de concentraci\u00f3, i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia la capacitat de fer una vida completament normal. Ens podem tornar desmemoriats i, per exemple, entrar a una habitaci\u00f3 sense saber gens qu\u00e8 hi vol\u00edem fer. En tots dos casos, pot ser dif\u00edcil de fer les feines simples i, tamb\u00e9, ens atrapa un sentiment d\u2019apatia, com si les coses haguessin perdut la brillantor natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gran difer\u00e8ncia entre tots dos estats \u00e9s que la depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s un trastorn m\u00e8dic que es pot tractar amb \u00e8xit amb medicaci\u00f3 i ter\u00e0pia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dol i els s\u00edmptomes associats formen part d\u2019un proc\u00e9s natural i no tenen tractament; \u00e9s a dir, no es poden guarir amb medicaci\u00f3 i ter\u00e0pia. En tot cas, el dol s\u2019ha de passar i \u00e9s necessari d\u2019acceptar els sentiments que desperta. Cal \u201cesfor\u00e7ar-se\u201d per tancar la relaci\u00f3 emocional que ens lligava a la persona que hem perdut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_depressio_es_una_fase_del_dol\"><\/span><strong>La depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s una fase del dol?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En realitat no ho \u00e9s pas. Ara b\u00e9, si amb la persona que hem perdut ten\u00edem cap mena de problema pendent de resoldre, el sentiment de fatalitat perqu\u00e8 \u201chem fet tard i no s\u2019hi pot fer res\u201d ens pot abocar a un estat que s\u2019assembla molt a la depressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fet, tot i que es poden manifestar els mateixos s\u00edmptomes que en altres trastorns, no hi ha cap model determinant per al dol i no s\u2019han establert quines fases cal superar. Malgrat tot, no \u00e9s estrany que un metge recepti antidepressius en aquest cas, per ajudar a tractar el dol de la manera que sap. Aix\u00f2 implica, per\u00f2, combatre\u2019n \u00fanicament els s\u00edmptomes i no pas el problema de fons que els ha causat. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, el dolor emocional pot ser intens, i tractar-ne els s\u00edmptomes no far\u00e0 que desaparegui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dol_sense_depressio\"><\/span><strong>Dol sense depressi\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui m\u00e9s qui menys, \u00e9s a dir tothom a la nostra societat, mira d\u2019amagar els sentiments i intenta d\u2019aparentar que tot va \u201cb\u00e9\u201d i, en canvi, valdria m\u00e9s de pr\u00e9mer un moment el bot\u00f3 d\u2019estop i parar una mica m\u00e9s d\u2019atenci\u00f3 en el dol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan estem contents tendim a comunicar-ho i a compartir la felicitat amb l\u2019entorn. Hauria de passar igual quan estem tristos. Sempre que expliquem la nostra pena a alg\u00fa (un luxe que no ens regalem sempre), ens traiem una mica de pes de sobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fixem-nos en els infants. A ells, se\u2019ls permet d\u2019estar tristos, perqu\u00e8 en general no tenen cap adult al darrere que els aparti de la tristesa, i d\u2019aquesta manera gestionen la tristesa a l\u2019instant. Si es diu a les criatures \u201cno ploreu\u201d, quan siguin adults tindran problemes per plorar o per comunicar les penes, perqu\u00e8 hauran interioritzat la consigna de \u201cno ploris\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al llarg de la vida haurem de fer front a moltes morts, i si reprimim de manera continuada el dol i no ens reconeixem el dret a patir quan passi, \u00e9s possible que caiguem en un estat de depressi\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, si acceptem que certs sentiments i la tristesa s\u00f3n conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies naturals d\u2019una p\u00e8rdua, podrem tolerar molt m\u00e9s b\u00e9 el dol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Passar_el_dol\"><\/span><strong>Passar el dol<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Accepta els sentiments i admet el dolor: els sentiments que experimentes s\u00f3n normals en aquesta situaci\u00f3. I, encara, tenir certs moments de felicitat o d\u2019alegria durant el dol tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s normal, i te\u2019ls has de permetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigues considerat amb tu mateix. Ning\u00fa no es recupera del tot despr\u00e9s d\u2019una p\u00e8rdua, per\u00f2 aprenem a tolerar-la. Una part del proc\u00e9s de \u201ccuraci\u00f3\u201d implica acceptar els sentiments i gestionar-los de manera que se\u2019n pugui aprendre per avan\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si deixes que la teva vida es basi a enyorar la persona estimada, oposar\u00e0s resist\u00e8ncia a la curaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Passar_mes_be_el_dol\"><\/span><strong>Passar m\u00e9s b\u00e9 el dol<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests consells que enumerem tot seguit et poden ajudar a passar la pena i tenir cura del teu benestar f\u00edsic, mental i emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tingues una xarxa d\u2019ajuda pr\u00f2pia: gent amb qui puguis parlar confidencialment dels teus sentiments.<\/li><li>De tant en tant passa estones sol i en calma. Es pot aprendre molt sobre un mateix en els moments de silenci.<\/li><li>Cuida\u2019t molt, m\u00e9s que d\u2019habitud, com si t\u2019haguessis de curar d\u2019una ferida f\u00edsica. Vigila, per\u00f2, amb els recursos que proporcionen un consol passatger, com ara l\u2019alcohol i el menjar porqueria.<\/li><li>Menja com cal. Val m\u00e9s poc i sovint que no pas molt i en dos \u00e0pats \u00fanics al dia.<\/li><li>No t\u2019a\u00efllis. Est\u00e0 b\u00e9 de passar temps sol, per\u00f2 cal trobar estones per estar amb la fam\u00edlia i els amics.<\/li><li>Descansa quan ho necessitis i dorm b\u00e9.<\/li><li>Fes una mica d\u2019exercici i passeja a l\u2019aire lliure. La tristor intensa dels primers dies es pot atenuar quan parlem amb alg\u00fa de la persona que se n\u2019ha anat. I, despr\u00e9s, tornem a afligir-nos i a recordar. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s del tot natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, cal tenir en compte que es pot caure en un estat depressiu, si uns quants mesos despr\u00e9s de la p\u00e8rdua:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Persisteix la tristesa intensa<\/li><li>Continues desconnectat de l\u2019entorn<\/li><li>Encara lluites per tornar a la vida d\u2019abans<\/li><li>Tens pensaments desesperats pel que fa al futur<\/li><li>Et costa molt de pensar en res que no sigui tu mateix<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hauries de parar molt de compte, en cas que hagis passat una depressi\u00f3 abans. Si penses que pateixes un estat depressiu, \u00e9s hora de cerca ajuda externa.
