S\u00f3n als boscos, a les botigues d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i als carrers, on en multitud de cantonades plenes de fum blanc, els quioscs de castanyes torrades ens atrauen amb la seva aroma. Si hi ha un fruit sec caracter\u00edstic d&#8217;aquesta \u00e8poca sens dubte \u00e9s aquest, encara que algunes de les seves propietats, com ara un baix nivell cal\u00f2ric (190 kcal. per cada 100 g), el diferencien dels altres i el fan especialment saludable per a pr\u00e0cticament tothom. La part comestible de les castanyes \u00e9s la part interior de color blanc i amb un to groguenc. Tamb\u00e9 tenen un alt contingut en fibra: 7 grams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, es tracta d&#8217;un aliment amb un contingut en greixos molt redu\u00eft, la qual cosa la converteix en perfecte per als que segueixen una alimentaci\u00f3 que restringeixi la seva ingesta. Referent als hidrats de carboni, la quantitat de sucres naturals \u00e9s m\u00ednima. Dins dels diferents tipus de fruita seca que existeixen, \u00e9s un dels m\u00e9s lleugers, i a m\u00e9s, compta amb l&#8217;avantatge que \u00e9s ric en fibra, per la qual cosa contribueix a evitar problemes de restrenyiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En quant a l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 de vitamines i minerals, les castanyes aporten vitamina E, vitamines del grup B i \u00e0cid f\u00f2lic, i dins dels minerals, calci, magnesi, potassi, ferro, f\u00f2sfor, sodi, iode, seleni i zinc, que li proporcionen nombrosos beneficis per a la salut, com per exemple propietats antiinflamat\u00f2ries i vasculars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tota aquesta aportaci\u00f3 de nutrients converteixen a les castanyes en un aliment perfecte per a cuidar la salut, en particular per als qui necessiten una aportaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica extra, com les dones lactants o els qui pateixen d&#8217;an\u00e8mia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beneficis_de_menjar_castanyes\"><\/span>Beneficis de menjar castanyes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funci\u00f3 cardioprotectora al nostre organisme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les castanyes, com tots els fruits secs, contenen bons nivells de greixos saludables i \u00e0cids essencials Omega 3 i 6, que compleixen una&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3 cardioprotectora<\/strong>. Les persones diab\u00e8tiques tampoc tenen restricci\u00f3 per menjar aquest fruit sec, ja que els hidrats de carboni s\u00f3n d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 lenta i no produeixen pics de sucre en la sang. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevenen les enfermetats cardiovasculars<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, hi ha estudis que apunten que les castanyes tenen propietats antiinflamat\u00f2ries i antioxidants, que&nbsp;<strong>prevenen les&nbsp;malalties cardiovasculars.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estimulaci\u00f3 del sistema nervi\u00f3s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;alt contingut en minerals i vitamines del grup B que s\u00f3n presents en les castanyes, les converteixen en un aliment amb un efecte protector del sistema nervi\u00f3s i que afavoreix el seu bon funcionament. Aix\u00f2 significa que contribueix a reduir el risc de patir malalties o alteracions neurol\u00f2giques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alta quantitat en fibra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Altres beneficis saludables de les castanyes ens v\u00e9nen donats per la seva alta quantitat de fibra, que ajuda a realitzar digestions lleugeres i cuida la flora i el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal, cosa que millora el nostre sistema immunol\u00f2gic i prev\u00e9 problemes de restrenyiment i altres de m\u00e9s greus de l&#8217;intest\u00ed gros, com ara el c\u00e0ncer de c\u00f2lon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest sentit hem de dir que les castanyes crues s\u00f3n una mica m\u00e9s indigestes pel seu contingut en tanins, aix\u00ed que hem de menjar-ne en menor quantitat i mastegant b\u00e9 si fem per aquesta opci\u00f3 en comptes de torrades o bullides. I no hem d&#8217;oblidar que la farina de castanya no cont\u00e9 gluten, per la qual cosa \u00e9s apta per a aquest tipus de dietes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aportaci\u00f3 mineral de les castanyers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La seva aportaci\u00f3 en minerals, com ara el calci, el f\u00f2sfor i el magnesi, beneficien la cura de les dents i la salut \u00f2ssia, de manera que el consum de castanyes \u00e9s molt recomanable en els nens, la gent gran i les dones, especialment despr\u00e9s de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/hablemos-de-la-menopausia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">menopausa<\/a>.
