La Dra. N\u00faria Paredes, especialista en medicina general del Centre M\u00e8dic MGC, ens explica quin tipus d&#8217;aliments hem d&#8217;introduir en la nostra dieta per tenir cura de la visi\u00f3 i de la salut dels nostres ulls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quins nutrients s\u00f3n necessaris per mantenir una bona visi\u00f3? <\/strong>Per mantenir una bona visi\u00f3 necessitem, en primer lloc, vitamines. La vitamina A ajuda a protegir les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules oculars, per la qual cosa \u00e9s molt important per a la visi\u00f3, especialment per a la visi\u00f3 nocturna, i prev\u00e9 complicacions com ara la s\u00edndrome d&#8217;ull sec. Tamb\u00e9 necessitem altres vitamines antioxidants, com ara la vitamina C i la vitamina E, que defensen l&#8217;organisme contra els radicals lliures i protegeixen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i el seu sistema immunol\u00f2gic. En relaci\u00f3 amb la visi\u00f3, les vitamines antioxidants protegeixen el cristal\u00b7l\u00ed i la retina de processos oxidatius que poden donar lloc a cataractes i a la DMAE (degeneraci\u00f3 macular associada a l&#8217;edat) i prevenen infeccions oculars.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Necessitem minerals com ara el zinc, un potent antioxidant, i el seleni, que \u00e9s l\u2019oligoelement m\u00e9s abundant a la retina i el component b\u00e0sic del sistema antioxidant dels ulls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I necessitem carotenoides com ara la lute\u00efna i la zeaxantina, uns pigments que es troben en una part de la retina, la m\u00e0cula, que \u00e9s la responsable de la nostra agudesa visual. Aquests pigments actuen com a antioxidants i el que fan \u00e9s eliminar els radicals lliures, per la qual cosa eviten l&#8217;envelliment de la nostra visi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/alimentos-vision-redu.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19794\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/alimentos-vision-redu.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/alimentos-vision-redu-440x248.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/alimentos-vision-redu-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre nutrient necessari per a la salut visual s\u00f3n els \u00e0cids grassos omega-3, sobretot el DHA, que tenen un paper clau en la capa de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules nervioses de la retina. L\u2019omega-3 prev\u00e9 la degeneraci\u00f3 macular i el glaucoma, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;ull sec, ja que afavoreix la lacrimaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una dieta inadequada pot influir en el desenvolupament de malalties oculars? Quines?<\/strong> Una dieta inadequada pot fer envellir de manera prematura la retina i la m\u00e0cula. Cal tenir en compte que una alimentaci\u00f3 que afavoreixi la hipertensi\u00f3, la diabetis o l&#8217;augment del colesterol far\u00e0 que hi hagi m\u00e9s rigidesa en les art\u00e8ries de la retina i, per tant, aquesta s\u2019envellir\u00e0 de forma preco\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, una dieta sense lute\u00efna, sense zeaxantina, sense vitamines ni antioxidants, far\u00e0 envellir de forma preco\u00e7 la m\u00e0cula i dificultar\u00e0 la nostra visi\u00f3 i la nostra agudesa visual. Tamb\u00e9 pot augmentar el risc de cataractes una dieta sense vitamines ni minerals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quin tipus d&#8217;aliments hem d&#8217;introduir en la nostra dieta per tenir cura de la visi\u00f3 i de la salut dels ulls?<\/strong> Haur\u00edem de consumir aliments rics en vitamina A, com ara els lactis i la verdura de color groc, vermell i carbassa: pastanaga, moniato, tom\u00e0quet, pebrot, pr\u00e9ssec&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 haur\u00edem de consumir \u00e0cids grassos omega-3, presents en el peix blau: salm\u00f3, sardina, tonyina o verat; en el marisc: crancs, llagostins i gambes, rics tamb\u00e9 en zinc; en la fruita seca: nous, ametlles i avellanes, que tamb\u00e9 contenen seleni, i&nbsp; en l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lute\u00efna i la zeaxantina s\u00f3n molt importants i les trobem en la verdura de fulla verda, com ara els espinacs, la col arrissada, la col verda (kale), les bledes&#8230; I tamb\u00e9 en els ous. Amb els ous s&#8217;ha de fer un punt i a part perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s un superaliment que cont\u00e9 moltes vitamines, lute\u00efna i zeaxantina, aquestes \u00faltimes sobretot en el rovell, per la qual cosa t\u00e9 aquest color. \u00c9s molt important consumir-ne, fins i tot di\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, cal esmentar un aliment molt important per a la prevenci\u00f3 de les cataractes, que \u00e9s la ceba, perqu\u00e8 cont\u00e9 quercetina, una subst\u00e0ncia que evita la progressi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta afecci\u00f3 ocular.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una dieta adequada \u00e9s un dels pilars b\u00e0sics d&#8217;una bona salut i, en el cas de la visi\u00f3, no \u00e9s una excepci\u00f3.
