De fet, r\u00e8cords a part, en major o menor mesura, cada any passa el mateix i les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries no deixen de recomanar que beguem molta aigua, que evitem el sol en les hores centrals del dia i altres consells per mantenir-nos segurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed hi afegim alguns consells que et podran ajudar a mantenir-te una mica m\u00e9s fresc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Refreda_el_coixi\"><\/span><strong>1. Refreda el coix\u00ed<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Posa un coix\u00ed petit a la nevera i deixa-l\u2019hi una hora abans d\u2019anar a dormir. Fes el mateix amb un drap de cot\u00f3 humitejat, i fes-lo servir com una compresa o cataplasma per a la nuca i el front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tens un ventilador, posa\u2019l als peus del llit, situat darrere d\u2019un recipient, que no sigui profund, amb gel, de manera que l\u2019aire es refredi i arribi fresc. Ajudar\u00e0 a evaporar la suor i a refrescar l\u2019aire al voltant del cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Utilitza_barret\"><\/span><strong>2. Utilitza barret<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El barret ha de poder mantenir la cara a l\u2019ombra, la qual cosa et far\u00e0 sentir una mica m\u00e9s fresc. Per tant, el que \u00e9s ideal \u00e9s que sigui d\u2019ala ampla, i d\u2019un color clar: els colors foscos retenen m\u00e9s la calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els de palla s\u00f3n sempre m\u00e9s frescos, at\u00e8s que permeten que l\u2019aire hi circuli a trav\u00e9s. Tamb\u00e9 en pots aconseguir un de cot\u00f3, estil safari, que podr\u00e0s rentar i que no se\u2019t far\u00e0 malb\u00e9 si t\u2019enxampa un bon aiguat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a la can\u00e7\u00f3 de Joe Cocker a la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula <em>Nou setmanes i mitja<\/em>, \u201cYou can leave your hat on!\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Baixa_les_persianes\"><\/span><strong>3. Baixa les persianes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no tens persianes, tanca b\u00e9 les cortines, que, de manera ideal, haurien de ser de colors clars, que mantenen l\u2019estan\u00e7a m\u00e9s fresca que no pas si s\u00f3n fosques. Si per fora del vidre pots posar algun tipus de pantalla que reflecteixi la llum del sol, molt millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan refresqui, en posar-se el sol, \u00e9s el moment de ventilar, aix\u00ed com ben d\u2019hora al mat\u00ed, quan encara no ha arribat la calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Prova_una_mascareta_facial_refrescant\"><\/span><strong>4. Prova una mascareta facial refrescant<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El cogombre \u00e9s el material imbatible a aquest efecte. \u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Talla el cogombre a rodanxes fines i posa\u2019l en un bol amb una cullerada de sucre.<\/li><li>Afegeixi-hi una cullerada de iogurt, que ajudar\u00e0 a rehidratar la pell.<\/li><li>Refreda-ho a la nevera.<\/li><li>Posa-t\u2019ho a la cara i mant\u00e9n la mascareta posada durant 15 minuts.<\/li><li>Renta\u2019t amb aigua t\u00e8bia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s de refrescar-te, aquest truc suavitzar\u00e0 la pell del voltant dels ulls, i tamb\u00e9 disminuir\u00e0 les bosses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Gelats_no_iogurts\"><\/span><strong>5. Gelats no: iogurts<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si pots aconseguir una iogurtera tindr\u00e0s un aperitiu ideal i amb els teus ingredients preferits. Hi ha moltes marques al mercat, que aconsegueixen iogurts perfectes en molt poc temps. El gran avantatge del iogurt sobre el gelat \u00e9s que cont\u00e9 molt menys greix, i per tant menys calories. Pots afegir-hi maduixes o gerds, la qual cosa aportar\u00e0 una \u201cxutada\u201d addicional de vitamina C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Evita_els_menjars_calents\"><\/span><strong>6. Evita els menjars calents<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els plats calents et deixaran inc\u00f2mode, i tamb\u00e9 t\u2019elevaran encara m\u00e9s la temperatura del cos. Sopes o cremes fredes, com el gaspatxo o la vichyssoise, les amanides de fulles, tom\u00e0quets, i fins i tot pasta, s\u00f3n preferibles. I millor sense esp\u00e8cies fortes, que poden fer-te suar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Fes-te_infusions_fredes\"><\/span><strong>7. Fes-te infusions fredes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les temperatures altes causen retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids, la qual cosa augmenta la temperatura corporal. Fes-te les teves pr\u00f2pies begudes refrescants, a base de poliol, camamilla o l\u2019herba que t\u2019agradi m\u00e9s. El te fred, el caf\u00e8 amb gel (fins i tot evitant-los a partir de mitja tarda) tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n bones possibilitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En qualsevol cas, ja saps que mantenir un nivell d\u2019hidrataci\u00f3 elevat \u00e9s essencial per evitar la p\u00e8rdua de fluids corporals a trav\u00e9s de la suor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_No_et_passis_amb_lexercici\"><\/span><strong>8. No et passis amb l\u2019exercici<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualsevol lector d\u2019aquesta p\u00e0gina ja coneix les bondats de l\u2019exercici, de manera que no insistirem en la seva conveni\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Has d\u2019evitar l\u2019exercici a les hores de calor, i si tens el costum de fer exercici fora de casa, fes-ho d\u2019hora al mat\u00ed, quan el sol encara no pica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I encara m\u00e9s, si has de sortir de casa durant les hores centrals del dia, no t\u2019oblidis el barret, camina per l\u2019ombra, i fins i tot posa\u2019t la protecci\u00f3 solar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Fes-te_dutxes_i_banys_freds\"><\/span><strong>9. Fes-te dutxes i banys freds<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019aigua freda t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a mantenir-te fresc. Una dutxa abans d\u2019anar a dormir \u00e9s una manera immillorable d\u2019arribar fresc al llit, amb la temperatura del cos a un nivell m\u00e9s confortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Utilitza_les_corrents\"><\/span><strong>10. Utilitza les corrents<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan corri una mica de brisa, obre les finestres de manera que es cre\u00ef un corrent d\u2019aire. Renovar\u00e0 l\u2019aire de l\u2019estan\u00e7a i ajudar\u00e0 a evaporar la suor del teu cos. \u00c9s ideal fer-ho d\u2019hora al mat\u00ed o quan cau la nit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"11_Crea_humitat_ambient\"><\/span><strong>11. Crea humitat ambient<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Has vist a les terrasses d\u2019alguns bars aquests polvoritzadors d\u2019aigua que a intervals regulars deixen anar una desc\u00e0rrega d\u2019aigua vaporitzada?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha dispositius al mercat, que no s\u00f3n cars, que no s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils d\u2019instal\u00b7lar en una terrassa. T\u2019ajudaran a mantenir un ambient fresc al teu voltant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha polvoritzadors d\u2019aigua en esprai que es poden utilitzar a la cara, al carrer, i que proporcionen cert alleujament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"12_Vesteix_adequadament\"><\/span><strong>12. Vesteix adequadament<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilitza roba de cot\u00f3, folgada i lleugera, de manera que permeti evaporar la suor del cos. Evita els teixits sint\u00e8tics, com el nil\u00f3 o el poli\u00e8ster, at\u00e8s que et faran suar m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"13_Utilitza_%E2%80%9Crefrigeradors%E2%80%9D_portatils\"><\/span><strong>13. Utilitza \u201crefrigeradors\u201d port\u00e0tils<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un parell d\u2019ampolles petites d\u2019aigua freda s\u00f3n uns refrigeradors estupends per a les mans. Tingues-les fredes a la nevera, de manera que puguis substituir-les quan deixin de fer efecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una altra possibilitat \u00e9s utilitzar bosses de p\u00e8sols congelats, que es mantenen molt temps freds i que pots posar-te a la nuca, per exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un truc final \u00e9s posar els mitjons en aigua greda i posar-te\u2019ls mullats, la qual cosa baixar\u00e0 la temperatura no nom\u00e9s dels peus, sin\u00f3 de tot el cos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019onada de calor al nostre pa\u00eds, amb temperatures que freguen els 40 graus, si no superiors, est\u00e0 en auge i tot indica que tindrem un estiu de r\u00e8cords.
