Perqu\u00e8, matisen, no hi ha cap dieta \u201cuniversal\u201d, \u00e9s a dir una que sigui \u201cla millor\u201d per a tothom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La resposta individual al menjar que ingerim \u00e9s extremadament variada i la recerca revela que cada persona necessitaria un pla d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 personalitzat, el qual hauria de prendre en consideraci\u00f3, de manera ideal, la gen\u00e8tica, el microbioma i els efectes de l\u2019estil de vida en el metabolisme. Dit altrament: una dieta ideal per a una persona podria ser que no ho fos per a una altra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quina_dieta_em_conve_a_mi\"><\/span><strong>Quina dieta em conv\u00e9 a mi<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estudi va consistir a fer que 1.102 voluntaris s\u2019alimentessin de manera id\u00e8ntica durant dues setmanes, i despr\u00e9s se\u2019n van avaluar les respostes metab\u00f2liques: en concret, factors com ara la glucosa a la sang, la insulina i els nivells de triglic\u00e8rids. Un \u00edndex de glucosa i de triglic\u00e8rids elevat pot provocar inflamaci\u00f3, i aix\u00f2 s\u2019associa a un augment dels riscs de tenir diabetis o una malaltia card\u00edaca, a banda de fer guanyar pes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019an\u00e0lisi de les respostes va mostrar grans variacions; en segons quins casos els \u00edndexs es multiplic\u00e0vem per deu. Hi havia individus que van experimentar augments r\u00e0pids i prolongats de la glucosa i de la insulina, fet que s\u2019associa amb el risc de patir diabetis i l\u2019augment de pes. D\u2019altres van presentar nivells molt alts de greix a la sang que van durar hores, i aix\u00f2 implica m\u00e9s risc de tenir una malaltia card\u00edaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre els voluntaris hi havia bessons id\u00e8ntics (univitel\u00b7lins), els quals, curiosament, van respondre de manera molt diferent als mateixos aliments, cosa que suggereix que el factor gen\u00e8tic no \u00e9s tan crucial com es pensava. Aquest fet \u00e9s for\u00e7a positiu, perqu\u00e8 si els gens manessin, es podria controlar menys la resposta al menjar i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, els riscos que comporta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Son_exercici_i_salut_intestinal\"><\/span><strong>Son, exercici i salut intestinal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca va incloure en l\u2019an\u00e0lisi les hores de son, la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019exercici i la gana dels voluntaris durant les dues setmanes de l\u2019estudi. Es va mesurar el ritme circadiari (hores de vig\u00edlia i de son) i es van agafar mostres per analitzar-ne el microbioma (tipus i variacions de la flora microbiana a l\u2019intest\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests factors van determinar qu\u00e8 era idoni en la dieta i qu\u00e8 no ho era en cada voluntari. Tamb\u00e9 es va descobrir que l\u2019hora d\u2019ingesta de cada aliment hi influ\u00efa. Per exemple, n\u2019hi havia que metabolitzaven m\u00e9s b\u00e9 els aliments a l\u2019esmorzar, tot i que en altres casos l\u2019hora no hi tenia pes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No cal dir que no hi ha res de tot plegat que suggereixi que es pot prescindir de la fruita i de la verdura, o que es poden menjar aliments poc sans: els efectes nocius d\u2019aquest tipus d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha demostrat a bastament en m\u00faltiples recerques. El fet important d\u2019aquests resultats \u00e9s que podem controlar factors com ara el son, la diversitat intestinal i les hores dels \u00e0pats. Cal, per\u00f2, disposar d\u2019aquesta informaci\u00f3 per a cada individu, i aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s pas f\u00e0cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els resultats d\u2019aquest estudi apunten a un canvi en la manera d\u2019abordar una \u201cdieta saludable\u201d? \u00c9s possible, per\u00f2 aquest concepte d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 personalitzada \u00e9s relativament nou i cal continuar fent recerca, segons van concloure els investigadors.
