Com hem de cuidar el nostre cor en aquesta \u00e8poca? Pren nota d&#8217;alguns consells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estaci\u00f3 estival comporta moltes coses bones per a la salut que hem d&#8217;aprofitar, com ara l&#8217;oportunitat de desconnectar i descansar quan anem de vacances, m\u00e9s activitat a l&#8217;aire lliure i una dieta molt cardiosaludable, amb abund\u00e0ncia de verdura i fruita fresca de temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, no ens hem de descuidar, perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;estiu tamb\u00e9 implica una pujada de temperatures i uns canvis d&#8217;h\u00e0bits que, si no els tenim en compte i no tenim cura, poden afectar la salut del nostre cor, sobretot si ja tenim algun problema cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_afecta_la_calor_a_la_nostra_salut_cardiovascular\"><\/span>Com afecta la calor a la nostra salut cardiovascular?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;augment de les temperatures en l&#8217;\u00e8poca d&#8217;estiu t\u00e9 diversos efectes sobre el sistema cardiovascular: <strong>incrementa la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, la pressi\u00f3 arterial, el colesterol i la viscositat de la sang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 es produeix perqu\u00e8 quan ens exposem a altes temperatures, l&#8217;organisme tendeix a autoregular la calor corporal a trav\u00e9s de la suor. A l&#8217;estiu, una persona pot suar entre 1 i 2 litres d&#8217;aigua cada dia. Aquesta p\u00e8rdua de l\u00edquids implica un gran esfor\u00e7 per al sistema cardiovascular, que necessita transportar gran quantitat de sang a la pell i que aquesta sang aporti l&#8217;aigua necess\u00e0ria a les gl\u00e0ndules sudor\u00edpares. Per tant, si no mantenim <strong>una bona hidrataci\u00f3<\/strong> es pot accentuar el risc cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_hem_de_cuidar_el_nostre_cor_a_lestiu\"><\/span>Com hem de cuidar el nostre cor a l&#8217;estiu?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estiu, a m\u00e9s de la pujada important de les temperatures, tamb\u00e9 comporta un irremeiable canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits. Les vacances fan que trenquem la nostra rutina d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, exercici i descans, i si ens relaxem i no ho tenim en compte, aquests canvis poden afectar de forma negativa la salut cardiovascular. Per aix\u00f2, durant l&#8217;estiu i sobretot a les vacances, hem de tenir en compte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tenir cura de la nostra alimentaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les vacances tendim a menjar m\u00e9s vegades fora de casa, fet que suposa que segurament la nostra dieta varia tant en quantitat com en qualitat. Solem menjar m\u00e9s i beure m\u00e9s alcohol. Tamb\u00e9, quan mengem fora, els aliments solen tenir m\u00e9s greixos i sal. I gaireb\u00e9 mai perdonem les postres. Aix\u00ed que, si anem a restaurants, hem de triar aquells amb <strong>productes cardiosaludables<\/strong> i demanar <strong>aquells que no tinguin molta sal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cuinem nosaltres, podem aprofitar els avantatges de l&#8217;estiu i escollir una dieta amb <strong>abund\u00e0ncia de fruita i verdura fresca<\/strong>: amanides, gaspatxos, cremes fredes, graellades de verdura\u2026, aix\u00ed com peix blau fresc, ric en omega 3 (sardines i seitons), i sense oblidar la fruita de temporada (s\u00edndria, mel\u00f3, pr\u00e9ssec&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hem de reduir, en la mesura del possible, la ingesta de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques, ja que poden provocar l&#8217;augment de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/comer-verano.jpg\" alt=\"Salud cardiovascular\" class=\"wp-image-19600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/comer-verano.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/comer-verano-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/comer-verano-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/comer-verano-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una bona hidrataci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja hem assenyalat la import\u00e0ncia de tenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3 a l&#8217;estiu per a la salut cardiovascular. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important per a la salut en general, sobretot la dels m\u00e9s vulnerables, que s\u00f3n els nens i la gent gran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s recomanable <strong>beure aigua de manera regular durant tot el dia<\/strong>, encara que no es tingui set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fer exercici de manera moderada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Podem aprofitar les vacances per fer un <strong>exercici suau<\/strong>, per\u00f2 benefici\u00f3s per a l&#8217;organisme i el nostre cor. Caminar per la platja sobre la sorra humida o a la riba, nedar, anar amb bicicleta o altres activitats esportives, ens permeten millorar el nostre sistema cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important no fer l&#8217;exercici en les hores de m\u00e9s calor, perqu\u00e8 pot ser perill\u00f3s. \u00c9s millor fer-ho a primera hora del mat\u00ed o a mitja tarda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Descansar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estiu \u00e9s per desconnectar, relaxar-se, gaudir i, si pot ser, viatjar. Per\u00f2 si viatgem \u00e9s possible que vulguem fer moltes coses i ens mantinguem excessivament actius. Descuidar el nostre descans no \u00e9s una opci\u00f3, ja que \u00e9s necessari que el cos es recuperi tant de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 cardiovascular per la calor com de l&#8217;exc\u00e9s d&#8217;activitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dormir b\u00e9 a la nit \u00e9s fonamental<\/strong>. I, si a m\u00e9s podem fer una petita migdiada, el nostre organisme ens ho agrair\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tenir cura de la s\u00edndrome de la classe turista<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Com ja hem apuntat, molts utilitzen l&#8217;estiu per viatjar lluny i moltes ocasions amb avi\u00f3. En aquesta classe de trajectes llargs, si no prenem precaucions, podem patir la s\u00edndrome de la classe turista, que es produeix quan romanem en un lloc petit imm\u00f2bils durant un per\u00edode llarg de temps, en qu\u00e8 la sang s&#8217;alenteix. \u00c9s llavors quan es pot produir una <strong>dificultat en el retorn de la sang<\/strong>, produir-se algun co\u00e0gul i que aquest, en un moment determinat, passi al cor i a les vies respirat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En persones sense problemes cardiovasculars no ha de passar, per\u00f2 pot ser perill\u00f3s en persones amb alguna afecci\u00f3 card\u00edaca o circulat\u00f2ria. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s convenient intentar fer algun passeig de tant en tant durant el viatge, fer estiraments de les articulacions, no portar roba ajustada i, si cal, utilitzar mitges compressives per facilitar la circulaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed que ja ho saps, encara que l&#8217;estiu pugui tenir alguns inconvenients, tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 moltes virtuts.
