Et recordem en qu\u00e8 consisteix i tots els seus beneficis per a la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_dieta_mediterrania\"><\/span>La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia \u00e9s m\u00e9s que una llista d&#8217;ingredients i receptes. \u00c9s tot un conjunt de coneixements, pr\u00e0ctiques i tradicions aliment\u00e0ries de productes que van de la terra a la taula, abastant els cultius, les collites i la pesca, aix\u00ed com la conservaci\u00f3, la transformaci\u00f3, la preparaci\u00f3 dels aliments i, en particular, el consum d&#8217;aquests. \u00c9s una valuosa her\u00e8ncia cultural que representa molt m\u00e9s que una simple pauta nutricional, rica i saludable. <strong>\u00c9s un estil de vida equilibrat<\/strong> que recull receptes, formes de cuinar, celebracions, costums, productes t\u00edpics i activitats humanes diverses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3 Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia<\/a> ens parla d&#8217;una dieta que &#8220;es caracteritza per l&#8217;abund\u00e0ncia d&#8217;aliments vegetals, com ara pa, pasta, arr\u00f2s, verdura, hortalisses, llegums, fruita i fruita seca; l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva com a font principal de greix; un consum moderat de peix, marisc, aus de corral, productes l\u00e0ctics (iogurt, formatges) i ous; el consum de petites quantitats de carn vermella i aportacions di\u00e0ries de vi consumit generalment durant els \u00e0pats. La seva import\u00e0ncia en la salut de l&#8217;individu no es limita al fet que sigui una dieta equilibrada, variada i amb una aportaci\u00f3 de macronutrients adequat. Aquests beneficis li han valgut el reconeixement de la UNESCO, que ha incl\u00f2s la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia dins de la Llista Representativa de Patrimoni Cultural Immaterial de la Humanitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) tamb\u00e9 aconsella el model alimentari tradicional de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia com un dels m\u00e9s saludables del m\u00f3n. I estudis com el PREDIMED (Prevenci\u00f3 amb Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia) han revelat que <strong>augmenta l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a de vida, beneficia la salut cerebral i prev\u00e9 diverses malalties cr\u00f2niques<\/strong> com malalties cardiovasculars i la diabetis tipus 2, aix\u00ed com alguns tipus de c\u00e0ncer.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficis per al cor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;una banda, la combinaci\u00f3 dels \u00e0cids grassos insaturats de la fruita seca o el peix blau i els nitrats dels vegetals prev\u00e9 malalties cardiovasculars. De l&#8217;altra, el consum abundant de peix i vegetals enfront de la carn vermella redueix el nivell de colesterol LDL (dolent) a la sang. A m\u00e9s, els hidrats de carboni i la fibra propis de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia tenen un efecte saciant.
