T&#8217;expliquem com les bones relacions d&#8217;amistat milloren la nostra salut i la nostra qualitat de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>30 de juliol<\/strong> va ser designat per l&#8217;Assemblea General de les Nacions Unides el <strong>Dia Internacional de l&#8217;Amistat<\/strong>, que se celebra des de 2011. Per naturalesa, els humans som \u00e9ssers sociables que tendim a agrupar-nos amb persones afins, amb les quals anem creant vincles estrets. Els amics s\u00f3n el nostre suport social. Amb ells gaudim de moments alegres i els que ens ofereixen l\u2019espatlla per compartir les nostres preocupacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenir un bon grup d&#8217;amics \u00e9s important socialment, per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s t\u00e9 molts beneficis per a la nostra salut. Tant \u00e9s aix\u00ed, que alguns estudis han determinat que <strong>la manca de vincles d&#8217;amistat afecta la nostra salut<\/strong> de la mateixa manera que fumar 15 cigarrets diaris, beure 2 gots d&#8217;alcohol al dia, ser obesos o portar una vida sedent\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#8217;amistat millora la nostra salut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Mantenir-se socialment actiu allarga la vida.<\/strong>&nbsp;Algunes investigacions han revelat que tenir almenys un amic en el qual confiar i compartir experi\u00e8ncies positives i negatives pot augmentar la nostra esperan\u00e7a de vida fins a 10 anys. Un altre estudi publicat per la revista&nbsp;<em>Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health<\/em>&nbsp;conclou que les relacions socials satisfact\u00f2ries redueixen fins a un 22% el risc de mort prematura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/amistad-salud3.jpg\" alt=\"Beneficios de la amistad para\" class=\"wp-image-19517\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/amistad-salud3.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/amistad-salud3-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/amistad-salud3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/amistad-salud3-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s possible gr\u00e0cies al fet que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; L&#8217;amistat redueix els nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/strong>&nbsp;Sentir el suport emocional dels nostres amics de sempre augmenta els nivells de progesterona, una hormona que disminueix els nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s. Els bons moments, els plans compartits i les rialles tamb\u00e9 fan que disminueixi l&#8217;ansietat i ens alliberem d&#8217;estr\u00e8s i de c\u00e0rregues emocionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Disminueix l&#8217;obesitat infantil.<\/strong>&nbsp;Durant la inf\u00e0ncia, el joc amb els amics estimula la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic regular, cosa que mant\u00e9 a ratlla l&#8217;obesitat. Pel que fa a salut emocional, altres investigacions han revelat que l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia d&#8217;amics en l&#8217;edat infantil afavoreix la depressi\u00f3 en la inf\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; El contacte estret amb els amics pot afavorir una bona alimentaci\u00f3.<\/strong>&nbsp;Sovint quedem amb els amics per fer un mos, menjar, sopar&#8230; Tenir amics que es preocupin per la seva salut i la seva alimentaci\u00f3 fa que siguem m\u00e9s conscients del nostre propi cos i del que mengem. Per\u00f2 aix\u00ed com els bons h\u00e0bits poden contagiar-se, el mateix passa amb els menys saludables, de manera que, entre tots, hem d&#8217;intentar evitar els excessos que puguin perjudicar la nostra salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; L&#8217;amistat protegeix el nostre cor.<\/strong>&nbsp;Com ja hem comentat, els amics ajuden a alliberar estr\u00e8s, cosa molt beneficiosa per al cor. Per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s, investigadors de la Universitat de Duke als Estats Units van descobrir que, entre els solters que havien patit una malaltia cardiovascular, el 85% dels que tenien forts lla\u00e7os d&#8217;amistat amb diverses persones van aconseguir sobreviure, davant del 50% dels que no gaudien, almenys, d\u2019una amistat s\u00f2lida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Els amics milloren l&#8217;autoestima.<\/strong>&nbsp;Tenir amics que ens valoren, que confien en nosaltres i en les nostres capacitats, augmenta la percepci\u00f3 positiva que tenim de nosaltres mateixos. En disminuir els nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s, l&#8217;organisme no ha d&#8217;estar reaccionant constantment a les emerg\u00e8ncies que ens provoca. D&#8217;aquesta manera, el sistema immunitari es refor\u00e7a, de manera que detecta i combat millor els bacteris i els virus. Aix\u00f2 millora, a m\u00e9s, la nostra capacitat de recuperaci\u00f3 davant de les malalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Els amics s\u00f3n un analg\u00e8sic molt potent.<\/strong>&nbsp;Quan estem amb bons amics produ\u00efm m\u00e9s endorfines, un neurotransmissor que proporciona una sensaci\u00f3 de plaer i benestar i que funciona com un potent analg\u00e8sic. La seva influ\u00e8ncia \u00e9s tan determinant que, de vegades, pot ser m\u00e9s poderosa fins i tot que la morfina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, prenguem nota i tornem a fomentar les relacions amb els amics. Intentem que la feina o les obligacions di\u00e0ries no ens facin oblidar la import\u00e0ncia que tenen unes relacions socials s\u00f2lides i actives per a la nostra salut tant f\u00edsica com psicol\u00f2gica.
