Beu aigua: mantingues la hidrataci\u00f3 corporal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabies que quan naixem gaireb\u00e9 el 97 % del cos \u00e9s aigua? A mesura que creixem, el percentatge davalla fins a una mica m\u00e9s del 70 %, tot i que continua essent un volum d\u2019aigua molt alt. La majoria de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del cervell es componen d\u2019aigua i, fins i tot, les dents en contenen un 10 %. Totes les funcions cel\u00b7lulars del cos estan relacionades, d\u2019una manera o una altra, amb els nivells de fluids: la sang i el sistema immunitari necessiten aigua per eliminar els residus cel\u00b7lulars i per proveir les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de nutrients i amino\u00e0cids vitals. Per aquesta ra\u00f3 \u00e9s fonamental que beguis aix\u00ed que tinguis una mica de set (tingues en compte que, quan ens fem grans, el sentit de la set s\u2019afebleix, per la qual cosa aquest consell \u00e9s especialment v\u00e0lid per a la gent gran).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es calcula que una deshidrataci\u00f3 del 2 % comporta una davallada dels nivells d\u2019energia d\u2019un 20 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Dorm_be\"><\/span><strong>2. Dorm b\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualsevol seguidor d\u2019aquestes p\u00e0gines ha llegit aquesta recomanaci\u00f3 en diverses ocasions, i sabem que per als qui tenen problemes de son aix\u00f2 \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil de dir que no pas de fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No s\u2019ha fixat quin temps ideal cal destinar a dormir, per\u00f2 s\u2019estima que convindrien entre 7 i 9 hores di\u00e0ries. Durant el son el cos es restitueix i s\u2019enforteix, i per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s essencial seguir una bona rutina de rep\u00f2s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Menja_correctament\"><\/span><strong>3. Menja correctament<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dieta equilibrada no ha de ser pas complicada o dif\u00edcil de seguir. Menja de tot, per damunt de tot fruita i verdura (ja saps que han de ser cinc porcions al dia), hidrats d\u2019absorci\u00f3 lenta, com ara els llegums, i greixos no saturats, com els que contenen l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva o el peix blau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La regla general pel que fa a les calories dep\u00e8n del grau d\u2019activitat de cadasc\u00fa, per\u00f2 normalment una persona activa crema cada dia entre 2.000 i 2.500 calories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Si_tens_sobrepes_aprimat\"><\/span><strong>4. Si tens sobrep\u00e8s, aprima\u2019t<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els \u00edndexs d\u2019obesitat a Espanya s\u00f3n alarmants, sobretot entre les criatures. Tal com d\u00e8iem m\u00e9s amunt, menjar de manera equilibrada et pot ajudar, a tu i a la fam\u00edlia, a mantenir el pes ideal. Els nostres lectors saben prou b\u00e9 que l\u2019exc\u00e9s de pes pot causar problemes importants, com ara tenir diabetis de tipus 2, una malaltia card\u00edaca i, fins i tot, determinats c\u00e0ncers. Aix\u00ed doncs, si tens sobrep\u00e8s, n\u2019hauries de perdre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Cal_mantenir-se_actiu_bellugat_mes\"><\/span><strong>5. Cal mantenir-se actiu: belluga\u2019t m\u00e9s<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fer prou activitat f\u00edsica de manera continuada t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a controlar el sobrep\u00e8s. No volem dir pas que t\u2019hagis de tancar al gimn\u00e0s cada dia, sin\u00f3 que ens referim a fer coses com ara pujar les escales en comptes de fer servir l\u2019ascensor o baixar de l\u2019autob\u00fas un parell de parades abans d\u2019arribar a destinaci\u00f3. Busca un exercici que t\u2019agradi, tant si \u00e9s caminar, com anar amb bicicleta o c\u00f3rrer, i practica\u2019l tan sovint com puguis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_No_fumis\"><\/span><strong>6. No fumis<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si fumes, deixar el tabac ser\u00e0, ras i curt, una de les decisions m\u00e9s encertades de la teva vida. \u00c9s el pas m\u00e9s important que pots fer per millorar la salut. Saps que gaireb\u00e9 la meitat dels fumadors moren per causes derivades del tabac? I, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, cap a la meitat dels fumadors que ho fan durant una temporada llarga no passen dels 70 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s mai tard per decidir-s\u2019hi. Els fumadors que ho deixen abans dels 45 anys tenen una esperan\u00e7a de vida similar als no fumadors; els qui ho deixen m\u00e9s tard d\u2019aquesta edat veuen com es redueix la seva esperan\u00e7a de vida, malgrat que els avantatges per a la salut continuen sent molt clars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Prens_medicaments_Segueix_estrictament_la_medicacio_recomanada\"><\/span><strong>7. Prens medicaments? Segueix estrictament la medicaci\u00f3 recomanada<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Abandonar la medicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un problema molt generalitzat a Espanya i a altres pa\u00efsos i es diu: \u201ccom que em trobo b\u00e9, ja no la necessito\u201d. \u00c9s dif\u00edcil de fer-ne l\u2019estad\u00edstica, per\u00f2 es calcula que fins a un 50 % dels pacients no segueix adequadament les pautes de medicaci\u00f3, fet que implica que no es poden controlar com cal els trastorns que exigeixen f\u00e0rmacs, encara que els s\u00edmptomes no en siguin evidents. Problemes com ara la hipertensi\u00f3, la diabetis o el colesterol elevat, entre d\u2019altres, no manifesten s\u00edmptomes clars, per\u00f2 l\u2019efecte d\u2019aquests trastorns perdura i empitjora sense la medicaci\u00f3. Si tens cap dubte, val m\u00e9s que ho consultis al metge, per\u00f2 no deixis de prendre els medicaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Rentat_les_mans\"><\/span><strong>8. Renta\u2019t les mans<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una de les contribucions m\u00e9s importants que pots fer a la salut p\u00fablica, juntament amb les vacunacions que corresponguin segons l\u2019edat, i encara m\u00e9s en aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies. \u00c9s una manera segura de reduir la possibilitat que hi hagi infeccions. Renta\u2019t les mans a consci\u00e8ncia doncs, amb sab\u00f3, i dedica-hi un minut ben bo. Caldria que ho fessis en concret despr\u00e9s de cuinar, de mocar-te, de tossir, d\u2019esternudar o de posar-te les lents. I, no cal dir-ho, despr\u00e9s d\u2019estar amb una persona malalta que puguis tenir a c\u00e0rrec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Protegeix-te_del_sol\"><\/span><strong>9. Protegeix-te del sol<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenir la pell morena es veu de vegades amb bons ulls, com un s\u00edmptoma de bona salut. Ara b\u00e9, en realitat no \u00e9s aix\u00ed, i encara menys en la canalla. La situaci\u00f3 empitjora si es fan servir dispositius com ara els llits solars per bronzejar-se. Els casos de c\u00e0ncers de pell continuen augmentant a Espanya, sobretot en les persones amb la pell clara o p\u00e8l-roges. L\u2019efecte del sol \u00e9s acumulatiu, en especial per als qui han patit, encara que faci temps, cremades greus amb butllofes. El risc augmenta si es tenen deu pigues o m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Relaxat\"><\/span><strong>10. Relaxa\u2019t<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tothom est\u00e0 sotm\u00e8s a pressi\u00f3 en un moment o altre, per\u00f2 l\u2019estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic no \u00e9s dolent per a la salut i prou, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 pot fer que et sigui m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil de relaxar-te quan convingui. Les t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 modernes s\u00f3n molt efectives i combinen exercicis respiratoris i musculars que t\u2019ajudaran a alleujar les manifestacions de l\u2019estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e0s estressat, intenta d\u2019aplicar aquestes t\u00e8cniques i no hi pateixis si al comen\u00e7ament semblen dif\u00edcils. Persisteix en la pr\u00e0ctica i ho aconseguir\u00e0s.
