Algunes de les que se solen oferir m\u00e9s en gimnasos i centres especialitzats s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hatha Ioga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s el m\u00e9s popular i el que m\u00e9s es practica a tot el m\u00f3n. \u00c9s un tipus de ioga en qu\u00e8 es treballa l&#8217;equilibri f\u00edsic del cos mitjan\u00e7ant el manteniment de les postures i es combina amb la respiraci\u00f3 i la meditaci\u00f3. \u00c9s un exercici excel\u00b7lent per <strong>millorar la nostra flexibilitat i reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s<\/strong>. El ritme \u00e9s una mica lent i est\u00e0tic, centrat sobretot en la concentraci\u00f3 sobre la postura. No \u00e9s dels que requereixen una demanda f\u00edsica m\u00e9s intensa, de manera que el pot practicar qualsevol persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vinyasa Ioga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un altre dels tipus de ioga m\u00e9s populars. \u00c9s una variant m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica, on la respiraci\u00f3 \u00e9s la pedra angular, i t\u00e9 el seu nucli en el moviment. Aquesta especialitat busca activar el cos i centrar-se en la respiraci\u00f3 com a clau per aconseguir encadenar les diferents postures. Entre els beneficis del Vinyasa Ioga destaquen la <strong>p\u00e8rdua de pes, la millora de la salut dels \u00f2rgans del cos i la reducci\u00f3 dels nivells d&#8217;ansietat<\/strong>, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bikram Ioga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una modalitat que es practica en habitacions escalfades, normalment a 40\u00ba de temperatura, combinant una s\u00e8rie de 26 postures d&#8217;estirament, equilibri i torsi\u00f3 amb exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 (pranayamas) que es fan durant noranta minuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb la calor els m\u00fasculs es relaxen m\u00e9s, de manera que s&#8217;aconsegueix <strong>m\u00e9s flexibilitat i mobilitat<\/strong> per fer els exercicis en un temps m\u00e9s redu\u00eft, alhora que es prevenen lesions. La calor tamb\u00e9 <strong>facilita el flux sanguini oxigenat<\/strong>, per la qual cosa es millora la circulaci\u00f3 a tot el cos i s&#8217;ajuda a l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de residus. Es practiquen s\u00e8ries de postures i moviments de forma fluida, per\u00f2 r\u00e0pida, molt lligades a la respiraci\u00f3 i amb un nivell d&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica i de concentraci\u00f3 molt alt. Nom\u00e9s es pot avan\u00e7ar en la pr\u00e0ctica si s&#8217;ha superat la postura anterior. \u00c9s molt m\u00e9s vigor\u00f3s i no \u00e9s apte per a tothom. M\u00e9s aviat est\u00e0 indicat per a persones que busquen <strong>un repte f\u00edsic per adquirir for\u00e7a i resist\u00e8ncia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ioga restauratiu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una pr\u00e0ctica suau, relaxant i passiva que permet <strong>relaxar el cos i la ment i ajuda a recuperar-se de malalties o lesions<\/strong>. Consisteix a fer estiraments suaus amb nom\u00e9s quatre o cinc postures simples que es mantenen durant deu minuts. S&#8217;utilitzen accessoris com ara coixins, corretges, mantes i blocs perqu\u00e8 el cos pugui experimentar els beneficis d&#8217;una postura sense haver de for\u00e7ar massa el cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Iyengar Ioga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un tipus de ioga molt prec\u00eds i meticul\u00f3s, en el qual es necessita la m\u00e0xima atenci\u00f3 per trobar l&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 musculoesquel\u00e8tica adequada en cada asana. Per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;utilitzen accessoris com ara blocs i cintes, que ajuden en el progr\u00e9s. \u00c9s apropiat per a totes les edats i habilitats, ja que no \u00e9s gaire en\u00e8rgic, i per als que tenen lesions o malalties, ja que <strong>facilita la pr\u00e0ctica de moviments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ioga \u00e9s apte pr\u00e0cticament per a qualsevol persona, per\u00f2 \u00e9s important aprendre i desenvolupar les t\u00e8cniques amb la supervisi\u00f3 d&#8217;un instructor.
