I aquest fet crea un grau important d\u2019incertesa. Qu\u00e8 canviar\u00e0? Farem teletreball (qui pugui \u00e9s clar)? La canalla tornar\u00e0 a l\u2019escola abans de l\u2019estiu o no? Els espectacles de masses, com ara el futbol, els cinemes o tants d\u2019altres seran com abans?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Les respostes a totes aquestes preguntes, i a moltes d\u2019altres, romanen en l\u2019aire i l\u2019efecte m\u00ednim que produeixen \u00e9s aquesta incertesa, sin\u00f3 \u00e9s un estat d\u2019ansietat general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot seguit repassarem les causes d\u2019aquesta ansietat i unes quantes t\u00e8cniques que et poden ajudar a fer-hi front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Signes_dansietat_postconfinament\"><\/span><strong>Signes d\u2019ansietat postconfinament<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ansietat es manifesta de moltes maneres diferents. Les circumst\u00e0ncies seg\u00fcents en poden ser indicatives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sentiment de preocupaci\u00f3 o estr\u00e8s pels esdeveniments futurs<\/li><li>Problemes del son<\/li><li>Cansament, irritabilitat o problemes per concentrar-se<\/li><li>Palpitacions: el ritme card\u00edac s\u2019accelera<\/li><li>Punxades o recargolament estomacal<\/li><li>Manca d\u2019al\u00e8 o respiraci\u00f3 anhelosa<\/li><li>Suor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Altre senyals d\u2019alerta s\u00f3n rumiar-se massa les coses, ajornar obligacions que, en circumst\u00e0ncies normals, faries de seguida, per\u00f2 que una por inexplicable t\u2019impedeix d\u2019abordar, mals de cap o de panxa i n\u00e0usees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s normal de tenir una certa ansietat davant d\u2019all\u00f2 desconegut, enfront de situacions que no controles, per\u00f2 quan tens pensaments obsessius, el mal humor \u00e9s constant, t\u2019irrites f\u00e0cilment i perds la paci\u00e8ncia en exc\u00e9s, pot ser que l\u2019ansietat et cre\u00ef problemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pots trobar que et rentis les mans de manera compulsiva, amb pensaments desficiosos a causa d\u2019una possible infecci\u00f3 per COVID-19, i que desinfectis obsessivament tot el que toques \u2013o toquen terceres persones. No li agrada a ning\u00fa l\u2019ansietat, i podria ser que la provis d\u2019ignorar, o hi reaccionis de manera negativa i l\u2019intentis controlar.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes_de_la_ansietat_postconfinament\"><\/span><strong>Causes de la ansietat postconfinament<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s del temps de tancament, hi ha moltes coses diferents que poden causar ansietat pel futur, des de la por d\u2019encomanar-se\u2019n fins a les preocupacions per la feina i els diners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot sovint l\u2019ansietat es manifesta quan intentem de preveure com es desenvoluparan aquestes situacions amena\u00e7adores. Tot i que avan\u00e7ar-se a possibles situacions d\u2019incertesa ens hi pot ajudar, mirar de resoldre problemes que en realitat encara no han sorgit pot disparar la preocupaci\u00f3 i l\u2019ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMal de molts\u2026\u201d Ja sabem com continua la dita, per\u00f2 \u00e9s cert que tothom es troba poc o molt en les mateixes circumst\u00e0ncies. I aquestes ens poden aclaparar, per\u00f2 cal recordar que aquests sentiments s\u00f3n respostes \u201cnormals\u201d a la situaci\u00f3 que vivim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ens hem trobat protegits a casa, en la bombolla que el virus ens ha obligat a crear. Ens han dit que sortir no era convenient i, ara que ho podem fer, segons la fase que tinguem, pot augmentar en alguns casos la por del contagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parla\u2019n amb algun amic o familiar de confian\u00e7a. T\u2019hi pot ajudar, encara que no et resolgui els problemes, \u00e9s clar. I si comences a tenir un neguit compulsiu, pensa de demanar ajuda psicol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_es_pot_resistir_lansietat_postconfinament\"><\/span><strong>Com es pot resistir l\u2019ansietat postconfinament<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fixa\u2019t objectius diaris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No es tracta que fixis uns objectius inassolibles, sin\u00f3 de coses com ara que facis aquell plat dif\u00edcil que et va agradar tant, o que miris finalment aquella pel\u00b7l\u00edcula que fa temps que et ve de gust. D\u2019aquesta manera, tindr\u00e0s alguna cosa a fer que, a m\u00e9s, et procurar\u00e0 satisfacci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 alegria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accepta la situaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha moltes coses que estan del tot fora del teu control, i aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s sempre f\u00e0cil d\u2019admetre. Has de \u201cpracticar\u201d l\u2019autoacceptaci\u00f3, i tamb\u00e9 evitar de donar-te\u2019n la culpa; \u00e9s a dir, t\u2019has de perdonar i, fins i tot, pensar a ser compassiu amb tu mateix, cosa que de ben segur et far\u00e0 disminuir l\u2019estr\u00e8s. No vulguis aclarir d\u2019un sol cop els dubtes, perqu\u00e8 no ho podr\u00e0s fer: en aquesta situaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n massa nombrosos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Viu el present<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u2019hi ajudar\u00e0 el fet de no angoixar-te per la situaci\u00f3 d\u2019incertesa. Cerca els petits plaers que et pot aportar el dia a dia: en trobar\u00e0s. Podries comen\u00e7ar el dia fent una mica de meditaci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 et donar\u00e0 una visi\u00f3 global del teu estat emocional i evitar\u00e0 que la teva vida estigui regida pels pensaments negatius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gestiona la informaci\u00f3 que reps<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el que ens expliquen cada dia els mitjans (TV, diaris o r\u00e0dio) pot causar preocupaci\u00f3, la informaci\u00f3 que rebem per les xarxes socials fa trasbalsar. Al Twitter, a Facebook, a l\u2019Instagram, etc., hi corren moltes <em>fake news<\/em> (not\u00edcies falses), informacions incorrectes, si no s\u00f3n falses i tendencioses directament, i tot plegat pot desencadenar una reacci\u00f3 d\u2019ansietat m\u00e9s acusada. Intenta filtrar la informaci\u00f3 i queda\u2019t nom\u00e9s amb els fets importants. No dubtis a l\u2019hora d\u2019abandonar un xat que t\u2019angoixi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inclou una mica d\u2019exercici en la rutina di\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un passejada di\u00e0ria. Encara millor si \u00e9s de mitja hora i a un pas r\u00e0pid, per\u00f2 fins i tot \u201cfer un tomb\u201d et far\u00e0 un efecte de canvi d\u2019entorn i gaudir\u00e0s d\u2019una mica d\u2019aire fresc.
