Com pot afectar la deshidrataci\u00f3 la salut del cor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Acaba d&#8217;arribar la primavera, els dies s&#8217;allarguen i comen\u00e7a a pujar la temperatura. Des d&#8217;aquest moment i durant diversos mesos, sobretot els de l&#8217;estiu, que \u00e9s quan fa m\u00e9s calor, hem de comen\u00e7ar a tenir cura especialment de la quantitat d&#8217;aigua que bevem al dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_hidratacio_essencial_per_a_la_salut_cardiovascular\"><\/span>La hidrataci\u00f3, essencial per a la salut cardiovascular<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nostra massa corporal est\u00e0 composta d&#8217;aigua en un 50-70%. Quan aquest percentatge es desestabilitza,&nbsp;<strong>el funcionament d&#8217;alguns \u00f2rgans es pot ressentir<\/strong>, la qual cosa pot perjudicar la nostra salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En relaci\u00f3 amb la salut card\u00edaca<\/strong>, la deshidrataci\u00f3 no es considera un factor de risc cardiovascular, per\u00f2&nbsp;<strong>pot afectar de forma espec\u00edfica persones amb arr\u00edtmies<\/strong>&nbsp;(la funci\u00f3 renal es pot veure afectada per la falta d&#8217;aigua en l&#8217;organisme), persones amb&nbsp;<strong>insufici\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca<\/strong>&nbsp;o amb cardiopatia&nbsp;<strong>isqu\u00e8mica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest sentit, \u00e9s essencial prestar atenci\u00f3 als&nbsp;<strong>possibles s\u00edmptomes<\/strong>&nbsp;que ens avisen que el cos ha d\u2019hidratar-se, com pot ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Notar un cert ensopiment.<\/li><li>Marejos.<\/li><li>Mal de cap.<\/li><li>Debilitat.<\/li><li>Boca seca.<\/li><li>Sequedat de la pell.<\/li><li>Ulls enfonsats.<\/li><li>Rampes musculars.<\/li><li>Suor freda.<\/li><li>En casos extrems de calor i deshidrataci\u00f3, visi\u00f3 borrosa o p\u00e8rdua del coneixement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Recomanacions_per_mantenir_una_bona_hidratacio\"><\/span>Recomanacions per mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beure di\u00e0riament la quantitat suficient d&#8217;aigua \u00e9s essencial perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;organisme funcioni correctament i la nostra salut no se\u2019n ressenti. La quantitat di\u00e0ria dependr\u00e0 de les necessitats de cada persona, del desgast f\u00edsic diari i de les condicions ambientals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a norma general,&nbsp;<strong>la Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola del Cor recomana el consum aproximat de 2 litres d&#8217;aigua<\/strong>&nbsp;en nens, ancians i dones, una mica m\u00e9s si estan embarassades o en per\u00edode de lact\u00e0ncia, i de 2,5 litres en els homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/deshidratacion-salud-cardiovascular-alimentacion.jpg\" alt=\"Hidrataci\u00f3n y salud cardiovascular\" class=\"wp-image-19363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/deshidratacion-salud-cardiovascular-alimentacion.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/deshidratacion-salud-cardiovascular-alimentacion-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/deshidratacion-salud-cardiovascular-alimentacion-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/deshidratacion-salud-cardiovascular-alimentacion-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Altres recomanacions<\/strong>&nbsp;per mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3 i cuidar el nostre cor s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Seguir una dieta cardiosaludable. La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia \u00e9s rica en fruita i verdura fresca, que aporta aigua a l&#8217;organisme.<\/li><li>Aportar aigua a l&#8217;organisme amb un altre tipus d&#8217;aliments saludables, com ara sopes, cremes de verdura, gaspatxo, sucs de fruita, infusions i tes.<\/li><li>No esperar a tenir set per beure. Quan sentim la sensaci\u00f3 de set \u00e9s que ja el cos est\u00e0 acusant certa deshidrataci\u00f3. \u00c9s recomanable tenir una ampolla o un got d&#8217;aigua a m\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 no ens descuidem d\u2019anar bevent a poc a poc.<\/li><li>Reduir o limitar el consum d&#8217;alcohol, ja que l&#8217;organisme perd molta aigua per metabolitzar-lo.<\/li><li>Els dies de molta calor, cal evitar estar en llocs oberts i sense ombra durante les hores centrals del dia.<\/li><li>A l&#8217;hora de fer exercici, cal hidratar-se b\u00e9 i evitar les hores de m\u00e9s calor ja que, sobretot en els exercicis d&#8217;alta intensitat, un sobreesfor\u00e7 unit a la deshidrataci\u00f3 pot produir una s\u00edncope o cop de calor (l&#8217;organisme \u00e9s incapa\u00e7 de termorregular-se), que \u00e9s molt perill\u00f3s tant per a persones sanes com per a les que tenen alguna patologia cardiovascular.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No beure prou aigua pot causar deshidrataci\u00f3.
