Algunes de les principals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cortisol<\/strong>, que \u00e9s l\u2019hormona de l\u2019estr\u00e8s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tiroxina<\/strong>, que controla el metabolisme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estr\u00f2gens<\/strong>, l\u2019hormona sexual femenina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Testosterona<\/strong>, l\u2019hormona sexual masculina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leptina<\/strong>, que regula el pes corporal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Insulina<\/strong>, vital per controlar els nivells de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Melatonina<\/strong>, l\u2019hormona del son<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_desequilibri_hormonal\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el desequilibri hormonal<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El desequilibri es produeix quan el nivell d\u2019una hormona augmenta en exc\u00e9s, o b\u00e9 quan es produeix en menor quantitat de l\u2019habitual. \u00c9s completament normal que els diferents nivells fluctuin en diferents moments de la vida, o fins i tot del mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 el desequilibri es dona quan el nivell d\u2019una hormona determinada augmenta o disminueix anormalment, cosa que influeix en diferents aspectes de la salut. Un desequilibri hormonal pot comportar canvis en l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim, en el pes o en el son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Principals_causes\"><\/span><strong>Principals causes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les causes d\u2019un desequilibri hormonal s\u00f3n molt variades. Algunes s\u00f3n naturals, com la pubertat, l\u2019embar\u00e0s o la menopausa. Altres estan relacionades amb els h\u00e0bits o amb certes malalties. Les m\u00e9s comunes s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic. Eleva el cortisol i afecta altres hormones. \u00c9s fonamental aprendre a evitar l\u2019estr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manca de descans. La melatonina i altres hormones s\u2019alteren si no aconsegueixes dormir b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentaci\u00f3 inadequada. L\u2019exc\u00e9s de sucres o greixos pot alterar la insulina, la leptina i els estr\u00f2gens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consum d\u2019alcohol. Pot afectar la producci\u00f3 hormonal. Per aquesta i m\u00faltiples causes, es recomana sempre reduir el consum d\u2019alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trastorns hormonals, com l\u2019hipertiro\u00efdisme o l\u2019hipotiro\u00efdisme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00das prolongat d\u2019anticonceptius hormonals o de medicaments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Desequilibris_o_problemes_hormonals_en_dones\"><\/span><strong>Desequilibris o problemes hormonals en dones<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els problemes hormonals en les dones poden deure\u2019s a la pr\u00f2pia menstruaci\u00f3 o a altres causes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amb la regla<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El desequilibri hormonal amb la regla pot provocar irregularitats, dolor, menstruacions absents (amenorrea), regles massa abundants o canvis emocionals intensos. L\u2019embar\u00e0s, el postpart o la lact\u00e0ncia modifiquen els nivells hormonals de manera natural. El mateix passa amb la menopausa. Tamb\u00e9 poden influir el s\u00edndrome d\u2019ovari poliqu\u00edstic (SOP), certs f\u00e0rmacs o fins i tot el sobrep\u00e8s.<br>En alguns casos, la testosterona tamb\u00e9 es veu alterada, cosa que pot generar acne, p\u00e8l facial o p\u00e8rdua de cabell. No obstant aix\u00f2, el millor tractament per al desequilibri hormonal ha de ser recomanat per un especialista. Tots aquests sistemes reduiran la simptomatologia que acompanya la menopausa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una altra opci\u00f3 s\u00f3n els productes vaginals en dosis molt baixes. Tamb\u00e9 es comercialitzen com a cremes, comprimits o anells i permeten reduir la quantitat d\u2019estr\u00f2gens que l\u2019organisme absorbeix. En ser els nivells baixos, estan indicats \u00fanicament per a la simptomatologia vaginal o urin\u00e0ria durant la menopausa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altres opcions s\u00f3n la ter\u00e0pia de reempla\u00e7ament hormonal o TRH, que \u00e9s un dels tractaments m\u00e9s utilitzats quan els nivells d\u2019hormones s\u00f3n molt baixos. Tamb\u00e9 la ter\u00e0pia combinada, que inclou els estr\u00f2gens amb la progesterona o la progestina. Es pot utilitzar quan l\u2019\u00fater est\u00e0 intacte, aix\u00ed com per oferir protecci\u00f3 davant la hiperpl\u00e0sia endometrial o el c\u00e0ncer en aquesta zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, es pot optar pels tractaments d\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 hormonal. S\u2019utilitzen tant en homes com en dones i consten d\u2019hormones bioid\u00e8ntiques, \u00e9s a dir, que procedeixen de fonts vegetals i que han estat modificades en un laboratori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 com coment\u00e0vem anteriorment, qualsevol tractament per al desequilibri hormonal ha de ser diagnosticat i assessorat per un professional m\u00e8dic, ja que cada persona \u00e9s diferent i pot requerir un tractament concret. Consumeix aliments rics en magnesi, com les verdures de fulla verda, la xocolata negra, les llegums, els fruits secs i les llavors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Testosterona baixa:<\/strong> ajudaran els aliments rics en zinc, com la carn vermella (preferiblement alimentada amb pastura) i els mol\u00b7luscs com les ostres o els musclos.
