Qu\u00e8 hem de con\u00e8ixer a l&#8217;hora de plantejar-nos la nostra dieta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Al llarg de la hist\u00f2ria els aliments s&#8217;han utilitzat principalment per sobreviure perqu\u00e8 les persones consumien el que podien i el que tenien disponible. Els aven\u00e7os en la investigaci\u00f3, el f\u00e0cil acc\u00e9s i la gran disponibilitat d&#8217;aliments que tenim avui en dia als pa\u00efsos desenvolupats, \u00e9s el que ha perm\u00e8s relacionar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i la salut i determinar que&nbsp;<strong>una dieta correcta fomenta la salut i prev\u00e9 les malalties<\/strong>. De la mateixa manera, molts altres estudis relacionen l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 amb algunes malalties cr\u00f2niques, com ara les malalties cardiovasculars, la diabetis mellitus i l&#8217;obesitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable \u00e9s aquella que&nbsp;<strong>aporta a l&#8217;organisme els nutrients essencials i l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria per mantenir-se sa<\/strong>&nbsp;en el present i invertir en la salut del futur, prevenint les malalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per poder plantejar una dieta correcta i saber qu\u00e8 menjar i en quina quantitat, cal tenir coneixements sobre l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i els aliments: segons la majoria dels especialistes en nutrici\u00f3, no \u00e9s que hi hagi aliments bons i dolents, \u00e9s que&nbsp;<strong>segons com els combinem aconseguim dietes saludables i dietes poc sanes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/alimentacion-saludable-plato.jpg\" alt=\"Alimentaci\u00f3n saludable\" class=\"wp-image-18538\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/alimentacion-saludable-plato.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/alimentacion-saludable-plato-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/alimentacion-saludable-plato-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/alimentacion-saludable-plato-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El doctor Antonio Escribano, especialista en endocrinologia i nutrici\u00f3, ens explica que els aliments es classifiquen en<strong>&nbsp;energ\u00e8tics, pl\u00e0stics i reguladors<\/strong>&nbsp;i, atenent a aquestes propietats, es classifiquen en&nbsp;<strong>set grups<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u00e0ctics (llet, formatge, iogurt)<\/li><li>Carns, peixos, ous<\/li><li>Patates, llegums, fruits secs<\/li><li>Verdures i hortalisses<\/li><li>Fruites<\/li><li>Cereals i sucres<\/li><li>Olis i greixos<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Una alimentaci\u00f3 sana i saludable, ens explica el doctor, en primer lloc ha de&nbsp;<strong>combinar diversos aliments de cada un dels 7 grups<\/strong>&nbsp;en una determinada seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i una organitzaci\u00f3 senzilla que estableix la clau &#8220;qualitativa&#8221; i saludable de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I un cop establerta l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 dels aliments, tamb\u00e9 hem de pensar en les\u00a0<strong>quantitats apropiades<\/strong>. En general, sempre hem de seguir la mateixa recomanaci\u00f3: la\u00a0<strong>moderaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s convenient cuinar amb&nbsp;<strong>poca sal<\/strong>&nbsp;i que&nbsp;<strong>no m\u00e9s del 35% de les calories di\u00e0ries s&#8217;obtinguin a trav\u00e9s dels greixos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hem de procurar fer una&nbsp;<strong>dieta variada<\/strong>&nbsp;que no ens avorreixi, i per aix\u00f2 podem provar diferents formes de cocci\u00f3 i utilitzar la creativitat per realitzar nous plats i variar la nostra dieta cada setmana.
