Aix\u00f2, per\u00f2, no deixa d\u2019afectar-nos. Per posar-ne un sol exemple, a la Xina, on s\u2019ha acabat la fase de confinament, s\u2019ha produ\u00eft una allau de peticions de divorci, segons alguns mitjans. \u00c9s prou significatiu, oi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest article pretenem que siguis conscient del fet que \u00e9s l\u00f2gic que tinguis un humor inestable; s\u2019ha estudiat que la reclusi\u00f3 t\u00e9 una certa afectaci\u00f3. I, potser, entendre el fenomen et podr\u00e0 ajudar a tolerar la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Xina, justament, ha estat el pa\u00eds objecte d\u2019un estudi que ha dut a terme Ipsos, una reconeguda consultora multinacional. En aquest estudi, se n\u2019han identificat, de manera reveladora, les fases seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fases_del_confinament\"><\/span><strong>Fases del confinament<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Incredulitat<\/strong>. En un primer moment, l\u2019abund\u00e0ncia d\u2019informaci\u00f3 dispersa i amb grans dosis d\u2019imprecisi\u00f3 crea un estat de confusi\u00f3 i de por.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Els projectes canvien, es tendeixen a acumular subministraments comprant de manera exagerada, amb la previsi\u00f3 que, suposadament, hi haur\u00e0 manca de productes de primera necessitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Adaptaci\u00f3<\/strong>. El dia a dia s\u2019adapta a les restriccions i a les novetats que sorgeixen en aquesta situaci\u00f3. I apareixen rutines noves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Aclimatament<\/strong>. Es fixen les rutines noves, que han de combatre l\u2019avorriment, la neglig\u00e8ncia o la des\u00eddia. El contacte familiar continuat es converteix en un repte. Es manifesten facetes positives quan es troben activitats noves i interessos comuns que omplen el temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>Resist\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. Les restriccions de l\u2019activitat social i del moviment generen tensions en les relacions familiars i una caiguda de l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim. La incertesa sobre la durada del tancament encara empitjora les coses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> <strong>Alleujament<\/strong>. Es comen\u00e7a a veure la llum al final del t\u00fanel i la possibilitat de reprendre ben aviat la vida normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> <strong>Por<\/strong>. Es manifesten preocupacions noves quan la incertesa financera, laboral i econ\u00f2mica, com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la crisi, es comen\u00e7a a fer evident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es pensa que, a hores d\u2019ara, a escala global, som a la fase d\u2019aclimatament, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 pot variar per a cada individu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva banda, un grup de psic\u00f2legs de la Universitat Complutense de Madrid adverteix que el tancament pot acabar provocant ansietat, estr\u00e8s, insomni i, fins i tot, depressi\u00f3. Ara b\u00e9, hi ha maneres d\u2019evitar caure en aquests trastorns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera recomanaci\u00f3 \u00e9s fixar una rutina, tal com d\u00e8iem en un article anterior dedicat als infants. Hem de programar el temps, i diferenciar entre les obligacions i el lleure: \u00e9s tan dolent estar-se tot el dia davant del televisor com davant de l\u2019ordinador treballant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Pareja_cocinando.jpg\" alt=\"Salud emocional durante el confinamiento\" class=\"wp-image-18086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Pareja_cocinando.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Pareja_cocinando-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Pareja_cocinando-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Pareja_cocinando-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre factor clau \u00e9s no a\u00efllar-se. Per sort, disposem d\u2019Internet i de les xarxes socials, que s\u00f3n eines que, si b\u00e9 en condicions normals poden ser pernicioses (i promoure el sedentarisme, l\u2019addicci\u00f3 o perjudicar les relacions cara a cara), en les que ens ha tocat de viure representen un regal, perqu\u00e8 ens permeten d\u2019estar en contacte amb els nostres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I una altra opci\u00f3, encara, \u00e9s proposar-se una cosa que no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil: aprofitar el temps i dedicar-lo a les coses que ja sabem que s\u00f3n bones per a nosaltres, tot evitant els h\u00e0bits que sabem que s\u00f3n perjudicials per a la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Recomanacions_del_Ministeri_de_Sanitat\"><\/span><strong>Recomanacions del Ministeri de Sanitat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, el Ministeri recull algunes recomanacions anteriors i fa aquestes propostes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Reconeix les emocions<\/strong>, intentant de no fomentar-les ni tampoc deixar-se dur per aquestes. Et pot ajudar compartir-les amb els pr\u00f2xims, tant com seguir t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 i de respiraci\u00f3 (<em>mindfulness<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Enfoca l\u2019energia<\/strong> i estableix una rutina, que compleixi les restriccions imposades. Fes-te un horari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>Centra\u2019t<\/strong> en all\u00f2 que pots fer. Afegeix a la rutina moments d\u2019esbarjo, fent servir la creativitat. Pensa en les persones que t\u2019envolten i que et necessiten. Marca\u2019t objectius realistes, i persevera per aconseguir-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Cuida\u2019t<\/strong>. Mantingues tant com puguis els h\u00e0bits d\u2019higiene i d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3. Intenta d\u2019incorporar moments d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>Desconnecta<\/strong>. Procura evitar l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 pel que fa al virus. Parla d\u2019altres temes i mira de fer coses que t\u2019agradin i t\u2019ajudin a assolir els objectius que t\u2019havies fixat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> <strong>Mantingues el contacte<\/strong> <strong>social<\/strong>.
