Per si fos poc, diverses empreses farmac\u00e8utiques confirmen un augment de la venda d&#8217;antidepressius des del 2007, any en qu\u00e8 va comen\u00e7ar la crisi econ\u00f2mica. I \u00e9s que el nostre cervell no est\u00e0 preparat per afrontar tanta sobreexposici\u00f3 ni la nostra ment per afrontar la pressi\u00f3 de tots aquests canvis que es succeeixen a una velocitat vertiginosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<em>mindfulness<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica que pot ajudar a reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat. Com que tamb\u00e9 disminueix la pressi\u00f3 arterial,&nbsp;<strong>la Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola del Cor la recomana com a ter\u00e0pia per a la cura de la salut cardiovascular<\/strong>, ja que practicar-ne pot reduir el risc d&#8217;infart o ictus gaireb\u00e9 en un 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_mindfulness\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el&nbsp;<em>mindfulness<\/em>?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<em>mindfulness<\/em>&nbsp;consisteix en una s\u00e8rie de t\u00e8cniques mil\u00b7len\u00e0ries d&#8217;origen hinduista i budista. Es va popularitzar a Occident fa unes d\u00e8cades gr\u00e0cies al doctor nord-americ\u00e0 Jon Kabat-Zinn, que el va desvincular d&#8217;aspectes i dogmes religiosos i el va integrar dins de l&#8217;anomenada psicologia cognitiva, que \u00e9s la que estudia la forma que t\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 d&#8217;entendre el m\u00f3n en qu\u00e8 viu i com aplicar-la a la reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mindfulness<\/em>&nbsp;significa &#8220;atenci\u00f3 plena&#8221; o &#8220;consci\u00e8ncia plena&#8221;. Es pot considerar una filosofia de vida,&nbsp;<strong>una pr\u00e0ctica terap\u00e8utica senzilla que combina la meditaci\u00f3 amb els exercicis de relaxaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 la ment es sincronitzi amb el cos i se centri en l&#8217;aqu\u00ed i l&#8217;ara<\/strong>. Com a \u00e9ssers intel\u00b7ligents, el nostre cervell tendeix a pensar de forma constant com millorar la nostra vida. Per a aix\u00f2, moltes vegades ens centrem en el passat i en el nostre sentiment de culpa per les coses en qu\u00e8 hem pogut equivocar-nos, i no les deixem anar. D&#8217;altra banda, tamb\u00e9 estem preocupats constantment pel nostre futur, per com succeiran les coses que tenim pendents l&#8217;endem\u00e0 o a m\u00e9s llarg termini. I ens oblidem del present, que \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanic que importa perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanic que tenim i sobre l&#8217;\u00fanic que podem actuar. Tensions, preocupacions, pors i malestar poden arribar a generar estr\u00e8s i a desenvolupar una ansietat generalitzada que afecta tots els aspectes de la nostra vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquests casos,&nbsp;<strong>amb la pr\u00e0ctica del&nbsp;<em>mindfulness<\/em>&nbsp;aprenem a prendre consci\u00e8ncia corporal i a centrar-nos en el moment present<\/strong>. Si som conscients de la nostra respiraci\u00f3 i de les nostres sensacions corporals, \u00e9s m\u00e9s senzill identificar quines situacions s\u00f3n les que ens causen les tensions i el malestar i com ens afecten en el cos. I&nbsp;<strong>a trav\u00e9s de la consci\u00e8ncia corporal i amb ajuda de la respiraci\u00f3, aconseguim acceptar aquestes tensions i podem deixar-les anar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<em>mindfulness<\/em>&nbsp;tamb\u00e9 ens ajuda a con\u00e8ixer-nos millor, cosa que suposa un gran benefici a llarg termini a l&#8217;hora de prevenir i\/o reduir l&#8217;ansietat i l&#8217;estr\u00e8s: en la mesura en qu\u00e8 aprenem a observar i a con\u00e8ixer els nostres pensaments i prenem consci\u00e8ncia de com afecten el nostre cos, podem tenir m\u00e9s control sobre ells i&nbsp;<strong>aprendre a reaccionar davant les tensions en comptes de deixar que ens controlin<\/strong>.
