S\u00f3n responsables de 17,5 milions de morts cada any i s\u00f3n la primera causa de mort i incapacitat, per sobre fins i tot del c\u00e0ncer. A Espanya&nbsp;<strong>afecten el 25% de la poblaci\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;i, al contrari del que se sol pensar, no \u00e9s principalment una cosa d\u2019homes: un ter\u00e7 de les dones moren al m\u00f3n per MCV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Les xifres podrien canviar dr\u00e0sticament tan sols adoptant uns petits canvis en la nostra vida:&nbsp;<strong>segons l\u2019OMS, l&#8217;adopci\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables i el control dels factors de risc podria reduir fins a un 80% les malalties cardiovasculars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con\u00e8ixer els principals\u00a0<strong>factors de risc cardiovascular<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s el primer pas per tenir cura del nostre cor. Alguns no es poden controlar, com ara l&#8217;edat, el sexe o els antecedents familiars. sedentarisme, la mala alimentaci\u00f3, l&#8217;obesitat, la hipertensi\u00f3, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s<\/strong> i altres factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prevenirECV-familia.jpg\" alt=\"prevenirECV\" class=\"wp-image-17773\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prevenirECV-familia.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prevenirECV-familia-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prevenirECV-familia-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prevenirECV-familia-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Federaci\u00f3 Mundial del Cor, al costat de la Societat Espanyola de Cardiologia i la Fundaci\u00f3 del Cor, proposen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alimentar-se_be_i_beure_amb_moderacio\"><\/span>Alimentar-se b\u00e9 i beure amb moderaci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per hidratar-se, triar preferiblement aigua i begudes sense sucre.<\/li><li>Substituir els capricis dol\u00e7os i llaminadures per fruita fresca com una alternativa saludable.<\/li><li>Intentar incloure en la dieta cinc porcions de fruita i verdura al dia, tant fresques com congelades, enllaunades o deshidratades.<\/li><li>Mantenir el consum de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques dins dels l\u00edmits recomanats pels professionals de la salut.<\/li><li>Intentar limitar el consum d&#8217;aliments processats i envasats perqu\u00e8 solen tenir un alt contingut en sal, sucre i greix.<\/li><li>Elaborar a casa menjar saludable per portar al col\u00b7legi oa la feina.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Augmentar_el_volum_dactivitat_fisica\"><\/span>Augmentar el volum d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intentar fer almenys 30 minuts d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica moderada cinc vegades a la setmana.<\/li><li>O, en el seu lloc, fer almenys 75 minuts d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica vigorosa repartida al llarg de la setmana.<\/li><li>Totes les activitats compten: jugar, caminar, les tasques dom\u00e8stiques, ballar&#8230;<\/li><li>Augmentar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica dia a dia: pujar a peu les escales, anar caminant o en bicicleta a la feina enlloc d&#8217;utilitzar el cotxe&#8230;<\/li><li>Fer exercici amb amics i fam\u00edlia: motiva m\u00e9s i \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s divertit!<\/li><li>Descarregar-se una aplicaci\u00f3 o utilitzar un pod\u00f2metre per controlar els teus progressos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dir_NO_al_tabac\"><\/span>Dir NO al tabac<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c9s la decisi\u00f3 m\u00e9s important que es pot prendre per millorar la salut del cor.<\/li><li>Dos anys despr\u00e9s de deixar de fumar es redueix substancialment el risc de contraure una malaltia coron\u00e0ria.<\/li><li>Despr\u00e9s de quinze anys sense fumar el risc de MCV \u00e9s similar al d&#8217;una persona no fumadora.<\/li><li>L&#8217;exposici\u00f3 al &#8220;fum de segona m\u00e0&#8221; \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 una causa de malaltia card\u00edaca en no fumadors.<\/li><li>Per tant, en deixar de fumar no solament millora la teva salut sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la d&#8217;aquells que s\u00f3n al teu voltant.<\/li><li>Si tens problemes per deixar de fumar, sol\u00b7licita l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un professional, o pregunta a la teva empresa si disposen d&#8217;un programa d&#8217;ajuda per a l&#8217;aband\u00f3 del tabaquisme.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si inculquem aquests h\u00e0bits saludables en la fam\u00edlia, ja des de la inf\u00e0ncia i en la joventut, \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil que quan siguem adults s&#8217;integrin en la nostra vida di\u00e0ria. <strong>Els nens i adolescents sans \u00e9s molt probable que es converteixin en adults sans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les malalties cardiovasculars (MCV)&nbsp;afecten el cor i les art\u00e8ries i engloben les malalties card\u00edaques i les cerebrovasculars.
