I el cas \u00e9s que s&#8217;estima que 1 de cada 7 adults i 1 de cada 3 nens en pateixen en un moment o altre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Avui obrim la porta del bany i abordem aquest tema aparentment tab\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_restrenyiment\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el restrenyiment<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que tots sabem de qu\u00e8 es tracta, els seg\u00fcents s\u00edmptomes el descriuen amb m\u00e9s detall:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Esfor\u00e7 excessiu per defecar.<br>\u2022 Femta dura o en forma de petites boles.<br>\u2022 Sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;evacuaci\u00f3 incompleta.<br>\u2022 Sensaci\u00f3 que al bany no hi haur\u00e0 resultats.<br>\u2022 Disminuci\u00f3 de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de moviments intestinals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conv\u00e9 tenir en compte que, a l&#8217;hora de defecar, tots som diferents i que all\u00f2 que \u00e9s normal per a un no ha de ser pas per a un altre: no \u00e9s possible definir la normalitat en aquest tema. Per exemple, s&#8217;estima que nom\u00e9s la meitat de la poblaci\u00f3 defeca cada dia; l&#8217;altra meitat ho fa cada dos dies, i aix\u00f2 en si no \u00e9s problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_causa_el_restrenyiment\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 causa el restrenyiment<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest trastorn influeixen factors de tota mena: diet\u00e8tics, psicol\u00f2gics, f\u00edsics, emocionals i hormonals, i la combinaci\u00f3 de tots difereix en cada individu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns factors que hi influeixen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta pobra en fibra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La setmana passada parl\u00e0vem de la fibra que \u00e9s, comptat i debatut, b\u00e0sicament indigerible i empeny la femta intest\u00ed avall. A m\u00e9s, n\u2019absorbeix l&#8217;aigua, cosa que fa que la femta sigui m\u00e9s tova i m\u00e9s voluminosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta manca de fibra \u00e9s una de les causes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents del restrenyiment. Compte, per\u00f2: la fibra ajuda a prevenir-lo, per\u00f2 no pas a curar-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alguns medicaments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diversos f\u00e0rmacs que, com a efecte secundari, poden causar restrenyiment: antidepressius, antihipertensius, narc\u00f2tics i alguns anti\u00e0cids (els que contenen alumini i calci). Tamb\u00e9 el poden causar alguns suplements de ferro. Si no est\u00e0s segur de l&#8217;efecte de la medicaci\u00f3 que prens, seria ideal que ho consultessis amb el teu metge de fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estr\u00e8s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els factors psicol\u00f2gics poden tenir un paper important en el restrenyiment dels adults, assenyalen diversos estudis. Sabem que hi ha una connexi\u00f3 potent entre l&#8217;intest\u00ed i el cervell, i l&#8217;impacte d&#8217;alteracions com l&#8217;estr\u00e8s pot afectar els h\u00e0bits intestinals. De ben segur que en algun moment, per exemple abans d&#8217;una reuni\u00f3 important, o d\u2019una entrevista de treball, has tingut la necessitat urgent d&#8217;anar al bany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;efecte invers tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s habitual i, en determinats casos de restrenyiment, l&#8217;intest\u00ed podria alertar que hi ha algun factor psicol\u00f2gic que no acabes de controlar adequadament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laxants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els pacients de restrenyiment cr\u00f2nic podrien haver rebut una prescripci\u00f3 de laxants (o podrien comprar els que es venen sense recepta). S\u00f3n efectius, sens dubte, per\u00f2 amb el temps poden fer que l&#8217;intest\u00ed es torni mandr\u00f3s, cosa que, al seu torn, fa que quan es deixen de prendre sovint reapareix el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ignorar-ne la necessitat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s a dir: aguantar-se les ganes d&#8217;anar al bany. Molta gent t\u00e9 problemes per evacuar en llocs p\u00fablics o a l&#8217;oficina, o estan massa ocupats en el moment en qu\u00e8 en tenen ganes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema \u00e9s que el peristaltisme (els moviments intestinals previs a la defecaci\u00f3) es produeix nom\u00e9s ocasionalment, i \u00e9s convenient no ignorar-lo. Ajornar-lo fins que arribis a casa, per exemple, pot causar restrenyiment. Com m\u00e9s estona es mantenen els excrements a l&#8217;intest\u00ed, m\u00e9s aigua perden i m\u00e9s durs i secs es tornen a l\u2019organisme, fet que en dificulta el tr\u00e0nsit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hormones i restrenyiment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dones poden notar que els h\u00e0bits intestinals canvien en funci\u00f3 del moment del cicle menstrual en qu\u00e8 es troben. La causa \u00e9s la fluctuaci\u00f3 de nivells dels estr\u00f2gens i progest\u00e0gens, hormones, ambdues, que poden afectar el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;embar\u00e0s tamb\u00e9 comporta canvis hormonals que poden causar restrenyiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exercici<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal fer una mica d&#8217;exercici, amb regularitat, at\u00e8s que ajuda a provocar contraccions de l&#8217;intest\u00ed. El sedentarisme \u00e9s una causa freq\u00fcent de restrenyiment cr\u00f2nic. Aquest problema \u00e9s molt habitual en les persones grans amb mobilitat restringida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hidrataci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el cos necessita aigua i no n\u2019hi proporciones, l\u2019agafar\u00e0 d&#8217;on pugui, i la femta \u00e9s el primer recurs que trobar\u00e0. I, ja ho hem dit, la femta es tornar\u00e0 dura i seca, i el tr\u00e0nsit es complicar\u00e0. De manera que cal evitar de totes totes la deshidrataci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alguns_consells_basics\"><\/span>Alguns consells b\u00e0sics<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\nel teu restrenyiment \u00e9s cr\u00f2nic, el primer pas hauria de ser anar al\nmetge de fam\u00edlia, per descartar que no hi ha altres problemes m\u00e8dics\nno intestinals que el causin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\nla gran majoria dels casos, no hi ha problemes que no siguin d\u2019origen\nintestinal. En aquest cas, prova de seguir aquests consells:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Tracta que la defecaci\u00f3 sigui part de la rutina matinal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intenta\nanar al bany a la mateixa hora, cada mat\u00ed. L&#8217;activitat motora del\nc\u00f2lon haur\u00e0 arribat aleshores al punt m\u00e9s alt, sobretot despr\u00e9s\nde l&#8217;esmorzar. I dedica-hi temps: si no est\u00e0s relaxat o si tens\npressa, no funcionar\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Esbrina qu\u00e8 te\u2019n provoca les ganes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\ndesencadenar la necessitat d&#8217;anar al bany un caf\u00e8, o els cereals\nd&#8217;esmorzar o&#8230;. Has pogut notar que, de vacances, tens m\u00e9s\nproblemes. Aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 a veure amb l&#8217;alteraci\u00f3 de la rutina. Si\nesbrines qu\u00e8 te\u2019n provoca ganes, intenta reproduir-ho durant les\nvacances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Porta un diari de dieta i de s\u00edmptomes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\ncreus que la dieta t&#8217;afecta, identifica\u2019n el culpable, i per aix\u00f2\net ser\u00e0 molt \u00fatil de portar un diari en qu\u00e8 apuntis qu\u00e8 menges:\naix\u00f2 et permetr\u00e0 establir les pautes. Els ous, els lactis, la\ncarn&#8230; qualsevol t\u2019ho pot causar, per\u00f2 el fet canvia d&#8217;una\npersona a una altra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Beu m\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\ncolor de la femta et pot donar pistes sobre el teu nivell\nd&#8217;hidrataci\u00f3. No hauria de ser fosc. I tingues en compte, a m\u00e9s,\nque l&#8217;alcohol tendeix a deshidratar el cos, de manera que hauries de\nlimitar-ne el consum en cas de restrenyiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Prova amb t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\ncreus que l&#8217;estr\u00e8s o altres problemes emocionals et poden afectar,\nla meditaci\u00f3 o els exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 t\u2019hi podrien ajudar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 &#8230; o el ioga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja\nhem assenyalat que l&#8217;exercici regular ajuda a mantenir el flux de la\ndigesti\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 hi afegir\u00edem el ioga, en aquest apartat,\nespecialment certes postures del ioga \u2013sobretot les que exigeixen\ndoblegar i cargolar el cos\u2013, pel fet que augmenten el flux sanguini\nal tracte digestiu i estimulen la contracci\u00f3 intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Suplements de magnesi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\nalguns casos, el magnesi hi pot ajudar, perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 efectes laxants\nen portar aigua a l&#8217;intest\u00ed. Entre els aliments rics en magnesi, cal\nesmentar les verdures de fulla verda fosca, les nous, les llavors, el\npeix, les mongetes, els grans integrals i els alvocats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quan_has_danar_al_metge\"><\/span>Quan has d&#8217;anar al metge<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\nexperimentes cap canvi persistent en els teus h\u00e0bits intestinals o,\nper descomptat, si veus sang a la femta, \u00e9s el moment de demanar\ncita m\u00e8dica, per descartar qualsevol causa major del restrenyiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualment,\nsi has perdut la gana, has perdut pes de manera inexplicable o est\u00e0s\nanormalment inflat, has d&#8217;anar al metge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resulta inc\u00f2mode: segons alguna enquesta, sembla que un dels temes comuns de salut de qu\u00e8 som reticents a parlar \u2212fins i tot amb el metge\u2212 \u00e9s de la salut intestinal i, m\u00e9s concretament, del restrenyiment.
