Valgui, doncs, aquesta obvietat per entendre com en s\u00f3n, d\u2019importants, i fins a quin punt s\u2019han de cuidar. El mal en les articulacions \u00e9s una cosa molt habitual, i la majoria de nosaltres n\u2019experimentar\u00e0 en algun moment de la vida. L\u2019edat no hi ajuda, \u00e9s clar i, a mesura que envellim, qui en t\u00e9, sobretot si pateix d\u2019artritis (la inflamaci\u00f3 de les articulacions), notar\u00e0 probablement que augmenta progressivament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Es poden alleujar o pal\u00b7liar els dolors en les articulacions sense rec\u00f3rrer constantment als analg\u00e8sics i antiinflamatoris? Aqu\u00ed en podr\u00e0s trobar algunes respostes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_fan_mal_les_articulacions\"><\/span><strong>P<\/strong>er qu\u00e8 fan mal les articulacions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa m\u00e9s comuna del dolor \u00e9s l\u2019artritis, que es produeix pel desgast dels ossos amb el temps, per problemes \u201cmec\u00e0nics\u201d de l\u2019articulaci\u00f3 o b\u00e9 per lesions. L\u2019osteoartritis \u00e9s la degeneraci\u00f3 del dolor associat habitualment a l\u2019edat, mentre que l\u2019artritis reumatoide \u00e9s una malaltia autoimmune, per la qual el cos mateix \u201cataca\u201d els teixits de les juntures, cosa que causa el mal, la inflor, la calor i la rigidesa de l\u2019articulaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha alguns senyals que ens en poden advertir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\n\tEls\n\tcruixits en una articulaci\u00f3 o diverses.\n\t<\/li><li>\n\tTenir\n\tla necessitat d\u2019estirar l\u2019esquena cada dia.\n\t<\/li><li>\n\tUna\n\tarticulaci\u00f3 executa els moviment amb menys flexibilitat que abans,\n\to no es pot estirar del tot.\n\t<\/li><li>\n\tInflor\n\to deformaci\u00f3 d\u2019alguna articulaci\u00f3.\n\t<\/li><li>\n\tEls\n\tpeus i les mans es refreden i esdevenen r\u00edgids.\n\t<\/li><li>\n\tDolor\n\tdespr\u00e9s de fer exercici i dificultat per agenollar-se.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_cal_tenir_cura_de_les_articulacions\"><\/span>Com cal tenir cura de les articulacions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les articulacions et fan mal, primer de tot cal anar al metge, per descartar-ne cap problema greu. En general, per\u00f2, pots seguir aquests consells para mantenir-les sanes a mesura que et facis gran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mantingues un pes adequat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer pas per pal\u00b7liar el dolor \u00e9s mantenir tots els moviments del cos, la qual cosa pot ser dif\u00edcil si no tens un pes escaient. Cada quilo sobrer es carrega als genolls, tant quan una persona es mou com si s\u2019est\u00e0 dreta: es considera que cada quilo sobrer transmet als genolls entre dos i tres quilos extres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es va fer un estudi que va reportar que la poblaci\u00f3 obesa necessita fins a tres cops m\u00e9s intervencions quir\u00fargiques de les articulacions que les persones que tenen un pes adient. El risc est\u00e0 quantificat: els qui tenen sobrep\u00e8s i s\u2019aprimen 5 kg justos divideixen per dos el risc de tenir osteoartritis durant els deu anys seg\u00fcents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mou les extremitats en totes les direccions possibles. El moviment \u00e9s la clau. Tant la pr\u00e0ctica de pilates com de ioga hi poden ajudar molt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fes gimn\u00e0stica regularment, per\u00f2 sense abusar-ne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La creen\u00e7a general \u00e9s que, com m\u00e9s exercici es fa quan s\u2019\u00e9s jove, m\u00e9s es forcen les articulacions, cosa que et passar\u00e0 factura amb l\u2019edat. Tanmateix, aix\u00f2 no sempre \u00e9s veritat. Les articulacions i els cart\u00edlags suporten b\u00e9 la c\u00e0rrega de pes, i aquest fet estimula el creixement dels cart\u00edlags protectors  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan comencis a fer peses, para compte de no fer-ne un gra massa. Si es carrega massa pes es pot contribuir a fer apar\u00e8ixer oste\u00f2fits, que s\u00f3n excresc\u00e8ncies (creixements an\u00f2mals dels ossos) en les articulacions, i aix\u00f2 pot acabar per limitar seriosament el moviment i arribar a requerir les intervencions quir\u00fargiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No facis estiraments extrems<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja hem dit que el ioga \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s, per\u00f2 tampoc caldria abusar-ne. L\u2019articulaci\u00f3, o juntura, es pot comparar amb la frontissa d\u2019una porta: com m\u00e9s es for\u00e7a per obrir-la, m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que se l\u2019acabi perjudicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualment, fer estiraments extremats de la musculatura que toca les articulacions pot afectar les juntures en el punt en qu\u00e8 es connecten amb tots dos ossos. Hi ha persones amb hipermobilitat, o amb articulacions inestables, que es poden estirar de manera singular, sense adonar-se que es provoquen lesions que es manifestaran a la llarga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Be<\/strong>lluga\u2019t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per als lectors d\u2019aquests articles no cal que parlem dels beneficis de l\u2019exercici i dels perills del sedentarisme. Aquest darrer pot comportar un problema addicional als que sempre fem refer\u00e8ncia: el moviment de les articulacions que carreguen pes, com ara els genolls, estimula la resist\u00e8ncia dels cart\u00edlags i l\u2019efecte amortidor del l\u00edquid sinovial. La inactivitat pot ser perniciosa per a aquest efecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si treballes moltes hores assegut, aixeca\u2019t cada hora i asseu-te a terra amb les cames encreuades o, com a alternativa, enfila els peus al seient. Aquest simple canvi de posici\u00f3 ajuda a fer funcionar les juntures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D<\/strong>orm les hores necess\u00e0ries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estudi de 2015 va demostrar que la manca de son s\u2019associa al dolor, a la invalidesa i a la decad\u00e8ncia intel\u00b7lectual. Els pacients d\u2019osteoartritis amb trastorns del son tenen un risc molt m\u00e9s elevat d\u2019estar afectats per depressions i, fins i tot, per discapacitats a mitj\u00e0 termini.
