Per al cuidador no \u00e9s una tasca f\u00e0cil i, si no es t\u00e9 cura tamb\u00e9 de si mateix, el desgast f\u00edsic i emocional pot afectar la seva salut i el mateix malalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Quan una persona s&#8217;enfronta a la situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;haver de tenir cura d&#8217;un malalt, la vida li canvia per complet. Assumir aquesta responsabilitat suposa sovint renunciar a gran part del seu temps lliure i les seves relacions socials, i \u00e9s normal que es produeixin canvis importants en la vida familiar, laboral i social del cuidador. <strong>La c\u00e0rrega f\u00edsica i emocional \u00e9s molt important<\/strong> i va lligada en gran part a la situaci\u00f3 o evoluci\u00f3 del malalt, a l&#8217;edat del cuidador i al grau de desconeixement de la malaltia. Si el cuidador no es presta atenci\u00f3 a si mateix i no es cuida, pot apar\u00e8ixer la &#8220;s\u00edndrome del cuidador&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_sindrome_del_cuidador\"><\/span>La s\u00edndrome del cuidador<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00edndrome del cuidador \u00e9s un <strong>trastorn que es presenta en persones que exerceixen el paper de cuidador principal d&#8217;un malalt dependent<\/strong>. Enfrontar-se a aquesta nova situaci\u00f3 sense estar preparat comporta un desgast f\u00edsic i ps\u00edquic important ocasionat per l&#8217;estr\u00e8s continuat de la lluita di\u00e0ria contra la malaltia. Si, a m\u00e9s, aquesta nova situaci\u00f3 es presenta a la fi de la maduresa o ja a la tercera edat (per exemple, per la cura del c\u00f2njuge), quan les forces i l&#8217;energia estan m\u00e9s minvades, s&#8217;afavoreix l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta s\u00edndrome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cuidador-silla.jpg\" alt=\"cuidador\" class=\"wp-image-17496\" width=\"NaN\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A mesura que la situaci\u00f3 de la cura del malalt s&#8217;allarga, apareixen de forma progressiva en el cuidador <strong>sentiments i s\u00edmptomes negatius<\/strong> perqu\u00e8:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assumeix una gran c\u00e0rrega f\u00edsica i ps\u00edquica.<\/li><li>Es responsabilitza totalment de la vida del malalt (medicaci\u00f3, visites m\u00e8diques, cures, higiene, alimentaci\u00f3&#8230;).<\/li><li>Perd progressivament la seva independ\u00e8ncia, ja que el malalt cada vegada li absorbeix m\u00e9s temps.<\/li><li>Es comen\u00e7a a desatendre a si mateix: ren\u00fancia al seu temps lliure, abandona les seves aficions, la seva vida social, i acaba paralitzant el seu projecte vital.<\/li><li>A mesura que passa el temps, la qualitat de vida del malalt pot anar millorant considerablement, mentre que la del cuidador va decaient.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomes_del_desgast\"><\/span>S\u00edmptomes del desgast<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cuidador-depresion.jpg\" alt=\"cuidador\" class=\"wp-image-17490\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Si de tant tenir cura d\u2019una altra persona deixem de cuidar-nos a nosaltres mateixos, comencen a apar\u00e8ixer s\u00edmptomes que ens indiquen que <strong>estem fent un sobreesfor\u00e7 que ens est\u00e0 causant un desgast f\u00edsic i emocional<\/strong> important. Els signes que ens poden alertar sobre la s\u00edndrome del cuidador s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fatiga mental i f\u00edsica<\/strong>: sensaci\u00f3 de son o cansament continu i de &#8220;no poder m\u00e9s&#8221;.<\/li><li>Ansietat, nerviosisme, tristesa, sentiment de solitud, frustraci\u00f3 pels sentiments d&#8217;impot\u00e8ncia i de frac\u00e0s, i a\u00efllament social.<\/li><li><strong>Augment del consum de medicaments<\/strong> i subst\u00e0ncies addictives, amb la idea d\u2019evitar posar-se malalt i desatendre la persona de qu\u00e8 tenim cura.<\/li><li>Canvis d&#8217;humor freq\u00fcent i <strong>irritabilitat<\/strong>: es perden els nervis amb facilitat.<\/li><li><strong>Estr\u00e8s, ansietat<\/strong> i preocupaci\u00f3 excessiva per qualsevol imprevist.<\/li><li>Trastorns de la son.<\/li><li>Tensi\u00f3 contra els cuidadors auxiliars: pensar que ning\u00fa en t\u00e9 cura com jo.<\/li><li>Dificultat per concentrar-se.<\/li><li>Alteracions de la gana i de pes.<\/li><li>Dificultats cognitives: problemes de mem\u00f2ria, atenci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Problemes laborals.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no parem atenci\u00f3 a aquests signes d&#8217;alarma, les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies <strong>poden afectar tant la salut f\u00edsica i emocional del cuidador com el malalt<\/strong>, ja que tindria una cura possiblement deficient i pot sentir, fins i tot, sentiments de rebuig de la persona que en t\u00e9 cura .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona responsable de la cura del malalt sol estar tan pendent d&#8217;ell que pot ser que no presti atenci\u00f3 a si mateixa ni que demani ajuda. Per tant, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s responsabilitat dels professionals m\u00e8dics, de l&#8217;entorn m\u00e9s proper i de la fam\u00edlia <strong>detectar-ho i ajudar el cuidador amb la mateixa cura que al malalt<\/strong>, compartint en el possible les seves tasques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cuidador-familia.jpg\" alt=\"cuidador\" class=\"wp-image-17492\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_cuidar-nos_quan_som_cuidadors\"><\/span>Com cuidar-nos quan som cuidadors<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9s important cuidar-se a si mateix quan cuidem una altra persona<\/strong>. Alguns h\u00e0bits que podem adoptar per alleujar la nostra dura tasca i prevenir en el possible el desgast f\u00edsic i emocional s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Organitzar b\u00e9 el nostre temps<\/strong>, buscant moments de desconnexi\u00f3 per dedicar-los a nosaltres mateixos, a la nostra vida social i a les nostres activitats d&#8217;oci.<\/li><li><strong>Descansar<\/strong> prou, dormint les hores necess\u00e0ries i trobant moments durant el dia per poder descansar.<\/li><li><strong>Compartir les tasques de la cura del malalt amb altres persones<\/strong>, i no caure en l&#8217;error de pensar que nosaltres som els \u00fanics que podem fer-ho.<\/li><li>Portar una <strong>vida sana<\/strong>, amb una alimentaci\u00f3 adequada, rica en nutrients que ens ajudin a conservar l&#8217;energia, i practicant exercici f\u00edsic, que tamb\u00e9 ens ajudar\u00e0 a desconnectar.<\/li><li><strong>Consultar amb un professional sanitari<\/strong> tots els dubtes que sorgeixin sobre la malaltia, l&#8217;autonomia dels malalts (per deixar-li fer el que estigui capacitat i no sobrecarregar-nos) i sobre les cures que necessita.<\/li><li><strong>Compartir els teus sentiments<\/strong> amb altres persones, tant els bons com els dolents. Expressar-los amb l&#8217;entorn proper o amb persones que estan passant per la mateixa situaci\u00f3 ens pot ajudar a relativitzar i a enfrontar-nos millor a la nostra dura c\u00e0rrega.
