Ha d&#8217;aportar els nutrients suficients per mantenir un pes adequat, ajudar a promoure la cicatritzaci\u00f3 dels teixits, afectada pels immunosupressors, i afegir un factor de protecci\u00f3 de la infecci\u00f3. Quines recomanacions nutricionals s&#8217;han de seguir? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, 9 de cada 10 persones que reben un nou cor l\u2019accepten de forma correcta i poden tenir&nbsp;una vida normal&nbsp;si simplement mantenen una actitud cardiosaludable, controlant els h\u00e0bits i els factors de risc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones trasplantades de cor han de tenir dos objectius diet\u00e8tics fonamentals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Seguir una\u00a0<strong>dieta sana i equilibrada<\/strong>, que aporti tots els nutrients necessaris i eviti agressions al nou cor.<\/li><li>Mantenir unes\u00a0<strong>mesures higi\u00e8niques estrictes<\/strong>\u00a0per reduir al m\u00ednim els g\u00e8rmens en els aliments.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dieta_cardiosaludable\"><\/span>Dieta cardiosaludable<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La recuperaci\u00f3 de la gana despr\u00e9s del trasplantament, unit a l&#8217;efecte dels corticoides, pot produir un augment de pes que suposi una sobrec\u00e0rrega per al nou cor i un increment dels valors del colesterol, triglic\u00e8rids, glucosa i pressi\u00f3 arterial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per evitar l&#8217;augment de pes i disminuir els factors de risc vascular, s&#8217;ha de dur una dieta sana i equilibrada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Baixa en sodi<\/strong>. Tot i que el contingut de sal a la dieta dep\u00e8n de la situaci\u00f3 particular de cada pacient, en general es recomana la restricci\u00f3 de sal en els menjars. Per aquest motiu \u00e9s fonamental:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Controlar o evitar la utilitzaci\u00f3 de sal a la cuina i a la taula<\/strong>. Es pot reempla\u00e7ar per herbes arom\u00e0tiques, llimona o vinagre, all i ceba&#8230; Encara que tamb\u00e9 podem rec\u00f3rrer a la &#8220;sal sense sodi&#8221;, aquesta sol contenir potassi, per la qual cosa es recomanar\u00e0 d\u2019usar-ne o no depenent de les caracter\u00edstiques individuals de cada pacient.<\/li><li><strong>Evitar els aliments enllaunats, en pot, fumats, salats i curats<\/strong>: embotits i formatges, especialment curats, peixos en sala\u00f3 (bacall\u00e0, anxoves&#8230;), marisc i caviar, pastilles de brou per cuinar, sopes de sobre, bicarbonat s\u00f2dic i aig\u00fca amb gas, pols per coure (llevat qu\u00edmic&#8230;), conserves i precuinats, aperitius salats, olives i adobats, cereals d&#8217;esmorzar, salses envasades i pastissos i dol\u00e7os de pastisseria.<\/li><li>Beure&nbsp;<strong>aigua embotellada baixa en sodi<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/hipertension2.jpg\" alt=\"Nutrici\u00f3n tras un trasplante\" class=\"wp-image-17328\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Baixa en greixos saturats<\/strong>. La prevenci\u00f3 de la dislip\u00e8mia (hipercolesterol\u00e8mia o hipertriglicerid\u00e8mia) pot evitar complicacions futures despr\u00e9s del trasplantament. Per aquest motiu hem de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Limitar el consum d&#8217;aliments rics en greix animal<\/strong>: llet sencera (millor desnatada) i derivats, mantega, llet condensada, gelats, nata, formatges grassos, flams i postres amb ou, pastisseria industrial, carn grassa (porc, \u00e0nec, xai), salsitxes, cansalada, v\u00edsceres, ous de peix, embotits, olives, patates xips, cacauets, xocolata&#8230; Hem de tenir en compte que els aliments envasats que indiquen que contenen &#8220;oli vegetal&#8221;, sense especificar quin \u00e9s, poden contenir oli de palma o de coco, alts en greix saturat.<\/li><li><strong>Augmentar el consum d&#8217;altres aliments cardiosaludables<\/strong>: el peix (preferiblement blau) sobre la carn, i les aus i carn magra (pollastre, gall dindi, conill) en comptes de la m\u00e9s grassa. A m\u00e9s, oli d&#8217;oliva, llegums, fruita i verdura.<\/li><li><strong>Evitar la cafe\u00efna<\/strong>&nbsp;i les begudes carbonatades.<\/li><li>Utilitzar&nbsp;<strong>formes de cocci\u00f3 senzilles<\/strong>&nbsp;com ara el bullit, la planxa, al vapor i el forn; cal evitar, sobretot, fregits i arrebossats.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Normes_dhigiene_dels_aliments\"><\/span>Normes d&#8217;higiene dels aliments<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/alimentacion-trasplante.jpg\" alt=\"Nutrici\u00f3n tras un trasplante\" class=\"wp-image-17326\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Es recomana mantenir unes cures higi\u00e8niques i diet\u00e8tiques per&nbsp;<strong>evitar les complicacions relacionades amb la immunosupressi\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;que pot causar el contacte amb els g\u00e8rmens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rentar-se les mans acuradament abans de preparar els aliments i de menjar.<\/li><li>Utilitzar estris diferents per tallar i cuinar la carn. Han d&#8217;estar ben nets, amb especial atenci\u00f3 a taules de fusta, batedores, picadores, etc.<\/li><li>Cuinar b\u00e9 els aliments. La carn s&#8217;ha de fer a una temperatura elevada, durant prou temps perqu\u00e8 les zones interiors perdin el color vermell.<\/li><li>Evitar el consum d&#8217;aliments crus o poc fets. La fruita i verdura ha de rentar-se b\u00e9 i la fruita ha d&#8217;estar pelada. Els ous han de ser frescos, dins de la data de caducitat i cal conservar-los al frigor\u00edfic. Abans d&#8217;obrir-los, s&#8217;han de netejar amb un drap humit per l&#8217;exterior (per\u00f2 no rentar-los, ja que els g\u00e8rmens podrien penetrar per la closca porosa) i no s&#8217;han de consumir crus (per exemple en maionesa).<\/li><li>Un cop obertes, les begudes embotellades i les llaunes de conserves s&#8217;han de mantenir refrigerades i tapades, i s\u2019han de consumir abans de 24 hores. Els productes enllaunats s&#8217;han de canviar de recipient per evitar l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Respectar la cadena del fred en els aliments congelats. No consumir els que presenten gebre i mai recongelar.<\/li><li>Els guisats preparats a casa, si no es consumeixen immediatament, s&#8217;han d&#8217;introduir tapats a la nevera i consumir abans de 24 hores.
