En aquest apartat hi ha el valor del conegut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netdoctor.es\/articulo\/colesterol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">colesterol<\/a>, que constitueix un dels factors principals a l\u2019hora de patir malalties cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tamb\u00e9 hi apareix un altre valor, menys conegut, que \u00e9s el dels triglic\u00e8rids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_triglicerids_que_son\"><\/span><strong>Els triglic\u00e8rids: qu\u00e8 son<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El mateix nom ens fa pensar en greix, oi? Doncs l\u2019has encertada. \u00c9s la classe de greixos m\u00e9s comuna a l\u2019organisme. Procedeixen de la ingesta d\u2019aliments abundants en greix, per\u00f2 no \u00fanicament aix\u00f2, perqu\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d\u2019una dieta amb exc\u00e9s de calories: si s\u2019ingereixen m\u00e9s calories de les que necessita el cos, l\u2019organisme les transforma en greixos i els emmagatzema. A mesura que el cos necessita energia (\u00e9s a dir, calories), s\u2019alliberen els triglic\u00e8rids, que passen a la sang (ja sabem que \u00e9s el mitj\u00e0 de transport de l\u2019energia a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules) i s\u00f3n transportats per unes prote\u00efnes, les lipoprote\u00efnes. El valor dels triglic\u00e8rids en les an\u00e0lisis indica la\u00a0quantitat d\u2019aquest l\u00edpids a la sang.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_cal_controlar-los\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 cal controlar-los<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per dues raons: la primera, perqu\u00e8 augmenten el risc de patir trastorns cardiovasculars. I aquest fet \u00e9s clau, perqu\u00e8 no t\u00e9 res a veure amb el risc que comporta tenir el nivell de colesterol elevat. Dit altrament, es pot c\u00f3rrer un risc elevat de trastorn cardiovascular, encara que es tingui el nivell de colesterol baix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019altra ra\u00f3 \u00e9s que, si en tens els \u00edndexs molt alts, es pot produir una inflamaci\u00f3 del p\u00e0ncrees, \u00e9s a dir una pancreatitis aguda, que \u00e9s un trastorn potencialment molt greu, at\u00e8s que fins i tot pot causar la mort del pacient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I, per si no fos prou, els valors elevats de triglic\u00e8rids tamb\u00e9 poden indicar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netdoctor.es\/articulo\/diabetes-tipo-2-o-no-insulino-dependiente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">diabetis del tipus 2<\/a>, hipotiro\u00efdisme (nivells baixos d\u2019hormones tiroidals) i trastorns renals o hep\u00e0tics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha medicaments, com ara els blocadors d&#8217;adrenoreceptors \u00df, els estr\u00f2gens o els di\u00fcr\u00e8tics, que tamb\u00e9 en poden augmentar el nivell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_valors_adequats\"><\/span><strong>Els valors adequats<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els triglic\u00e8rids es mesuren en mil\u00b7ligrams per decilitre (mg\/dl) i se n\u2019accepten, generalment, els indicadors seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Normal, per sota de 150 mg\/dl <\/li><li>L\u00edmit elevat, entre 150 i 199 mg\/dl <\/li><li>Alt, entre 200 i 499 mg\/dl <\/li><li>Mol alt, 500 o m\u00e9s mg\/dl <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_pots_fer_per_controlar-los\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 pots fer per controlar-los<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les coses que pots fer afecten, fonamentalment, el teu estil de vida:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aprima\u2019t, si tens sobrep\u00e8s i, encara m\u00e9s, en cas d\u2019obesitat. Contribuir\u00e0 a fer-ne davallar el nivell i, a m\u00e9s, ser\u00e0 molt benefici\u00f3s per a la teva salut. <\/li><li>Disminueix el consum de calories, d\u2019acord amb el punt anterior. Tal com hem assenyalat, si la ingesta supera l\u2019energia que cremes, els triglic\u00e8rids s\u2019emmagatzemen al cos, amb les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que s\u2019han descrit. <\/li><li>Elimina o redueix els sucres refinats i els hidrats de carboni d\u2019absorci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida, per exemple: els pastissos, la brioixeria o el pa blanc, que en poden elevar el nivell. <\/li><li>No fumis. Fumar \u2013a banda del reguitzell de perills coneguts que comporta\u2013 augmenta el risc d\u2019hipertriglicerid\u00e8mia. <\/li><li>Beu menys: alcohol, volem dir, \u00e9s clar. L\u2019alcohol aporta moltes calories i es metabolitza en forma de sucre. <\/li><li>Evita els greixos saturats que s\u00f3n d\u2019origen animal (tret dels greixos que cont\u00e9 el peix blau, com ara el salm\u00f3, la truita o les sardines, que aporten \u00e0cids grassos omega-3 beneficiosos per al cos). Tria l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva o de gira-sol. <\/li><li>Fes exercici. No tan sols cremar\u00e0s m\u00e9s calories, cosa que t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a aprimar-te, sin\u00f3 que evitar\u00e0s l\u2019exc\u00e9s de triglic\u00e8rids a la sang. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, malgrat tot, continues tenint un nivell de triglic\u00e8rids elevat, haur\u00e0 arribat l\u2019hora d\u2019anar al metge de fam\u00edlia, el qual et prescriur\u00e0 medicaments (gemfibrozil, fibrats i estatines, les darreres en menor grau) per ajudar-te a reduir-los.
