Pel seu poder antiinflamatori, redueixen la inflamaci\u00f3 o l&#8217;enrogiment de la pell. Pell seca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels avantatges dels greixos Omega-3 \u00e9s que s\u00f3n molt bons per a la pell. S\u00f3n en la membrana externa de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. Ungles fr\u00e0gils<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ungles toves, les que es desprenen per capes o simplement les ungles fr\u00e0gils s\u00f3n indicis que el teu cos t\u00e9 mancances, i podrien ser d\u2019Omega-3. Si tens problemes amb les ungles, mira d\u2019augmentar la ingesta d\u2019aquests greixos. Aprofitem l\u2019avinentesa per dir que \u00e9s ideal de consumir-los (i aix\u00f2 val tant per als minerals, les vitamines com, en general, per a tots els nutrients) en estat natural. En concret, en el cas dels \u00e0cids Omega-3, diversos estudis han concl\u00f2s que els \u00e0cids Omega-3 d\u2019origen animal, com ara el peix blau, s\u00f3n d\u2019absorci\u00f3 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil pel cos que els d\u2019origen vegetals. Problemes de son<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estudi de la Universitat d\u2019\u00d2xford va ser ben concloent quan va asseverar que els qui tenen nivells m\u00e9s alts d\u2019Omega-3 gaudien d\u2019un son de m\u00e9s qualitat. Cal assenyalar que val m\u00e9s consumir-los al mat\u00ed o al migdia, at\u00e8s que si ho fas a l\u2019hora de sopar, et poden mantenir desvetllat a l\u2019hora d\u2019anar a dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Manca de concentraci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest \u00e9s un altre dels s\u00edmptomes de la falta d&#8217;\u00e0cids Omega-3. \u00c9s sabut el fet que la falta d&#8217;Omega-3 pot generar problemes de concentraci\u00f3, de manera que, si \u00e9s el teu cas, augmenta el consum de peix blau. Molta gent ha millorat els seus nivells de concentraci\u00f3 augmentant la ingesta d&#8217;Omega-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Si es fa cr\u00e9ixer el consum d\u2019\u00e0cids Omega-3 en la dieta pot augmentar l\u2019energia en l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Dolors en les articulacions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els \u00e0cids grassos Omega-3 que cont\u00e9 el peix s\u00f3n agents antioxidants poderosos. S\u00f3n importants, tal com que hem descrit, pels qui tenen dolor en les articulacions. Els \u00e0cids Omega-3 poden prevenir la inflamaci\u00f3, que inicia el proc\u00e9s de destrucci\u00f3 dels <a aria-label=\" (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16531187\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teixits i la degeneraci\u00f3 de les articulacions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com augmentar els \u00e0cids d&#8217;Omega-3 en el teu organisme?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si desitges augmentar els teus nivells d&#8217;\u00e0cids Omega-3, pots aconseguir-ho a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una dieta rica i variada. No obstant aix\u00f2, en el cas de les persones veganes o vegetarianes, o tamb\u00e9 en dones embarassades i en per\u00edode de lact\u00e0ncia, pot ser interessant el seu consum a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una suplementaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, existeixen opcions que no provenen del peix sin\u00f3 que utilitzen oli d&#8217;algues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2, en quins aliments podem trobar els \u00e0cids Omega-3? Principalment en el peix i els mariscos, sobretot la tonyina, el verat, les sardines, el salm\u00f3 i els arengs. Dins de les opcions vegetals, es troben en les nous i les llavors, entre les quals destaquen les de llinosa i de xia i les nous negres.
