Anar amb bici<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La bicicleta pot ser una altra de les nostres alternatives al gimn\u00e0s per mantenir-nos en forma. Les ciutats cada vegada estan m\u00e9s preparades per a l&#8217;\u00fas de la bici com a mitj\u00e0 de transport i cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s persones que opten per utilitzar-la en el seu dia a dia. N\u2019hi ha moltes, i nom\u00e9s hem d&#8217;anar provant-les per escollir l&#8217;adequada i que m\u00e9s s&#8217;adapta al que volem aconseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que no optem per apuntar-nos al gimn\u00e0s i busquem altres alternatives per fer exercici, <strong>per aconseguir bons resultats \u00e9s necessari ser constants i combinar-ho amb una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, per evitar lesions, problemes o complicacions de salut, \u00e9s recomanable que <strong>ens fem una revisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica pr\u00e8via<\/strong>.
