A continuaci\u00f3,n\u2019 enumerem les causes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents, i qu\u00e8 pots fer per tal d\u2019evitar-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_pots_comprovar_si_et_fa_pudor_lale\"><\/span>Com pots comprovar si et fa pudor l\u2019al\u00e8<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha un test molt simple. Llepa\u2019t el dors de la m\u00e0 i deixa que s\u2019eixugui. Ensuma\u2019l i, si detectes que fa una olor irregular, pot ser que l\u2019al\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 et faci aquesta pudor i tinguis halitosi. Un altre senyal revelador \u00e9s si tens a la llengua una mena de recobriment d\u2019aspecte encoixinat i de color blanquin\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, per sortir de dubtes (val m\u00e9s no demanar-ho a cap amic&#8230;) hi ha un test que fan els dentistes amb un dispositiu que es diu hal\u00edmetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_fa_mala_olor_lale_Causes_del_mal_ale\"><\/span>Per qu\u00e8 fa mala olor l&#8217;al\u00e8? Causes del mal al\u00e8<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Generalment, existeixen set factors que poden ser el perqu\u00e8 del mal al\u00e8:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mala higiene bucal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablement n\u2019\u00e9s la causa m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent del mal al\u00e8, i prov\u00e9 de l\u2019exc\u00e9s de bacteris a la cavitat bucal. Aquests bacteris descomponen les restes de menjar, i generen compostos de sofre, que fan una pudor com d\u2019ous podrits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer<\/em>: sigues m\u00e9s meticul\u00f3s amb la higiene dental. Raspalla\u2019t les dents i renta\u2019t la boca almenys dos cops al dia, i procura especialment que la llengua quedi neta (sobretot per la part de sota), que \u00e9s on els bacteris tenen tend\u00e8ncia a acumular-se. Si portes pr\u00f2tesi dental (dentadura postissa) i no la rentes a consci\u00e8ncia, o si no s\u2019ajusta b\u00e9, tamb\u00e9 pot ser que els bacteris s\u2019hi acumulin. Ves al dentista i a l\u2019higienista dental cada sis mesos, per fer-t\u2019hi una revisi\u00f3 semestral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Plats molt arom\u00e0tics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per exemple, amb all, que \u00e9s una aliment que fa que l\u2019al\u00e8 desprengui una olor molt intensa. I no \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 n\u2019hagin quedat restes a la boca (que potser s\u2019ha raspallat a fons), sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 els compostos qu\u00edmics residuals de la digesti\u00f3 de l\u2019all s\u2019alliberen a la sang i s\u2019expulsen pels pulmons. Les cebes, les cebes tendres o els porros s\u00f3n tots \u201ccosins\u201d de l\u2019all, i poden tenir efectes an\u00e0legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer<\/em>: poca cosa s\u2019hi pot fer per tal d\u2019evitar-lo, per\u00f2 la moral del cont\u00e9 \u00e9s que cal evitar de menjar-ne quan tinguis cap acte en societat, com ara una cita o una entrevista de feina. Hi pot ajudar una bona raspallada bucal, per\u00f2 amb la digesti\u00f3 apareixer\u00e0 la pudor. Tamb\u00e9 et pots beure un got de llet, que en pot neutralitzar els components que causen la pudor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Boca seca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El mecanisme del cos per eliminar els bacteris i ajudar a mantenir la boca neta \u00e9s la saliva. Sovint passa que es t\u00e9 mal al\u00e8 a l\u2019hora de llevar-se, perqu\u00e8 durant el son la producci\u00f3 de saliva disminueix. Encara \u00e9s pitjor pels qui dormen amb la boca oberta, fet que \u2013no se\u2019n sap la ra\u00f3\u2013 \u00e9s m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent en les dones que en els homes. Hi ha alguns medicaments que tamb\u00e9 poden produir sequedat bucal. Per tant, encara que sembli rar, tenir la boca seca \u00e9s una altra de les possibles causes per les quals es t\u00e9 mal al\u00e8 en alguns casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer<\/em>: beure molta aigua, que ajuda a mantenir la boca hidratada. Tamb\u00e9 pots menjar fruita i verdures crues, que augmenten la producci\u00f3 de saliva. Renta\u2019t la boca entre els \u00e0pats, per\u00f2 amb un col\u00b7lutori que no contingui alcohol, at\u00e8s que aix\u00f2 et pot ressecar la boca i seria pitjor el remei que la malaltia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Reflux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Com ja \u00e9s sabut, es parla de reflux (ras i curt, o m\u00e9s concretament reflux gastroesof\u00e0gic) quan el menjar circula en sentit contrari sortint de l\u2019est\u00f3mac, \u00e9s a dir quan torna a l\u2019es\u00f2fag. No \u00e9s clar per quin motiu passa; de fet, l\u2019associaci\u00f3 entre reflux i mal al\u00e8 no va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d\u2019una associaci\u00f3 sense relaci\u00f3 causal, per\u00f2 ocorre en molts casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer<\/em>: controlar el reflux, que \u00e9s un pas m\u00e9s per prevenir el mal al\u00e8. Els desencadenants habituals del reflux solen ser el caf\u00e8, les begudes carbonatades, la xocolata, la llimona, l\u2019alcohol i els \u00e0pats greixosos o pesats, sobretot abans d\u2019anar a dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Dietes sense hidrats de carboni<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dietes molt restrictives pel que fa als hidrats poden propiciar un al\u00e8 que fa pudor d\u2019acetona (n\u2019hi ha que la descriuen com una fortor de fruita podrida), pel fet que el cos, com que crema fonamentalment greixos \u2013per manca de carbohidrats\u2013 produeix compostos cet\u00f2nics. D&#8217;aquesta manera, una alimentaci\u00f3 baixa en hidrats de carboni pot ser una altra de les principals causes de l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 del mal al\u00e8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer<\/em>: replantejar-te una dieta tan restrictiva. La dieta recomanada inclou que el 55 % de les calories provinguin dels hidrats de carboni; per tant, suprimir un dels nutrients b\u00e0sics (els altres dos s\u00f3n: els greixos i les prote\u00efnes) no \u00e9s apropiat. Abans de comen\u00e7ar una dieta restrictiva, caldria que te n\u2019informessis amb un professional en nutrici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Exc\u00e9s d\u2019alcohol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;exc\u00e9s de l&#8217;alcohol \u00e9s una altra causa de l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 del mal al\u00e8. Quan beus, l\u2019alcohol passa a la sang i s\u2019expulsa de l\u2019organisme per la respiraci\u00f3 pulmonar: que es com recullen les dades els temuts alcohol\u00edmetres. Per aix\u00f2 encara que et raspallis les dents o et rentis la boca no servir\u00e0 de res, perqu\u00e8 la pudor no ve de la boca. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019alcohol asseca la boca, la qual cosa \u00e9s, al seu torn, una altra causa de mal al\u00e8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer<\/em>: Evita de beure en dej\u00fa, i menja mentre beguis, de manera que s\u2019alenteixi l\u2019absorci\u00f3 de l\u2019alcohol. Beu un got d\u2019aigua entre copa i copa, a fi d\u2019evitar la deshidrataci\u00f3 indesitjable que provoca l\u2019alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Problemes nasals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rinitis al\u00b7l\u00e8rgiques o l\u2019exc\u00e9s de flegmes o de flux nasal poden ocasionar pudor a la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer<\/em>: intenta solucionar el problema nasal, i possiblement reduir\u00e0s el mal al\u00e8. Si beus aigua sovint, potser aconsegueixes de reduir la ragera nasal. Alguns consells per a evitar-ho<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si presentes mal al\u00e8 i et preguntes qu\u00e8 fer davant aquesta situaci\u00f3, a continuaci\u00f3 et proposem algunes recomanacions que poden ser-te d&#8217;ajuda. Prova aquests trucs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mastega fulles de julivert o de menta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;un remei casol\u00e0, per\u00f2 les subst\u00e0ncies amb les quals compten poden ajudar-te a refrescar el teu al\u00e8. L&#8217;\u00fanica cosa que has de fer \u00e9s agafar algunes branques de julivert o de menta despr\u00e9s del menjar i mastegar-les. La clorofil\u00b7la ser\u00e0 l&#8217;encarregada d&#8217;eliminar la mala olor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ho prefereixes, tamb\u00e9 pots bullir aigua i tirar julivert i claus d&#8217;olor. Cola-ho i realitza esbandides amb l&#8217;aigua. Una altra opci\u00f3 s\u00f3n els xiclets, per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s de sucre o edulcorants perjudicials per a la salut, tamb\u00e9 poden tenir efectes laxants si s&#8217;abusa d&#8217;ells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Augmenta la ingesta de fruita i verdura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elevar el consum de fruites i verdures al llarg del dia no sols \u00e9s molt benefici\u00f3s per a la teva salut a nivell general, sin\u00f3 que a m\u00e9s afavoreix la producci\u00f3 de saliva, la qual cosa far\u00e0 que aquesta pugui mantenir l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de bacteris i fongs en la boca. Per\u00f2, ull!, que aix\u00f2 no substitueix a la correcta higiene bucal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consulta amb un metge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si has provat els trucs anteriors, per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s de no poder corregir el problema, presentes altres s\u00edmptomes digestius com a restrenyiment, flatul\u00e8ncies o inflor, \u00e9s possible que tinguis un desequilibri bacteri\u00e0 en els intestins i que sigui aquest el responsable del mal al\u00e8. Per a posar-li soluci\u00f3 haur\u00e0s de visitar al teu metge de confian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_prevenir_el_mal_ale\"><\/span>Com prevenir el mal al\u00e8?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que, com hem vist, existeixes diferents remeis per a posar fi al mal al\u00e8, la millor arma que tens al teu abast \u00e9s la prevenci\u00f3. L&#8217;halitosi no sols pot resultar inc\u00f2moda per a qui la pateix, sin\u00f3 que es pot convertir en un problema que arribi a dificultar les relacions socials. Per\u00f2, com pots prevenir el mal al\u00e8? Aqu\u00ed et deixem alguns consells!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mantingues una higiene bucal adequada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a mantenir una correcta higiene en la cavitat bucal, has de raspallar-te les dents despr\u00e9s de cada menjar. Si et trobes fora de casa i no disposes del teu raspall, pots optar per menjar-te una poma a bocades, ja que \u00e9s molt efica\u00e7 per a higienitzar la teva boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s del raspallat, no oblidis fer-ho tamb\u00e9 amb la llengua. Els bacteris s&#8217;acumulen en cada rac\u00f3; per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s imprescindible raspallar cadascuna de les cares de les dents, aix\u00ed com la llengua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclou fil dental<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En funci\u00f3 de la forma i la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 de les teves dents, poden formar-se buits o quedar zones amb un dif\u00edcil acc\u00e9s per al teu raspall. La soluci\u00f3 davant aquesta problem\u00e0tica \u00e9s usar fil dental. Per\u00f2 no \u00e9s necessari esperar que aquest aparegui!
