Un trastorn que tu mateix podries fer empitjorar sense saber-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_reflux\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el reflux<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El reflux \u00e9s el pas de l\u2019\u00e0cid de l\u2019est\u00f3mac fins a l\u2019es\u00f2fag, \u00e9s a dir en sentit contrari. Els s\u00edmptomes del reflux varien des d\u2019una sensaci\u00f3 de cremor a l\u2019est\u00f3mac fins a tenir dificultats per empassar; en alguns casos, per\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 pot ser que no mostri cap s\u00edmptoma. Generalment produeix incomoditat i dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent del reflux \u00e9s, d\u2019una banda, la dieta que se segueix i, de l\u2019altra, la manera com es menja: fer-ho de pressa, sense mastegar com cal, menjar mentre es fan altres coses (fet que fa impossible de relaxar-se del tot), menjar m\u00e9s del compte&#8230; I tot plegat dificulta la digesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forma part del problema, tamb\u00e9, menjar en exc\u00e9s, sobretot quan mengem fora de casa. Les racions solen ser m\u00e9s copioses i&#8230;, \u00e9s clar, aix\u00f2 afecta l\u2019est\u00f3mac que \u00e9s de la mida d\u2019un puny tancat. Moltes persones, doncs, tenen tend\u00e8ncia a atipar-se desmesuradament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa a la dieta, m\u00e9s endavant hi farem esment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_passa\"><\/span>Per qu\u00e8 passa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El menjar davalla per l\u2019es\u00f2fag quan ens l\u2019empassem i passa, a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un anell anomenat esf\u00ednter esof\u00e0gic inferior (EEI), a l\u2019est\u00f3mac. La funci\u00f3 de l\u2019EEI \u00e9s precisament d\u2019evitar que all\u00f2 que entra a l\u2019est\u00f3mac en torni a sortir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, l\u2019EEI \u00e9s un m\u00fascul i, com qualsevol altre, el to en pot variar. El reflux es produeix quan l\u2019EEI es relaxa anormalment i permet que el flux del contingut de l\u2019est\u00f3mac reculi fins a l\u2019es\u00f2fag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diversos factors que poden afectar l\u2019esf\u00ednter, de l\u2019exc\u00e9s de pes fins al tabaquisme, i fins i tot diversos medicaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"He_deliminar_cap_aliment_de_la_dieta\"><\/span>He d\u2019eliminar cap aliment de la dieta?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Potser s\u00ed, per\u00f2 abans de fer-ho, planteja\u2019t de reflexionar sobre com menges. Unes regles b\u00e0siques a l\u2019hora de menjar es podrien resumir en asseure\u2019s i respirar una mica abans de comen\u00e7ar, per estar relaxat. Menja a poc a poc i mastegant com cal; aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 l\u2019avantatge addicional que la sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat apareix abans, i evites menjar m\u00e9s del compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, es recomana seguir aquests consells:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Evita de sopar poc abans d\u2019anar al llit, i no t\u2019estiris immediatament despr\u00e9s de menjar.<\/li><li>Si tens exc\u00e9s de pes, fes r\u00e8gim per aprimar-te.<\/li><li>Deixa de fumar, si fumes.<\/li><li>Si notes cap s\u00edmptoma despr\u00e9s de prendre medicament, consulta-ho al metge que te\u2019l va prescriure.<\/li><li>No et vesteixis amb roba que t\u2019estrenyi la zona estomacal.<\/li><li>Fes exercici moderat i amb regularitat.<\/li><li>Si normalment tens reflux, intenta de fer un diari per apuntar-t\u2019hi qu\u00e8 menges, de manera que puguis detectar qu\u00e8 t\u2019ho produeix.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aliments_i_plats_que_poden_exacerbar_el_reflux\"><\/span>Aliments i plats que poden exacerbar el reflux<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enumeraci\u00f3 que segueix no \u00e9s pas la b\u00edblia, perqu\u00e8 cal fer m\u00e9s recerca sobre el tema, per\u00f2 aquests plats i aliments s\u2019han associat repetidament amb el reflux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u00c0pats rics en greixos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El greix alenteix el buidatge de l\u2018est\u00f3mac, cosa que fa augmentar les probabilitats que l\u2019est\u00f3mac s\u2019ompli, es distengui i, per aquest fet, exerceixi pressi\u00f3 sobre l\u2019EEI i, al final, creixi el risc de reflux. Els aliments amb un alt contingut de greixos s\u00f3n els fregits i la carn, especialment la de porc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Menjar especiat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest punt no \u00e9s gaire clar tampoc, perqu\u00e8 hi ha persones a qui no afecta gens el consum d\u2019esp\u00e8cies i, d\u2019altres, que no les poden tolerar. Per tant, cal examinar cada cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"536\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/salchichas-aceite2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16891\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. C\u00edtrics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un suc de taronja, molta llimona espremuda sobre fregits&#8230; Probablement els c\u00edtrics per si mateixos no s\u00f3n la causa del reflux, per\u00f2 poden fer-ne empitjorar els s\u00edmptomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. All i ceba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tant l\u2019un com l\u2019altra, sobretot crus, poden ser la cosa m\u00e9s dolenta per a alguns pacients amb molt de reflux. N\u2019hi ha que diuen que el pitjor \u00e9s consumir-los junts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/cebollas2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16893\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Menta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s freq\u00fcent de prendre una infusi\u00f3 de poliol despr\u00e9s de sopar, com a digestiu, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2, en realitat, pot fer empitjorar la situaci\u00f3. La menta \u00e9s una herba amb efectes relaxants que pot afectar l\u2019EEI, i fer possible la sortida d\u2019aliments cap a l\u2019es\u00f2fag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Xocolata<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha certa evid\u00e8ncia que la xocolata pot fer empitjorar el reflux, per\u00f2 dep\u00e8n de la dosi que se\u2019n consumeix. En general, una mica de xocolata es tolera sense problemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/chocolate-amargo-picado2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16895\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Alcohol i caf\u00e8<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alcohol t\u00e9 un efecte doble: fa cr\u00e9ixer la producci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00e0cid a l\u2019est\u00f3mac i, alhora, relaxa l\u2019EEI, amb les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies derivades ja conegudes. Per la seva banda, el caf\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 pot relaxar l\u2019EEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
